Shopping here was an absolute please! I usually only go to a Sephora store once or twice a year. This time around, I was helped by a couple amazing individuals and Sofia! Sofia showed me some amazing products, ones I never would’ve known how much I needed if she didn’t help me out. She was patient, understanding, super knowledgeable and kindly enthusiastic! Best customer service Ive received lately ... I love that the staff make sure your satisfied and they listen! I live in McDonough and Im sad to say I have to travel all this way to actually be treated like a customer. I didnt really know what I needed or wanted but this location asked all the right questions and Im good good!

I purchased my first full set of products for my facial routine here. The staff was knowledgeable and assisted me but one of them laughed at me a little too hard when I made a comment about my previous routines. Didn’t care for that bit but other than that. Good!

Khristian & Ayanna were absolutely rude and rolled their eyes at me because I was asking about return. This is absolutely disgusting behavior by Sephora employees and if you are not happy to be at work then find another job. People spend their hard earned money at this establishment and at the minimum you can be a little more respectful. Will not be returning go to Lenox square/buckhead/perimeter for better service.

Amber made my experience a 10/10. she was absolutely amazing. So nice, matched me perfectly first try, and really made me feel good! The store itself is always clean and nice too :) love going here.

Store is very nice lots to buy very high in prices. I dont believe its worth it. One young lady outfit was inappropriate for work to short and tight. Not my choice of place. Nothing wrong its just not for me.

Not the place to shop if you’re new to make up and want to look around before buying. After a few minutes of browsing, my sister and I were approached by an employee who asked if we needed assistance, then asked for our names. That struck me as odd as I’ve never known retail workers to ask for my name, but I didn’t think anything of it. Then, my sister pointed out that other employees had began to follow us around the store and were standing and watching us from a few feet away every time we moved to new location. I noticed too that they weren’t really paying attention to the other customers in the store, besides greeting them when they walked in. I was only unsure of what to buy and wanted to explore some options. I ended up buying a product I don’t really care for and have yet to use, only because I felt like I had to prove that I wasn’t attempting to steal anything. After talking it over with a few other people, it seems that the workers profiled me and my sister. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money and just left.

I am writing this review as I’ve been standing outside the store for three minutes as the doors are locked. It’s 8:53 and the store closes at 9 with 4 employees in there avoiding looking at me so they won’t have to make eye contact and open the door. I needed 2 items so I rushed to get here 10 mins before they closed but the employees are more concerned with cleaning and closing early than customer service….so disappointing.

Baaaaaby!! I had to get the personal shopper experience. After being a trucker non stop, I had to reinvent myself! Luckily Lisa was patient and went a little over her schedule shift to help me. She even gave me a mini class on setting powder, I was lost, but she found me and now I am smudging my liner instead the straight line!!!!! I see why Sephora is a must in my life!! Thanks guys

Decent experience. Clean store but crowded with people and products.Employees tend to tunnel vision on the customer on front of them and forget about all the others.Oh, and out of stock for the two items we went in for.

Had no problem with getting our questions answered and taking the time to show my daughter and I all the products we were looking. Although you cant try anything on they do a good job of matching your skin tone to the products you are looking for. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that really was showing us all of the products but Ebony with pink hair checked us out and was very pleasant and friendly. They really know how to treat you when you come in. No pressure to buy or following you around. They are just waiting and ready to help when you need it. It was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. ❤❤

I was helping out at this store, I normally work at Lenox. I fell in love with the Ponce store as soon as I walked in. The clients are amazing here at this location!!!! I have the best days of my work week on the days I work at Ponce! The staff is great!

Janen is amazing! I came in, as a guy, knowing nothing. Ive I had cancer twice, so my eye bags are horrific. I was trying to help cover my eye bags without looking like I was wearing makeup. She immediately knew what to grab and was incredible. I actually cried when I saw the results. Thank you so much! Youve given me my old face back.

Visited on NYE in an attempt to purchase Aerin Amber Musk. I received a sample from my recent Sephora order & loved it. I walk up to an associate, white, tall, heavy set woman, & she states, she doesn’t know the product when I tell her the name. I show her a photo from google & she states ‘I don’t carry Estée Lauder” & walks away. She was so rude & unwilling to help. Soured my experience at the store. There was a nice gentleman there who helped me find body scrubs. So they get 2 stars. :)

Awesome customer service! The store is so organized and it smelled amazing!

I commended this location for doing such a great job at the beginning of COVID with social distancing and masks, but they have gotten extremely lax with safety guidelines. They used to have someone at the door limiting the amount of customers that could come inside and giving out hand sanitizer to the patrons. However, I visited this location again recently and there were several people inside with no masks and none of the employees asked them to put one on. One customer was talking to the cashier with her mask on her chin, and the cashier never said anything. It was also extremely crowded and the store is not very big. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re at all concerned about your health.

Store is great but parking is challenging. Preferably picking up at malls from now on.

