The hair isn’t the same. Ever since the man who they claimed “stole” their main Instagram page left the company and the hair has went downhill since then. They definitely don’t have the same vendor and are trying to sell hair of low quality for the same price as the old hair that was great quality. They might as well accept that they’re not recovering from the loss of him. Hair is trash! I’ve now switched to Kendras boutique and the hair is half the price and a lot better quality. It’s not as good as their old quality but a lot better than what they’re selling now.

Do not buy hair from here. They do not honor customers. ATL location is in lenox so be prepared to WALK or pay 20$ for parking. Also the office is super small. You have to walk through a maze and greet an annoying security guard for entry. The prices are sky rocket high for cheap application. They also have no returns so i hope you like what you slaved for. All in all leave this place be, in the middle of NO WHERE.

Hair is not worth the price. I got the premium malaysian straight and it feels thin, no body/movement, and texture is frizzy. does not hold curl well either. and i just got it today .sad part is I was tricked into getting the premium hair over studio which it is most certainly not.premium in any way. do not recommend, so disappointed with this purchase.

Its a No for me. Hair would easily tangle, shed and was very dry. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

I love this hair! Ive tried the Peruvian and Brazilian Body Wave with several installments, i love both but I must say Im a fan of the Brazilian Body Wave. This hair is amazing. I absolutely LOVE it. First of all Ive had the hair for a year now and it still looks amazing. Ive installed it 3 times and dyed it twice; the curl patterned stayed beautiful and always goes back to its natural texture! This hair does NOT shed which is surprising to me because most curly hair that I buy does. I straighten this hair often and it goes bone straight and then when I wash it then it goes back to the original curl! I couldnt be happier with this hair and Im never purchasing hair from any other company! Also the customer service was wonderful. When I first got the hair I was skeptical - I had been burned. But, everything that they say about their product is true. It literally lasts forever, has minimal shedding, no added dyes or chemicals.The location is a whole other story. It was AMAZING. The location in Buckhead was in a beautiful building with lots of parking (easy to get I and out.) It was very clean and professional. Totally not what you expect when purchasing hair. They have the best hair. It doesnt shed and get all tangled. When you wash it and blow dry it it goes right back to its bouncy healthy style for when you first bought the hair. It takes dye well and you can reinstall it and it still looks fresh and it last for a long time

Phenomenal!!!!!!!!! I was going out of town and the hair from my usual hair company did not arrive in time!!! A client of mine used this hair and it was absolutely beautiful when I installed it in her hair. So I visited the Atlanta branch and Im happy I did... NO SMELL! NO TANGLES! TAKES COLOR WELL!! 2 MONTHS UPDATE!!So,I put in the hair and honestly I don’t think it was worth the cost..AT ALL.maybe they used to be great but from my experience it is overpriced for no reason.I bought the Peruvian and the natural curls are not as defined as other hairs.1..It sheds as crazy..I should have sealed the wefts..2.It looks a bit dry..Honestly should have went to my usual hair place. I will not be buying there anymore unless they charge a price that reflects its quality.Only pro for this hair is that it holds curls when you use a good curling wand or iron.I am changing my review to a 3 star since I can’t give it a 2.5————————————————————————The hair looks great and silky can’t wait for my install !

I have to say this is some of the best hair Ive had! The lady at the Buckhead office was the best! Im not that knowledgeable about weave but she was very helpful with helping me find the best texture for my needs. When I originally installed it I was a bit skeptical because I thought the hair was too thin. But after my second install by another stylist I realized the first stylist that did my hair wasnt the best. I can honestly say this hair doesnt frizz, tangle or shed. Its very soft and keeps its luster. Would definitely recommend Her Imports to anyone!

I will never order from this hair company EVER again. I ordered a bundle deal of the body wave hair and number 1 I received 3 different textures and curl patterns. when I brought this to the attention of the company they stated I needed to wash the hair and they all would return to the same pattern which was a LIE. I couldnt even get the hair installed, and so i went into the store to exchanged the hair which was even worst I ordered a 18,20,22 and they gave me a 10 inch closure, which wasnt even the same color as the hair. This is my last time ever buying any hair from this company and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone for use!

