They always have what I need when I need it even when its last minute. This location is mad convenient and dependable. They staff is very helpful and polite. If the store is closed I cringe at the though of going somewhere else so I just suffer until they reopen the next day. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible service... I was racially profiled. We as black people need to stop accepting less and allowing people to treat us this way. They dont care about us they just want our money. Stop shopping where we are profiled. My color should not determine what type of service I receive. Go support black business and build our people up.Response to owner: I dont know which person you are talking of. The day that I went I was not asked for help with make up. I was in the wig section looking at wigs. Your make up section is no where near the wig section. Not all black people look alike just so you know. The black person you are talking about was not me... This just lets me know that youve done this to other black people and that Im not alone with the bad treatment of this store.

This was an awesome beauty supply shop. Although smaller in square footage, they neatly pack great variety! Its extremely clean and organized with friendly professional customer service! Will most definitely become a regular customer

It’s a shame I’ve been shopping here for 5+ years with no complaints . UNTIL TODAY I was profiled and watched like a hawk like I was stealing. I’ve seen many people leave the same review. The associate was very rude to me . I made a complaint and suggested a training on proper customer service . I can take my money somewhere else . It’s also a shame because most of the associates are black and they are rude and profile their own black customers .

I come into this establishment frequently. Every week at a minimum. I was denied service for not wearing a mask, although I protested- letting them know that I was vaccinated.I have spent thousands of dollars here since they opened. The employees were rude and condescending.Even after I consented, and said that I would wear a mask, the very rude employees still refused me it, saying if I wanted one I needed to buy one from the store. They had a box of masks right in their hands.

Service was very rude when needing assistance. Why have a store a give bad service and bad quality hair. Shop at your own risk.

So I purchased my regular hair oils only to get back and see the safety seal was broken and the oil smells nothing like the one I always purchase. I’m not from here, parking was difficult and I don’t know if I have the real product. I’d say check seals on things before purchase

This is a one stop shop for me. They have everything I need here. Being that I am a natural hair product junkie, I usually have to stop at two different beauty supply stores to get everything I need, but they have it all here. And they are so neat, clean, and organized.

When I say horrible service I mean horrible. I was never asked what I needed so I asked the girly behind the counter for help and he said yeah hold on. So I go back to the area which is in clear view of the register where he was just sitting there looking into space while his associates where busy. I stood there for 10 mins with no recognition so I decided to leave. Nice products but horrible service. Will never go back.

Ive said a million times Im going to stop in there, but I forget. Welp, today I remembered and Im glad I did! The service was amazing and they had ALL the products I prefer - Paul Mitchell and Design Essentials, Nairobi, Kera- Kare (yeah Im old school) to name a few. The service was incredible! I was greeted an asked several times if I needed assistance and when I did they were educated about the product and was able to assist. I will definitely be back.

Walked over today and the ladies there were so nice and helped me with all the questions I had. I noticed the reviews said they upcharged but I got several hair products for cheaper than I would down south. Really nice place.

Pleasantly surprised! I went in assuming the prices would be outrageous & they’d have a small selection but I was so wrong. I didn’t expect the little sampler size products (like the hood BSS have) yet they had them! The lady who helped me was so sweet & it was only 1 person in front of me & they still opened up a register to get me outta thr. I’ll be back!

I just moved to this area from the West End neighborhood. I was extremely worried about having to travel back home for a decent beauty supply. This store is so good. I always have a pleasant experience with all of the staff. They have everything I need as a 4C natural hair. The prices are the same as any other beauty supply. I highly recommend this place if you are close.

It was so great to finally find a nice beauty supply store that had everything I need in it. They have everything from wigs to makeup and theyre in a pretty convenient location. The prices are the same as any beauty supply store so theyre all right theyre not the best but theyre fine. The staff was quite helpful with getting all my stuff and it was a very good quick visit.

The women who owns the store I think...is very rude! I come here often because its super close to my house but she has been rude on two occasions the 1st time I let it go I thought maybe Im overreacting and also this is the only place that has the lashes that I love. But after my experience today I will not be shopping here any more Id rather drive those extra miles not to be treated so rude!!!! My wife purchased wig on display, it could have been a week old. If so, its not going to last you long. It would be nice to have a discount of $10 off, I would have gave them a 5.

Ive been here multiple times just because its close but the past 2 times were ridiculous. First, they up charge everything just because they know what area they are in. Which is understood but to charge $12 for something that is $4 everywhere else including amazon, is nuts. While ringing my things up with this Asian man who I assume is the manager, he was extremely rude. I asked him to take off the $12 item and he instantly caught an attitude and started huffing and puffing while rolling his eyes. The second time was better because a young lady helped me out but she told me they had a $5 minimum for a card (which is illegal btw) but i bought more anyway. Im glad I bought more than one crochet hook from them because they seen to order the knock offs of things and not the original. I bought four crochet hooks and 3 of them broke before I was even done with half of my head. The hooks are flimsy and even smaller than the normal one you would see other places.I guess its good they are the only ones in the area because I dont see them having business otherwise.

Great location and customer service

I stopped in this area because I was downtown.The first person I dealt w wasnt very helpful.She was not thrilled in assisting me.I was a little upset and then manager stepped in and changed my entire experience.Manager was professional and knowledgeable it helped me with my selection process.Had the manager not saved the day I wouldve rated 1star because the lack of wanting to help the customer.If The service was right from the start I wouldve rated 4 -5 stars.I will be back to see if my experience changes