I came in shortly after having an anxiety attack to pick up a few products to hopefully make myself look sane again to get through the day. I inquired about a mini makeover but everyone was busy. Kevin showed immense empathy by taking me to the back of the makeover area and helping me fix my makeup. He also suggested a few amazing products and brushes that I picked up. Everyone in the store was friendly and awesome but Kevin went above and beyond and really made my day. Thanks again.

Im always very impressed at how friendly people are at this location. Edwin and Mike Keith both helped color match me and another associate helped me order a product which was out of stock. That process was very easy and I received the product to my door yesterday. Im very happy with the products and customer service I received. I appreciate the teamwork demonstrated by the store.

The cashier is in here having a full-on conversation with a line half way out the door.

The associates at this location are top notch!I live close by so I go in often and each and every time I receive the best customer service.Recently, I went in for an eye makeup appointment and Mike blew me away with his knowledge and skills! He made me look quite pretty I must say :-) and also taught me sooo much.

Took a while for someone to come help me in the fragrance section. But everyone was very nice.

Its a little cramped. I always love great customer service however I felt like I was constantly being talked to.

First time at this location I was immediately greeted by three employees, which was nice. Kathleen helped me find the BEST setting spray I’ve EVER used (Brand - Urban Decay.) It’s what I’ve been searching for! Checkout was smooth and easy, I will definitely be back.

I was really disappointed in the customer service at this store. My birthday is December 23rd and I was informed when I came in on January 1st that I wouldn’t be allowed to get a birthday gift because they were out of the ones for 2019. I feel like they should have at least offered me a 2020 gift as I came in less than a month after my birthday. I’m really disappointed in this and will either shop online or look for other options than ever visiting this store again.

I purchased a perfume sampler box from this local... #tipoftheday : Try to turn in the coupon as soon as possible. The fragrance that I wanted is no longer available 😞😞😞🙄🙄🙄Now Im forced to get another perfume🤯🤯🤯 .Overall this store is a nice size.. and they are almost always busy! The good part is that there is always someone there to serve you with a smile💋💋💋

Jordan was awesome. I originally came in for one brand but noticed how good her make up looked. She matched with that brand and even recommended a primer that works wonders with the foundation. Thanks Jordan !

This Sephora has their act together. Before you enter they make sure you sanitize your hands and have on a mask. Someone is there to open the door for you. They have rules and procedures in place for trying makeup and fragrances so no one is spreading germs. They sanitize the counter and card reader between each customer. Good job Sephora!

Sephora has a great selection of prestige makeup. The testers are always tidy and the sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. If they show you how wear a product or do your makeup, the sales associates always use pretty good sanitation procedures.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with help from one of the associates! I wish I got his name, he was the best!

In and out with what I came to purchase!

We booked a makeover at this store for a bride so that I could do her makeup for a wedding. The staff member who helped us was over the top wonderful - they answered all questions and were extremely knowledgeable about all their products. We were both so impressed with the level of service - we even went longer than an hour and they still helped us. I cant say enough positive things about this Sephora, 100% recommended top place to visit! If you have any doubts or are nervous about having someone else do your makeup, let me put your mind at ease. Youll feel amazing during and after this experience!

So awesome! I went in with some specific needs and got all of the help I needed to find exactly what worked for me. At one time there there were three young women helping me find the perfect pink-brown shade of lipstick, all pitching in with ideas! What makes this even more special is that Im not a young girl, but at least old enough to be their mother. They were enthusiastic and helpful, and never condescending. As an older woman, you are often exposed to the youth culture and made to feel as if you dont belong in certain places. I felt welcome here, cheerfully spent $125 and left happy.

Update your google hours if you’re going to close for COVID-19

I dont usually wear makeup. Never can get a good foundation that seems to fit me. Mike was very helpful today and I really appreciate his tips for my skin tone.

Everyone working there was super nice and helpful. I was immediately greeted when I entered and I saw multiple staff members working with customers to find things and give tips. The layout was simple enough to navigate and was fairly well lit compared to many other shops Ive been to.

Reid and Alissa were awesome sales associates!! They gave me so much attention and input on products I needed. It was a busy Saturday afternoon in the store and they made me feel like the only customer!

I always love Sephora, they have great brands to help you buy makeup and skincare from. I love their collection and they keep getting good brands. Love the structure of their aisles. Staff at this Sephora are super friendly, they will help you with anything and everything you need.

Just left the store after wandering around aimlessly for about 10 minutes. All three of the associates didnt greet me, just continued to chat and carry on. I really needed some help finding a good foundation, but not trying to bug people. It would have been nice to hear a small hello.

Man. I wish I could remember the associate that helped me today but she was absolutely fantastic!!! She explained everything and answered all of my questions for finding the best foundation, primer and concealer which was what I was looking for. She didn’t try to sell me on everything, she just listened and delivered. I’m a beginner and everything is new to me but I knew what I wanted my face to look like and she connected the dots. Let me tell you. She matched me with the best foundation I’ve ever have ever had. It’s by Makeup Forever and it’s literally the same shade as me I swear and it’s literally exactly what I was looking for. Not too matte, not to dewy, but a medium coverage foundation. The associates were are very polite and helpful, asked if I needed help. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this location.

