This is the worst hair I have ever spent my money on. I have had it two weeks I tried to shampoo and condition it and it still look awful. It tangles and looks frizzy even after I put oil or mouse. People who know told me they have never seen my hair look like this. Stay far away very bad hair.

Ive been buying from this company since they opened their store at Camp Creek. I went to the grand opening and made a purchase and I still rock that hair. I havent bought hair from anywhere else since either. I have 3 wigs in rotation currently and 2 I actually bleached and then dyed red. I love the quality of the hair. I get compliments on my hair all the time.

I have used this company for years. I have been a loyal customer. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and never received my order. Ive called the carrier, and Ive called the company only to get the run around with both this entire time. The company keeps telling me that they will call the carrier and follow back up with me by the end of the day. They never call me back. I continue to call everyday because Im out of an order/money and no one seems to be concerned. Im Very disappointed on how this is being handled. Im sure if the owner knew I would have my hair expedited to me. This is horrible and I am very disappointed in how management has not handled this. Hopefully there will be a resolution soon. Thinking of filing a claim with my bank at this point.

I bought hair from them in 2014.. the hair lasted me 2 1/2 years and they have great customer service... I have been natural for a minute now and now Im ready to come back and get me some more hair... or even a wig!!The hair quality is phenomenal!!

The customer service was absolutely excellent. I bought the hair about a month ago I wanted to wait and see how the hair held up before I did this review. I do like the hair. The shedding is very minimal, it flows very nicely and after a wash it was still good and going. I will be buying more from this place and I’ll be able to give better feedback. Good marketing to overshadow a lackluster product. Its sad because Im in need of purchasing a new wig at the moment. However, I wouldnt dare play my hand again at forking over that kind of money to a company who does not care. The sentiment there is that your purchase comes a dime a dozen. However, time, the internet and real customer reviews will catch up in the long run. Beautiful looking hair and realistic wig construction is their only win. However, it doesnt perform and has the life expectancy of a $10 party city wig.Extreme dryness, matting, tangling, and shedding. Their product line is nothing more than pretty packaging, air and gas.

I’m not sure who their vendor is, but the hair is bad quality expensively charged as if its good quality. I gave this company two tries. The first try was when I purchased some curly hair. The hair was so thick for no reason. It made me look like I had a mop on my head. I had to keep the hair wet to try to disguise the poor quality. I know good hair and this isn’t it. So second time.. several months later I tried a closure and paid 120.00 for it. I was desperate because the hair store I go to normally was out of closure. This is the only reason why I tried them again! I took it to a very popular hairstylist who is very particular about the hair she installs. She asked me if the hair was purchased at the beauty supply store. At the beauty supply store?! I was so embarrassed. She said she couldn’t install it and recommended me to get a closure somewhere else.******Update*****I emailed and they did not refund my money and gave me the run around. The worse hair, I have ever purchased in my life.

This has to be a joke man ... Im not sure what’s going on but the hair arrived with MULTIPLE gold strands in it. The packaging was horrible and came in a wrinkled plastic bag . Way more than I’ve ever received from a cheaper Ali express vendor. I wanted to return the hair but I read the return policy due to COVID which dies not allow any return which may be why they’re thinking it’s ok to send this out .I figured that after the hair was colored they would go away but they did not. Also, after shampooing the hair with ogx shampoo (the same shampoo I always use) the lace turned gray. The hair has so many fly aways. I’ve received better lace from Amazon for $50. The hair is so dry and I’m so angry because it not only took almost a month to arrive but the hair is just not it at all. This is by far the worst frontal I have received in my entire life. I basically threw away $150 .Update: Make sure you use PayPal because they won’t give you back your money and will give you the run around . Thank God for PayPal.

I purchased a Brazilian curly bundle 6/9/20181. The associates greeted me upon entry and were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted so they showed me many options. This hair is bad . It’s irritating because I spent $300 + on this hair . The hair barley curl up and the end just don’t curl . And it shedding a lot . It gets matted quick .this hair is a completely waste of money!!!!

