Was a very open and bright shop. They didnt follow you around like in most BS which was refreshing even tho I knew they were watching. Prices were average, selection was awesome. Will return before going back home

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. From the moment I walked in a worker followed my roommate and me around the store, she followed our every move I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and violated. In addition, when I was leaving the cashier left the sensor on my purchase and all the workers came running at me, at this point I was over it. I thought they were about to attack me. I will never shop at this store again, however, for the future, please show your customers respect and give them a little space to enjoy shopping.Thank you!

They sell hospital masks 3 for 5.00 but they got so many kinds dont waste time on the 2,99 masks you can see right through them they have 3.99 they are much better then they have 4.99 on up keeps getting thicker and thicker and all beauty products

If I can put zero star I would! First I went to get specific wig but I couldn’t find it, then I was trying to see what kind of hairstyle I wanted and was walking around looking at my options but one of the guy who works there was following me around, mind u he wasn’t asking me if I needed help he was just treating me like I was there to steal something. I left the store without buying anything. Should do better at treating costumers than following them like they’re there to steal.

They charged me twice on my credit card told me I would get a refund and almost 30 days later I have not received my refund.Called several times and spoke with the owner, the manager...Today they told me to wait 10 more days....The charge was done 12/27/18 today its 1/22/19....The assistance are friendly. .but it they take your money the friendliness do not matter much..

I love this store. I just recently lost my phone n they found it, tried to track me down n when I discovered were it was at, they had already put it up for me awaiting my call. Anytime I have been in this store they have never followed or harassed me n guess what, Im black wit four children. They never harassed us n sometimes its hard to get there attention but u get it. Anyone who thinks otherwise, I hope u see in them what I do. Great helpful people. Thanks to the whole crew

Worst customer service ever. You cantell when a business doesnt care about the community its in. Insulted my 16 yr old step daughter. Then assaulted her over earrings they knew she purchased.

Worst experience ever. The employees were so rude to me. I asked information about the length of the pony tail, and the girl didnt know. Then my family was parked in the front, and the other adult who was supervising the kids needed to see the hair piece. I walked towards the door, and the customer service rep almost attacked me and said I cant leave the store. I wasnt leaving the store. I was not planning on having 2 young girls sit in a car by themselves alone.

RACIST, OVERPRICED, RUDE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is extremely racist, rude, uneducated about their products and highly overpriced. I have shopped at this location many times since moving into the nearby condos and yesterday I had on jeans and a t-shirt instead of my usual business wear and I was followed around, not allowed to try on wigs without the woman standing there and taking the wigs with her to the back when I asked about the colors available in the wig and more. I was told my large bag was the issue yet two non-black women with larger bags were shopping only a matter of feet from myself and when I pointed this out, no explanation could be given as to why I was being singled out. I was treated highly disrespectfully and when I spoke with the owner very calm and politely, he yelled and asked me to leave

Its great the fact that they sell alot of things, HOWEVER...I bought a Digital Root Straightener aka hot comb yesterday. I came home and when I plugged it in and turned it on, it immediately goes off and doesnt heat. I looked at my receipt and it says NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. So I guess they are ok with selling things that dont work. NEVER coming back to this TRASH store. I spent $40 and cant even use it.

If you like to be followed around, told to leave things at the counter (because of a suspicion that you might steal it), be addressed as if you are a child then this is the beauty supply for you. Also there prices are ridiculously high. But, if you dont care if you are criminalized as you shop then go right head.
