I walked into the store just to look but with the intention of getting a few skin care regimen products. Cheo is the lovely individual who made this task that I initially felt overwhelmed with into a pleasant and informative experience. He knows his stuff about skin care so if you are like me and do not really understand the specifics of all things skin care he is the one to look for when you come here! Literally created an entire regimen for me and I cannot wait to start!! So helpful, kind, and he has clinical level advice. Will be back again soon!

Customer service here is horrible. Save yourself the time and simply order online from bluemercury.com. They sold me a tester.

The manager patiently helped me select a product and was all around very friendly, extremely helpful, and welcoming.

Very attentive staff. I went there for the first time this week. The associate answered all my questions and gave me additional recommendations. This will be my go to for my more high end beauty needs!

I went in to the store yesterday and picked out several products. The two sales associates acted like they had NO idea how to ring me up and wasted about 10 minutes of my time trying to figure it out. Without being apologetic, just complaining about their equipment. They finally told me it was my card. I told them I had just used it at Whole Foods (and have used it several times since at other places with NO issue). They just said no it’s your card. Instead of trying another card I just left. They didn’t apologize or offer a solution. I literally felt like they were to lazy to ring me up or solve the problem.

I have been a solid customer but unfortunately the whole staff has changed and so has the quality of the service. Very little expertise and their inability to help.

Apparently you cant shop here without fear of your car getting booted. Manager or owner had called it in while I was in the store with my girlfriend shopping for 45 mins. Girlfriend purchased what she wanted and we came out to a booted car. 0/10, will never do business with again.

The website says open. The sign on the front door says reopening 4/1. I wanted to spend money. Doubt this operation makes it thru.

I am an esthetician here and it is a lovely place to work. The staff are some of the most incredible people I have ever met. They are accommodating arena friendly and very knowledgeable in the products they sell as well as in make up application. The spa is meticulously kept and I promise you, you will enjoy your relaxing experience thouroughly

They make your appointment and beg you to come and slam the door in your face cause they ready to go home after. A slow day... Never again no maam