She patiently explained the differences and had examples that I could see and touch. A1 for customer service!I went with the Mongolian Kinky Curly to match my texture and used 2.5 bundles for my install. The hair was soft and reverted back curly even after I bleached and colored it. It does shed a little but that’s expected with most curly textures.I’ll definitely be back and recommend to others.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience working for this company in the short time that I did-- I was able to touch different types of hair.My first purchase, I chose Malaysian Curly for its softness. I went to a popular stylist, who I will not name, that kept asking me where I purchased the hair. She asked again after trying to wash the bundles bc she said it felt like products was on it. This time she adds, I hope this hair dont tangle on you. Actually, can you take the hair back? I dont feel comfortable installing this hair. She came back from the shampoo bowl with globs of hair from trying to detangle the hair (wefts were sealed). She then shows me on a dry bundle the amount and extensive length of split ends on the hair. You could see strands that were going to break off. Just for the hell of it, she blow dried the bundle and tried to straighten it without product and smelled like burned chemicals.I understand bad batches happey, but I want you all to be aware of the curlier textures that may be full of split and dead ends.

The atmosphere at this Boutique was very welcoming (the clean appearance of the building, the hair displays, and packaging of my product was exceptional)! The clerk was very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased the Brazilian natural hair, and I love the texture and overall look! Great return policy too! I will definitely return to this store, and tell others about it. They really know how to address a customers needs!.

This is about 2 months after purchasing hair. I wanted to test it before leaving a review. Customer service was superb when I went l, the girls were nice and helpful.The hair is average to say the least. I purchased Brazilian curly. First time I used it I didn’t add any heat and wore it in its natural state. The hair did okay, it did tangle in the back but overall it was okay. Second time, my stylist washed and treated the hair as she has done with other bundles that I’ve purchased elsewhere. This hair did not want to cooperate, it sheds heavily and tangles up. My closure is about 2 months old and it’s starting to gap. So I’ll give it a 3 star for the service but the hair is just okay.I’m sad because this place is close to home and it would be so easy to buy hair locally rather then online.

My experiences here have all been positive except for this one. I purchased 3 bundles of Malaysian natural body wave. I had 2 installed that day. Within a week the hair was extremely frizzy, unmanageable. I did have my stylist put streak (highlights) in the hair. Because of that procedure I could not have the hair exchanged but they did exchange the one unused bundle. I have never experienced that with any hair I purchased from here so I wont stop patronizing this store but I wont buy the Malaysian hair again. It looked very pretty and felt soft upon purchase though.I do thank the manager for being kind throughout the experience.

Experience with the hair has been great Ive had my hair for 10 months and it has held up great. The texture of the hair is held up well including with different styles such as curls and natural looks. The store manager, Courtney and charity were unbelievably helpful with my selection of hair! when I first came in I was greeted By the store manager and she ask me a variety of questions to make sure she supplied me with just the right hair to meet my need! I was very undecided on what hair, and length to get and each one of them were very patient with me in showing me the different types of hair they offered. Thank you ladies for the awesome customer service you provided me it meant a lot and is very much appreciated.

UPDATE!The response from Virgin Hair is a HOAX. They only replied to my honest review to make others think they care. I still haven’t gotten my situation rectified and still no effort to contact me! This is a shame!Most unpleasant experience and situation happened to me at this location TODAY. I purchased the Brazilian “flirt” (14” 16” 18” ) bundle deal at a total of $185.00 (FULL PRICE). As my stylist is installing my bundles, he is noticing the EXTREME split ends on the bundles, the EXTREME shortness of the 16” track and just poor quality hair. Being that they were short, I was forced to buy ANOTHER BUNDLE. I went into the store to express my concerns and see what I could be offered, the “assistant manger” then proceeded to tell me to take the bundles out my hair (THAT THE STYLIST JUST INSTALLED 10 mins ago) and they could “weigh” them and if under weight they’d “exchange” them. Why would I trust this company a second time after such a MAJOR disappointment in customer service AND product quality! CHECK YOUR OWN HAIR OR REFRAIN FROM BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

All virgin hair boutique... is not 100% human hair. It definitely has a synthetic mix to it. No there isnt a smell... and the staff was great but the quality of the hair isnt . I bought 3 bundles of the indain natural wave and you can clearly tell it isnt all human hair... the hair has a red tone to it as well. It reminds me of barbie hair. The luster is way to shiny. I will not be installing this hair.