Visited this location yesterday and I am still in disbelief at how awful their customer service truly was. It was not this bad on my prior visit at least not to the point where I was so compelled to post a review. I passed nearly 10 sales associates in the store and I went at least 8 minutes before being acknowledged and another 5 before anyone bothered to ask if I needed help; which I did. I stood next to their backroom door for an extended period of time and multiple people entered and exited without any acknowledgment that there was a very confused looking customer 4 feet from them. Someone finally walked up to me and asked if I was finding everything OK after I decided that I was just going to put the items I had found back and leave. She was helpful up until I told her I was allergic to an ingredient in the only product recommendation that she could make (which wasnt even within my price range nor was it ideal for my skin type according to the research I had to do on my own). She went so far as to still motion the tester towards me after telling her that I would not try a product with something I am allergic to in it. I wondered around the store a bit longer and decided to just buy the products I was running low on and leave. My VIB status is doesnt expire for a while but I wont be back to this location EVER.

This stores personnel did not display the usual customer service that I experienced about a year ago. To make sure that this experience was not a fluke, I left the store and came back later, to my dismay the service was neither friendly nor helpful.I wont be returning to Sephora for those reasons.COME ON SEPHORA, YOU CAN DO BETTER!BYE BYE!

I love Sephora, but this particular location is kind of small. They dont have as good of a selection as other ones Ive been to. However, the location itself is pretty convenient because its in the outside portion of Ponce City Market. Good for essentials, but you might have to go out of your way if youre looking for something specific!

Easy to navigate store. Helpful employees. Im only aloud to shop here every 6 months, so when I go in ...I GO IN!! ha! The point system program is awesome. I love trying new stuff!

Great store! I went in to check on a gift for a special someone and Amanda in the perfume department was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastically helpful.

Sephora usually does a great job but I won’t be returning to this location. Several associates walked by and didn’t even give a simple greeting. I will not be returning to this particular location.

Went in for a foundation and blush color match. The sales associate that helped me was amazing! Very pleased with the service and my purchase.

I really appreciated the help I was given to find what I was looking for!! However, I noticed some key items (notably Sephora brand brushes) seemed to be out of stock. Still very convenient location.

The area is easy to navigate. Like most Sephoras all the associates were very friendly. I made a couple purchases on lip care items. Highly recommend if you are in the area. There are also some cool shops nearby.

This Sephora is a tad bit smaller than a typical mall based location, but that is quite understandable. However, what it lacks in square footage... it more than makes up by an efficient layout. This is a very concise representation of the best Sephora has to offer with the huge bonus of huge widows that flood this space with beautiful, natural light on loan from God. Wisely, the boffins in Sephoras architectural department chose to put the their makeup chairs up front to take advantage of this design note.SCORE = PLEASANTLY SURPRISED

First the customer service is amazing! The store is very neat and things are very organized! However, I am very new to makeup and I was hesitant at letting someone apply makeup to my face! This is why, my eye now has an infection due to the brush that was used on my face not being cleaned properly! This being my first time getting my makeup done professionally I didn’t think I would have this outcome, I am very disappointed and I have definitely learned my lesson about getting my makeup professionally done! I say try it at your own risk!

They have everything from skincare products to various types of your favorite makeup.Although they did keep more of an eye on me than the white kids that were coming in groups.I was there to get my daughters prom makeup done and if they had seating available then they wouldnt have had to worry bout keeping an eye out on me while I waited 45 minutes for my daughter.Facts.All in all my daughter had a pleasant experience and she loved her makeup artist.

Helpful staff who were honest when they didnt know the answer to something (I had some very specific ingredient-related questions). Free samples come with little tickets describing the products and what theyre suited for. Parking was limited on a Tuesday afternoon.

Associates do not care here.They are so sarcastic over the phone and inside this location. The employee Keirstin laughed at me when I ask her to write my number down to give to her manager after I completed the application online at this location.She stated that her manager was going on vacation soon and doesn’t have time to call me back .They should have me working there instead of Keirstin .After me spending over $70 dollars in this store. You can spend money on a nice location and still have trash workers .Not only that last time I visited this store, they matched me with the wrong concealer on purpose just so they could get me out the store,of course I have questions, If you do not like to talk to people why accept the job . I do not want to work at this location anymore. Disappointed.

Long wait lines. Staff is misinformed and rude. It is as if theres a problem with them answering questions. The woman that rang me up never put my purchases under my account (for points). When I came in the store dressed nice, employees were a decent help. Look plain Jane, and you only exist as a potential theif. No thank you! I will take my service elsewhere. Rude. Rude. Rude!

I’ve come to this Sephora numerous times but this is the first time I’ve ever been purposely followed from the moment I walked through the door. To make things worse I even approached the worker following me asking her questions trying to seem friendly so she’d stop but it just made it worse. Every corner I turned she was right there no matter what. I felt like I had to buy half of the store just to prove I had plenty of money and that I’m not a shoplifter. My experience was utterly disgusting and I will not be returning to this store. Shameful that this store allows its BLACK customers to feel completely unsafe.