No corn chip smell is the only plus. This company just opened in Birmingham from Atlanta. It was suggested to me because my stylist who was supposed to originally provide her own hair had a shipping issue. It was 3 days before the appointment so I was desperate. Do not let the expensive office space fool you. I only care about quality and this hair is not it. Ive had the hair in since Saturday-its Monday and Im combing matted tangles out of the back bundle. I planned on reusing this hair for a while, but I am disappointed. I have been using Tresses Hair extensions, another Atlanta based company, for years without an issue. I promise I am in no way affiliated with this company. Im simply a satisfied customer. They consistently give me quality hair and every time I branch out I regret it. Between the hair and the shampoo/conditioner they sold me on I spent $341, which is much more than I normally spend. I will say the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. If youre like me and desperate to take a chance in a time crunch, please try something else. They need to close up shop and high tail it back to Atlanta. We work too hard for our money to be ripped off.

I really like the hair I received. It is very Easy to manage even after bleaching and dying. There is minimal tangling with the hair. The customer service team is very efficient and very professional when you speak to them. I would definitely regiment this company to anyone.

This review is for the body wave wig.This was my first wig purchase. I decided to purchase from HerImports because I have purchased bundles and closures and they would last for at least 2 years. However I discovered the wig is horrible!! Shedding, Tangles, Extremely large size and thin cheap looking hair. No body or shine!! The shedding was so bad if I ran my fingers through, it would pull out a lump of hair. The front lace part seems to have a different texture and quality compared to the back part of the wig. Do not buy the wig! The bundles are great! Do not buy the wig!!I purchased a wig from Mayveen and it is Wonderful I love it and receive so many compliments that I purchased two more from Mayveen!!!

I purchased 3 bundles of the Mongolian curly and a closure back in January of 2016 at this location. The store is easy to find and the staff is professional and friendly. During my previous experiences at other companies I felt rushed because there was a line of customers behind me. You dont want to feel like a nuisance when youre spending hundreds of dollars. At Herimports they take you in a private room and you get to sit down and take the time you need to choose the best bundles for you. My bundles are still looking great!!

I bought 3 bundles from their clearance sale about three weeks ago. This is some of the worst hair Ive had. The first couple of days were great the hair was so soft and I got so many compliments, but now it tangles and sheds no matter what I do. Such a waste of money.

I have to say my wife bought hair here and she looked amazing BUT...the hair has a terrible odor to it. My wife cant wash it out and get rid of it. She washed it everyday for a week!v Her scarf and pillowcase also took on the smell. Not sure what is going on but this is not the place Ill take her back to. The customer service sucks also!! I will no longer be ordering from this company.I ordered 16/18/20 inch bundles. And they were not true to length. They shed like crazy, and the texture I had was body wave and it just would not straighten at all. Which is absolutely ridiculous.When I requested a refund, they denied because “I installed and altered the hair”. I don’t know anybody who doesn’t put hair in when trying at. Then they had the nerve to say “30% off credit for our flat iron guaranteed to straighten any hair” girl please. I refuse to spend any more money when I’ve already lost out on the hair. Ive been using herimports hair for over a year and I am so very grateful to have found such quality hair! I can literally reuse every bundle I have ever purchased! Its awesome!

