This is a very honest review. Erika you are the bomb.com hands down. Soon as I walked in it was good energy. I let her know what kind of hair I normally purchase and she directed me to the raw Indian hair great price also I normally pay 600 and they had a deal going for 370 including a closure. And then I find out I didn’t even have to leave my home she would have drove it to me after ordering online that options there wow. No virgin store I ever went to had those services. Washed it and the hair is beautiful ☺️ It drew my attention one of their models online and come to find out it was her lmbo I wanted exactly what she had you rock stay blessed. I was pleased with the quality of hair I received it came in 10 days as promised I ordered a 18in frontal and 22,24,26 straight Mink Brazilian hair it was priced ok and I have had this hair installed for a little over a month I flexi rod it and it held those curls well but as far as a curling iron curl it does not hold at all it straightens good I have not yet tried to dye it but as far as for now I am happy with this purchase.

I stepped in here today to look at their hair selections. I haven’t had a sew-in in about 5 years. It didn’t take long for me to determine the hair appeared to be of a really good quality. The person running the place was informative and helpful.I will do another review once the hair is installed and I’ve given it enough time to assess the quality.

Loving this hair. You gotta go in the store to really see how pretty it is. This hair is still so soft and bouncy even after I dyed it. Blonde hair usually gives me issues but it hasnt tangled and I really dont have any shedding. Its been two months and Im still getting compliments. The customer service was really good too.

I purchased the Brazilian Curly hair a few weeks ago and I am still loving it! The ladies there provided great customer service and they even told me about a special for 3 bundles and a frontal for a great price. I’m super picky about hair as I’ve used some premium quality and really expensive hair in the past. So I was nervous about this purchase. But it turned out great! It’s super soft, maintains the curl pattern, minimum shedding. I get constant compliments on this install as well. So they get a thumbs up from me!!!

I purchased the Peruvian curly 20 Inch from virgin hair depot ! It was amazing . I bleached it and everything and the curls were still in perfect shape. I love the fact that I didnt have to do much to get my curls to be soft and shiny. I will definitely be a regular customer there because not only was there hair THE BOMB . But the customer service was even better . The owner was very nice and she educated me and helped me make my decision on what hair to get .Next sew in I will be back and I will be trying the Indian hair !

This company came highly recommended by my stylist so I gave it a go. Unfortunately I never received my hair couldnt track it. Emailed customer service all to be told my order was not pulling up sent copy of order confirmation and bank draft. Was told they would verify and process a refund and I would be notified. Still havent heard anything and Ive emailed twice no response. I pray I get my money back because that hair is not cheap. Fingers crossed I wish I could have gotten a better experience but I will not be trying to order again

I only gave them one star because you have to leave some kind of rating in order to comment. But the quality of their hair sucks! I had to purchase hair from them because my original vendor was all out of hair! And the day of my hair appt I needed hair for my install! I normally wear high quality RAW Indian hair so I’m accustomed to what good quality hair looks like. And their hair is far from it, I only purchased because I was assured that the quality was good and because I normally wear Indian, that the Malaysian pattern was different! I am not pleased with my hair! And they get over on you with the All Sales Are Final & No refund policy! Should’ve known not to shop with a company that will deny you a refund if you’re not pleased with their product!

When I first shop with them I bought Brazilian body wave it was good hair it lasted me for a year maybe 2 but then I bought some Peruvian curly hair from them that hair didnt last long less than a year that hair tangle up on me it thinned out I spoke with the manager informed her of my situation she said she would give me some more hair free of charge because I was a loyal customer which I was so I said okay oh no but two week went I called the store to see what was going one the employees says I probably got a bad batch of hair so I wrote the owner of the store located on metropolitan Atlanta she say they havent got the hair in yet give her till Friday so I said okay I inboxed her Friday she says they still havent got it in yet so 2 weeks went then a month then 3 months so to myself I know they got new hair in by now due to they shipment so I inbox the owner again let her know its very unprofessional to tell me you are going to get hair in then when the day comes she come tell me we still havent got it in yet so informed her I wont be shopping with them again because thats very unprofessional

Shipping was a nightmare!!!! It took over an month for me to receive my hair! I paid for express shipping for the additional $49, I had to call them and the person who answered didnt care about what I had to say! To get any type of results to getting anything I had to hop on social media instagram and comment on a post. They told me they was gonna reimburse me my shipping and give me a 50% coupon, never received any! But the hair is good tho, they will never get my money again! Poor customer service

The hair was a great quality but the bundles were very thin and I had 10 bundles. Customer service could have been better as well.

It took forever for me to get information on shipping for my hair, then when I did I was told a storm from the north delayed the shipping process so it was coming later than usual. (Which was weird to me because when I did get shipping info it came from ATL right to NC). Also, the person I emailed about it was slightly rude and I could definitely tell was being smart with me in the email! To top it off, the wig I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture! Its thin and looks like only one bundle of hair was used on it! This is the worst experience Ive had buying wigs but I do know one thing I will NEVER buy another wig from them!

Shipping was longer than what was expected. I called to inquire on my order and was placed on hold and she never came back on the line. I then called back and it was a magic jack phone line saying the magic back customer you have called is not available. Seemed pretty suspicious. I called their local store and was told my order will ship the next day and it did not ship until a few days later. When I received my order, the HD frontal I ordered was not HD. The hair seemed very beautiful and soft. I made a wig with the hair and when I wore the hair, it would tangle in the neck area. Then I noticed a lot of shedding. Then the frontal started to have bald spots in it. The hair comes out a lot on the frontal. I contacted them via Instagram and was told to contact their customer service. I have been emailing customer service for 2 weeks and no response. Next route is to dispute this company with my bank and better business bureau. Buyer beware!

I ordered hair from the online website August 4, 2017 and it should of shipped within 7-10 business days however it was never delivered, I guess there was some sort of glitch in the system? However you wouldve thought a company where people are spending $100+ for hair they would inform their customers of this mysterious glitch in the system preventing them from getting their hair in the allotted time. I cancelled my order I believe somewhere around August 20th or maybe a couple days after and it is now September 7, and its been well over two weeks and this company still has yet to refund me for the bundles I cancelled the order for. I have emailed and I have called numerous times and the customer service itself is horrible, this company is by far one of the worst companies I have ever attempted to order hair from, I am never going to consider ever ordering hair from this company ever again. I am still expecting my money and apparently there was something else wrong in the system which prevented me from getting my refund for the $265 order of hair I had cancelled, I have been emailing them and they have yet to actually answer and the telephone number they posted on their website is not even affiliated with the website that sells bundles itself. This company is horrible, do NOT order hair from here.
