On top of phenomenal customer service, they are the most professional and reliable hair extension shop that I have come across in a while! I love my hair! I purchased the Sea Curly Collection (I think that’s the name of it) and it is absolutely amazing! I am still using it for different hair styles a month later! The hair is human hair so, it will shed a little bit but not much! The hair is still incredibly soft after several washes and is very light weight!Currently ordering clipins !!!!

By far the best hair boutique Ive ever shopped at!I love love love this boutique. Ive never purchased hair that matches my own so well. Ashley took the time to explain how to maintain the hair and keep it looking fresh and we tried several different textures. I ended up buying the Pure Wavy in 16 and 18inches. The customer service here is AMAZING. So much so that once you buy hair here you will NEVER want to shop anywhere else. I had a slight issue with the last bundles I purchased but Ashley, the store manager called me to follow up. She told me to come back to the store . Once I arrived, she was warm, inviting and accommodating. She educated me on how to care for the hair and even how to to install it ( sew around the weft not through it otherwise it will puncture the weft and cause shedding) . She even explained the thorough vetting process that all their hair goes through before selecting it. She was so well informed and educated. She was also very empathetic and caring. She made sure she resolved the issue I had with the hair as well. She resolved the issue so well, that I left saying that I will be loyal to the Indique brand for life. I am so grateful to have met Ashley and her colleague (whose name I cant remember but was also as sweet as pie ). Ashleys colleague also went above and beyond with the customer service by playing and talking to my one year old and giving her crayons and paper to color. These ladies were simply outstanding. As to the hair, it is beautiful hair and you can reuse it as well. Just make sure you learn how to properly care for the hair before you leave the boutique. That will make all the difference in the world.

Love the hair and the quality! Closures are BIG and very well made. I wasnt able to find a high quality closure and my stylist recommended Indique. Now it aint cheap, but you get what you pay for and their closures are beautiful. Love the new location, its super cute and there is TONS of parking unlike the old location. I just went to pick up a bundle of their Fiji line to add some extra volume... the last 3 bundles i purchased was 5 months ago and its is wearing well! if you do purchase this texture then also get some argon oil as the ends need some moisture...

I am a long term fan of Indique 6 years, I absolutely LOVE any and all Collections. Ive worn the Pure Wavy, Sea Collection, and my most recent purchase is from the Bounce collection, organic curl. This hair was installed today and before installation, I co-washed it with Indiques co-wash product and it did not shed. My big tooth comb went through it with pure ease. It looks AMAZING and Im excited to see how it does over time. I definitely recommend the Bounce collection if texture is what youre looking for. You will not be disappointed. Ill be a customer of Indique forever . Also the ladies in the ATL boutique were very nice and gave outstanding customer service!

They allowed me to exam each bundle before purchase and gave great tips on how to maintain the hair for repeated use. This is my 2nd purchase from the store and I will continue to go back. The customer service is wonderful, however I just purchased three bundles yesterday and got it installed today. As soon as the stylist unraveled the longest bundle I purchased (an 18”) she was like this is definitely a half a bundle not a whole one. The 14” and 16” stretched out way longer because we compared it. I didn’t take pictures but I won’t be returning because it seems like they’re trying to stretch their product and overcharge for it to make more money. The hair quality itself is good however if I’m paying for a bundle I expect a full bundle.

UPDATE: Ladies STAY AWAY from this shop it is NOT the same as it was a few years ago almost everyone I know who used to shop here back in the day and repurchased recently has an expensive BIRDS NEST!!!.......I paid over 600.00 for this hair and could have just gone to the beauty supply store for the same quality. I will say that in the past when Ive ordered from them that the hair was amazing ( I must have gotten bad batches) in any event the hair is a rats nest and hard and stiff and had a chemical smell when I purchased. I did talk with someone at the boutique however, she was like we can take a look at it but all our hair is inspected and its unlikely that you got a bad batch.....OH but I did and this hair is trash I just cut it and made a u-part wig out of it its not good enough for a sew-in. I had it sewn in for my B-day and that was a BIG mistake it was a HUGE rats nest by the plane ride home!!

I purchased this hair twice and the quality was amazing, I was able to keep it 2 years. This time I spent $800 and it WAS NOT worth it. The hair tangled so badly and shed everywhere. I only used the hair twice and it is done. I know about the proper maintenance of weave because I have been using it for years. My Beautician told me to never buy this hair ever again. I have since then went back to what I know.

I have been purchasing this hair for about 3 years, I can honestly say this is the best hair I have ever experienced being soft, manageable, absolutely no shedding and conforms to any hair style you want. Pure Wavy is what I like and the hair lasts for at least 3 years if you take care of it the way it should be taking care of. Its expensive, but its worth every penny of it.

My first purchase was from the bounce collection, and I loved it so much. My second purchase was maybe 2 months later and that was from the Pure collection. I loved that as well. I have since ordered on line from the Sea collection several times, but the experience is not the same as getting the whole boutique experience. I can vouch for this company because their hair is so soft and doesnt shed much as long as you take care of it. I was actually really excited to purchase and have my hair installed. I bought a few bundles of Pure curly and the hair is very dry. I called and spoke with the young lady who helped me when I bought my hair, did as she recommended and the curls are still dry. Her customer service was excellent however I am a very unsatisfied customer.

This is by far the worst quality of hair I’ve EVER had installed. It was purchased for me by a stylist to use for microlinks. After only wearing the hair for a week I noticed the ends of it looked scraggly so I tried first washing it with my own high end products...that didn’t help so I tried wearing it curly. I spent over two hours of my July 4th holiday attempting to get multiple knots out of this hair. It ended with me pulling, tearing, and cutting out a bag full of knotted tangled hair. I’m scared to straighten the hair and my hair out to see what kind of damage has been done to my real hair. This hair has been a total nightmare!!!

Purchased pure curly 18inch:The customer shopping experience is 5 Stars, however the quality(or the lack thereof) upon installation was a -3 stars averaging my review to 1 star overall.

Recently spent $600 on a frontal and 2 bundles of hair. I must say buying the frontal was a complete waste of money. The frontal was very thin and cheaply made. The was no hair on the back of the frontal to cover the tracks in the back. I have zero complaints about the hair but please dont waste your money on an overpriced thin frontal for $300 from this company.
