This is my local salon centric that I frequent and I have to say Drew and his team are excellent. I had an issue with one of my tools and he was able to fix the problem right away. Great customer service.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEYRE OPEN TODAY ON SUNDAYS ??? I need supplies for my clients !!!

The girls are sweet and helpful...BUT*** every single time not only me but I seen also other stylists as well by the cashier trying to pay and is always ALWAYS ** an issue and one time they had me waiting to pay for like 20min!! I had a client waiting at the salon for me and needed to leave. They are so slow and dont seem to be train well at the cashier. Last time I waited 15 min and they ran my card 3 times! And at the end I got the wrong receipt. I called 2 days later about the receipt and they had me on hold for 15min only to tell me if they can call me back cuz they are too busy. Like j said very nice....so nice that all you can do is bite your tongue so you dont snap at them. So if you are planning on going to that store make sure you go on a day off and expect to wait a long time just to pay

If I could give this company no stars I most absolutely would ! I have been shopping at salon centric for a little over 2 years ! I have spent thousands of dollars with this store!! Today will be my last day ever shopping with them due to the fact that they allow there UNPROFFESIONAL employees to treat there customers like CRAP! I dont patronize any buiness that obviously train there staff to be rude and ignorant ! I am very pissed off and sad that this had to come to this ! If I do not get a reponse from there corporate office I am going downtown Atlanta to file a civil sue for defamation to my business !! DONOT EVER SHOP IN THE ATLANTA PIEDMONT STORE !

I can never get in and out, when I go to this particular salon centric! DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOUR IN A HURRY!