My experience here was highly underwhelming in both the product selection and the lackluster customer service. So much so that I thought Id offer some constructive critiques involving: initiating a first impression/greeting protocol that is more welcoming than the gruff groan I received today (after which I followed a woman down a dark corridor into a tiny room); another important point for consideration towards improvement that might be worth considering is overall enthusiasm for the products that are sold here and/or maybe giving a hoot about offering alternatives to using a mobile credit card machine that the customer (e.g. Me) isnt comfortable with. If one does not want to use the manual card capturing machine in this cubicle by entering their personal pin, your only option is further invasion via leaving a copy of your credit card, your drivers license and filling out an extensive form that authorizes them use of that card for 30 days. Im sure theyve got a story about a few bad apples spoiling the bunch, yet other retailers have figured out a way to mitigate this risk and still offer several payment options for their customers. Maybe this business could ask those other businesses how this small miracle is accomplished? Similarly, there was not an option to pay cash even though this business is inside of a relatively secure building at Tower Place. Im always slightly bemused and perhaps a bit perplexed when salespeople dont seem to care or have any energy when they show up for work. The hair bundles that were laying around haphazardly were all a bit ratty and disheveled looking and could definitely have stood to be washed and conditioned since customers probably routinely handle these when they are trying to decide which hair they want to purchase. Perhaps a bi-monthly schedule for this task would be a good step towards creating a positive, lasting first impression? I do think that if only one or a few of these details existed it would be understandable and would not warrant such a poor review, but the totality of such a poor first impression, along with the seemingly disinterested sales women, compelled me to leave a review and hopes that businesses like this might look inward and improve . All in all, this was a unsatisfactory experience and I left there without any products in hand and paid $4 for parking for my trouble bothering to go over to their shop.

I first opted for discounted bundles but then after speaking to customer service and reading negative reviews online about how the discount bundle quality on the sub par quality compared to the premium, I decided to invest the additional funds and get 3 x 20” Premium Brazilian Wavy bundles. The customer service was good during my purchase and I went on my merry way excited for my install. I did use a new closure from a another company. ( another review ) The bundles were full and lucious, there was a smell but I figured after I colored and washed them it would go away. After my install and a few days I began to notice a “corn chip” smell from the hair and also shedding. Now shedding was to be expected and the smell I figured maybe go away also after I wash it again.After two weeks I washed and conditioned and the shedding got worse and and the smell continued. It has now been four weeks, and I am preplexed because so many reviews give praise of this company’s product and I am growing disappointed, and want to blame it on the closure before giving up and investing in another brands hair before my next install. On top of the constant shedding which has become excessive my hair is constantly frizzy. Uhhh so I give this hair a 2 and that is because I want to partially blame the contant excessive frizz and shedding on the closure and also the corn chip odor.

I absolutely love this hair! They are true to quality and always keep their customers in mind!!! Other hair companies i went to with worst quality, dont even reach out or do anything incentive wise fir their customers.. Best hair out there😊

I have purchased 6 bundle from the buckhead location Herimports is the only place I will buy from Im on my third install the hair is awesome when I wash my Brazilian body wave the waves Come back its soft and silky its worth every penny Ive dyed it twice and still looks new the bundles are thick and full which I love and most important no SHED and no Tangles you really only need 3 if you really take care of your hair it will last a long time and the staff makes sure you are satisfied when you leave and they have excellent customer service you wont regret it I promise

Just purchased 4 premium bundles from this location. The 2 girls working were rude and be prepared to wait in the lobby because only 1 customer is allowed to shop at a time. Youll also have to pay for parking. Hair doesnt look as good of quality as the pictures on ig but we will see. If you buy with them, save your time and order online. Poor shopping experience

This hair is flawless ! Once its washed and dried the curl pattern comes right back . And when straighten the hair is SILKY straight! Her imports also have great bundle deals, the hair is definitely worth the price!

I always order from this company, whether its premium or the studio because the quality wasn’t too far off when trying them, but today I went in and noticed the curls were really tight and I pulled it down like ok maybe when it’s installed it’ll look better since it’s been in the package and the girl agreed and was like it loosens when washed. WRONG! I paid for 3 20in studio bundles which ended up being really thin and looked like 16in hair. My stylist asked what hair was I using because she noticed the difference and I told her the same as I had installed the last two times I got my hair done, which was the studio bundles. Normally I only get 18in, but I wanted to try a little longer this go around. Epic fail, the hair was thin, too short and I am highly disappointed! I had to put in some of my old hair to thicken it up and give me some more length and it was 18in!!! How can that be? I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore because the quality has changed and is going downhill!!!!

Based of my friends wearing this hair, I love this hair. Excited to try it out for myself!
