When walking on PATH 400 and crossing the pedestrian bridge, you can no longer veer left and come to Lenox Pky. You must turn right and circle around the new Hyatt Centric Hotel to reach Lenox Pky.

I wish they would broaden their male scent collection there is a limited amount and non of them smell Great to me just Good

Decent. The experience was simply OK. This has become a rat race, the young lady in the front was pleasant, but I waited at the counter for the cashier to, fix her makeup, attitude, lotion her hands, and then when a second cashier came, she asked could she help me.... I forgot why I didnt go into the BBW stores...shopping online was better for my patience.

Unfortunate that an unprofessional manager(?), Vicki, works at this location. Her interaction with me was so rude that not only will I not shop here, but I’m avoiding any Bath and Body Works in the future. I can’t imagine how badly she treats coworkers—find a new line of work.

I mean its b&bw what more to say?! I love their fragrances and Im a candle lover so when the have sales I indulge lol! My favorite fall fragrance is marshmallow pumpkin latte because it goes great with my body chemistry and the lovely dreamer was a beautiful fragrance for me as well. Of course their are plenty more but I just thought Id highlight those 😉

I have come to this location a couple of times and the staff has always been so helpful. Last time I can in it was right before they were closing and the staff still were more than happy to help me find what I was looking for on my visit. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the Lenox/Buckhead!

The most impolite staff. I was always the fan of this beauty shop products but unfortunately yesterday I had an awful experience at Lenox mall branch. Bcz of discounts there were many shoppers with only one cashier which made a long line . After 15 min waiting in line another cashier came to help which was the most impolite person I’ve ever seen. I hope the manager there care more about the behavior of staff there. They were so disrespectful and impolite.

I love this store, but it seems like they are limiting the variety of body products now, and offering more candles and room fresheners. I use those also, but want more body stuff.

I just visited this location. The customer service was the worst. I asked about the new promotion for the White Jasmine and she did not know what I was talking about let alone care or try to find out. I showed her the email sent in regards to the new fragrance and again she did not care her exact words were “go up there and talk to the manager”. I won’t ever shop here again. Very Bad customer Service
