Went here with my wife to make an exchange of an online order which was very easy after being helped by the store manager

The young man that helped me was so polite. When I cane in he had a customer. And made me feel special because he took the time to acknowledge me. And tell me. He will get with me. He had knowledge of the moisturiser and help me select one. Thank you for great service sir. I will be back!!!

Love this location. I went in expecting to spend $$$$ but they told me about after pay and I was so happy my total was $250 and I ended up paying $50 and every two weeks $50 comes out my account thats so kool so yes this is my go to spot

If you want a quick hello and you know your colors and you have worked with professionals at MAC before this is your store. If you need assistance you will be provided long winded lessons about Kim Kardashian, no offense I just want to be me. I dont require dramatic fixes just simple tired pick me up solutions. Life solutions. She is just so messy with it and so very quick. She is an expert but why do I look crazy. I wiped off the experiment and promptly left. Forgive me for wasting her precious time. UGH.Total waste of my time. MAC is becoming a relic.

Lindsay Rochelle is absolutely amazing. PLEASE GO SEE HER. Her aura lights up the store. I had a bad experience upstairs at the Macys counter and she turned my situation around. She was welcoming to everyone that came in while she was busy with me. She made every customer feel important. Her spirit made me so comfortable, I felt like Ive known her for years. She was very knowledgeable about the products and informed me what was best for my skin type. My make up was flawless for my engagement photo shoot. I will be coming back to see her and you should too. Thank you so much Lindsay!!!!

I love this M.A.C.! Its my favorite cosmetic store to go to. I always feel intimidated at other cosmetic stores because Im not very talented or knowledgeable about how to do my makeup. Im trying to learn! This M.A.C and the associates here are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. They teach me about what makeup will work best for my skin and always offer me samples to try first. I never feel pressured to buy which. I trust that they are trying to help me find makeup Ill love as opposed to just trying to make a sale. Today Alessia helped me and was so sweet and made great recommendations about eye shadows for my eye color. Im very pleased and will definitely continue to shop here for all my makeup needs!

I would love to give a huge Thank you to Mrs. Chantelle Character. Im not big on makeup, but she made me so beautiful on Saturday October 26th! She made me flawless! Her attitude, and personality were phenomenal. She knew her stuff from top to bottom. She was all by herself, multitasking, and handling her business. I will be back real soon. Thanks again. Everything seemed out of stock and somehow dirty today. There was nobody to help any customers and the one store attendant was busy counting the singles that the customer chose to pay with. It was weird so I left. Sephora right across was the exact opposite of course.

Great experience. Got exactly what I needed and asked for. Staff wasn’t pushy or trying to up sell. In and out quickly.

Walked inside to exchange a foundation that I ordered online. Everyone was greeted within reasonable timing, but me. Decided to leave, walked into Sephora to purchase the new Fenty Beauty foundation and received good, immediate service. With that being said, I will return the Mac foundation!

Went to a great sale at bath and body works. That was a great mall day. Yeah.

This review is for the Mac store not the Macy’s location. I usually enjoy my experience at this MAC, but today I dealt with a very rude associate named Shanel, unsure of the spelling. All I wanted to do was to make a simple exchange of foundation colors from a purchase I made online. I was told that they could not because the item did not come from their inventory. Weird as every other retailer allows this, but ok 🤷🏽‍♀️. My issue was her customer service, her tone and demeanor were rude. I’ve worked retail, I get it, but I was so dissatisfied that I went to the Macy’s upstairs and bought my correct color then went back down to return the online purchase. In the future, I will likely avoid this location. It’s a shame because I usually rave about it.

I am VERY dissatisfied with the service at this particular Mac location!! The store manager was RUDE, and VERY disrespectful, and also one of the sales Reps (Alysia) was just TERRIBLE!! Both of these Women need new professions!!!

Horrible experience today which is national lipstick I was told they would honor and give out lipstick with 14 colors to choose from when I got to the store the employees were hiding out dodging customers I got the attention of an employee who had a nasty facial expression once I got her attention then she stated the lipstick had been gone since 10am which is crazy considering the mall doesnt open until 10am so I guess everyone working for Mac and Macys cosmetics and perfume got the free lipstick due to that I will no longer be shopping at Mac they should have went about that giveaway another way
