They swear they dont understand English but know english money when its time to pay... They have their days to where they can be nice but the two men are really rude. I like going there and spend almost 400$ every time I go....but their customer service is really not up to part when that lady isnt there. Im not gonna say Im not going back but not as much as I do...today was a day to remember😩

The person who answered the phone was friendly.I also appreciate the man with the black hair for taking me at the other register rather than having me continue to wait.What I do not appreciate is him handling the items I needed with dirty gloves; there was something yellow on them. After making him aware of this and asking him to change gloves, he expressed he did not have anymore, so I suggested he take them off. He did not take this suggestion.

They didnt have the motions product that is so popular in stock before MOTHERS DAY. Most black women use these products a lot.

I went in to purchase a lace front I’ve never worn one before and I found one I liked and wanted to try I get home and it’s COMPLETELY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR so they were closed I came back the next morning with receipt tags still on wig cause when I took it out the packaging it looks nothing like what I ask forAn the man Refused to return it even though it’s not what I asked for HORRIBLE and they will NEVER get my money EVER AGAIN!!!

The store is well stocked. The girls working in there just need to be a little more friendly and welcoming. They were not rude but very quit and soft spoken.

One of my favorite places to go theyhave great prices, a variety of styles and great customer service they really make you feel like they want your business,they have security there and the location is near most of your fast-food spots so you can get you something to eat after youre done shopping also its a very clean place.

Unlike other Beauty Supply stores that will only allow you to exchange items or return them for a store credit, this beauty supply store allows you to return purchased items within 7 days for a full refund with your receipt without any problems. No other BSS store allows you to do that. At least not the ones Ive been to and trust me Ive been to quite a few. Not up north or down here. And for this reason, that and because the owners are friendly. This is definitely my go to BSS.

When I couldnt find what I wanted I waited for some assistance. The young woman was friends with another shopper and they were having a lengthy, yet personal conversation about a woman they didnt like. When she finally acknowledged me, I told her what I was looking for. She suggested that I keep looking until I found something similar.

The only reason I give one star is because of the young lady that works there. I bought 1 pack of braid hair to finish up my style. $6. When I opened it the gold wrap was broken and it all fell out. I immediately took it back to the male owner. After asking me for the receipt he refused to replace it. Really? You think I came back for $6??? I am Gods favorite, he needs to be careful how he treats us and he will never receive my money again.

Very friendly assistant by the name of michelle made my experience fun and freindly she knew about most of the products there i enjoyed it will b back to see her pretty smile

Gone in a few times only to have really bad customer service. Only once a lady helped me with the wigs, she was older and really friendly. But the man there is rude. I came with money to spend. I had 15 mins with one wig in mind and asked him if I can try it. He said no because they were closed! Ill be working overtime with you and the wigsI wont be shopping there. I dont think this man actually likes the people hes selling to.

I give this place 3 stars because they have just about anything you would be looking for. My only issue is the typical person following you through the store and sensors on EVERYTHING. You can barely open your products when you get home. Cutting through sensors like crazy. I guess if people stopped stealing this wouldnt be an issue though.

These managers/owners there refuse to give their employees breaks with them working 9 to 12 hours days..the most they get is 10 minutes..I told the employee on Old National the few girls that work there needs to report this to Dept of Labor and EEOC....