Terrible Business. Buyers beware!!!I stopped at this store today, and I had the worst customer service from Kimyata who claimed she was the store manager for the past two months. I attempted to check out, and I informed her of the military discount that should be on file. She informed me that I would have to have the card with me to receive the discount. I advised her that I have used the discount before, and I didn’t have that issue. She said she was knew so she had to go by her training. I said that’s fine. I gave her my credit card. She asked me for my ID. I showed it to her. She began keying in numbers, and I asked her what she was doing. She said she had to put in my license number for the payment. I asked her for the owner information. She attempted to start an argument. I informed her I need to check out and the owner number because I had to go. She refused to give me the information. I asked for the other person that was in the store for assistance. She said that was her worker, and she didn’t have to help me. I called the Lithonia store and informed them of the situation. Finally, the other lady assisted me and she apologized for the bad service. Beware of this store!!! This manager wasted 10 minutes of my time and made me late for an appointment. This issue could have been avoided but this manager wanted to make an issue for me. People fail to realize that customers service is the key to a successful business not ignorant workers that will drive away customers.

Today I went to the Camp Creek location looking for a particular type of hair. As soon as I walked in the door someone greeted me! They were very helpful and kindly assisted me with all my needs! They made recommendations on what product to use on the hair! I had a great experience as usual. I was assisted by Tianna today. I have purchased hair from here before and its great for multiple installs!!

I purchased 4 bundles and a closure of Malaysian natural wave for a custom wig. After pre washing the bundles and closure, I noticed that the closure had a totally different texture than the bundles. Its been 2 weeks now and my wig has been constructed, the bundles are still soft and pretty but the closure is HORRIBLE. It is dry and brittle and loses its wave pattern after you run your fingers through it. It sheds uncontrollably and is thinning out already. This is the worse closure Ive ever purchased. I am extremely unhappy. But I must add that the customer service at this location was good. The three stars are for customer service and the decent 4 bundles purchased. The closure was a waste of my money. Only lasted 2 weeks. And may I add that I let it deep condition for 2hrs...still didnt help bring it back to life.

This hair is terrible! I went and purchased Brazilian curly, 2 *22 inch and 1*20 inch. When I put the hair in I noticed the hair was all the same length and 2 totally different wave patterns. Because I really needed my hair done, I put the hair in anyway. The hair tangled and dried up so bad, that same day! I would not recommend All virgin hair boutique- camp creek location. Neither would I ever purchase from them. Oh yeah, its sheds so bad!

I purchased hair from all virgin hair boutique and went to get it done. As soon as the stylist pressed it it started burning and became brittle. I called to return the hair like i was told they would do if there were any problems but they said i had to return the hair and they would investigate the hair and once the investigation was done they would let me know if they would swap it out. When i purchased the hair they made the return process seem simple but it was not. I was stuck with either buying more hair while they investigate and only then I would still only be able to swap it out. I don’t recommend purchasing hair from this company because they do not stand by their hair.

I have been shopping with this company for the past couple of years I have always went in store to make my purchase at the Carmia Dr location off of Campcreek Pkwy but this time I decided to order online and that was the worst mistake I couldHave made I dont know if the hair comes from a different location or what but the hair I have is AWFUL and I am very shocked I ordered two bundles of Peruvian Hair 14 and 16 inch Natural wave this hair do not keep a curl it tangled and it is shedding so bad it’s Ridiculous. It’s a True Glory right near the location I’m going to give them a try.

I was a happy customer but this last experience revealed that the quality if hair has been compromised. I use the same hair time after time. My licensed beautician started coloring my hair as normal and it began to melt entangled right before our eyes. The customer service is always great. Everytime I go I see the girl with the red hair and I think the other girl name is Milan or something. They are very sweet girls. I got 3 bundles and a closure. I dyed it this copper color, which turned out to be very pretty. At first my hair was tangling really bad and would swell up, but after I bought the curls milkshake my hair instantly stopped tangling and swelling. I would definitely come back to purchase.

Ive been to the camp creek location several times to look around. I never purchased anything form this location but the staff was always helpful anyways. They were always knowledgeable and friendly. The inside of the store is really cute, very girly, and they have bundles on display so you can feel the differences in the hairs. This is the best place in the world for hair. This is my 3rd visit and I wouldnt go anywhere else: I use to got to Rrue Glory, which I love, but this is way more convenient and they do educate you, so its more than just a sale Brianna is the bomb!! Great service from Ashanti & Tpring. The hair is also beautiful.Update: 5/23/2018 The hair is very (extremely to say the least) hard to lift in color. However, it does hold its curl. I received the Burmese Natural Wave during their tax sale earlier this year.
