Opening hours states 9am I get up there at 9:25 and a lock was on the door. The owner is sitting in her car on the phone. After patiently waiting almost 10mins I left and store was still closed. Poor customer service with poor businesslike.

Great for getting my hair products. Met the owner an she is a very nice an beautiful woman.

Small but offers a lot variety. Service was fine but not super friendly. It was great to support a black owned business.

First of all the owner is never there . The store front says it opens at 9 and so on, but the store is never open . Bad customer service all around . I went to the store 3 days in a row just to see that the store was not open .

They need better lighting in the parking lot at night. It looks like the store is closed when pulling in the lot.

Prices unclear. You cant even see the register while they are checking you out. They barely have hair or kid hair products. Seems more like a clothing store that carries only size L. I Wont be back

I pulled up at 9:10 this morning!! On line it says they open at 9!! They have a big sign on the door that that’s says “Come in We’re Open”!! To my surprise they are closed!! I have a hair appointment at 10!! This is no way to run a business!!

Good variety of hair and products wig variety could be better!!! And stick to beauty’s products not furniture

The worst beauty supply store due to the lack of multiple supplies of product and the unmotavating help that was supposed to make the experience slightly enjoyable but ended up being a waste of my time by coming to that particular store.
