Best beauty supply and more store in the A. I recommend them to all my clients and they drive from wherever they live to shop here. Why? The prices doesnt include all the overhead and more like most beauty supply stores do. Then the customer service matches the quality products and prices always! I normally dont give reviews but I went into J & J Beauty Supply store today to purchase a wig for the first time and I had the best experience.The young lady that assisted me was extremely helpful, patient and professional. I dont know the young ladys name but her knowledge of the stores inventory and knowing how to place and style the wigs I tried on made my first experience with buying a wig a very pleasant one!Also, I had to pick up a few other hair care products and J & J had everything I needed very neatly stocked and organized.I highly recommend J & J Beauty Supply store with all of your beauty product needs.I HAVE FOUND MY BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!!!

I FREQUENT this Beauty supply store because it is convenient and they have a large selection. But if you were looking for good customer service from the owners/Asian workers, you are at the wrong place. I am here on a regular basis . So much so that they know my face. At Christmas time they give a calendar with 10% off coupons. I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. Today I spent over $50 and used one of those coupons. I went to my car and realized I forgot something so I went back in to pick up those couple of things. The girl at the register says, weren’t you just in here? I said yes, actually I was but I forgot a couple things. Can you apply that coupon? Of course she says no. That’s just not good customer service to me. The discount would have only been $1.30 but it’s about the principle. They care nothing about customer service.

Customer service is amazing very cheap price and they keep a smile on your face.

Ok so this time that I went they were very understandable and knew that it wasnt my fault so they exchanged the product with no problem. If they keep this type of customer service up they will have more customers who will be willing to leave all these other beauty supply stores and shop with them because they have great quality products.

Best hair experience Ive ever had. I walked in not knowing what to expect since I had never worn a wig before outside of Halloween. I wanted something that would match my natural curl pattern, and Kianna was so much help. She was patient in explaining how I could style my wig to blend in with my natural hair. She made me feel beautiful.This place is very organized with a hug selection of hair products and hair prices and high quality wigs. I will definitely be back!

Ive been coming here since a little girl. I remember my mom stopping here before work & school for me many mornings. Now many years later Im stopping anytime I need something, because I know they have it for sure at a reasonable price. The staff is wonderful from the owners to security. Couldnt ask for more.

Poor customer service. You can tell they were extremely observant of the Black customers in the store . Store was overcrowded. Sign said 10 or less and had to be at least 20 people in the store.

Google indicate the location opens at 7:30. The sign on the door says 7:45 a.m. and it is now 7:55 and the location is still not open. You need to go to work its may not be your stop.

This lady is rude and nasty she accuse me of taking a picture and all I wanted to do was see before I paid all the money for the wig if it was going to knot up I was just looking for a review and she rolled her eyes at me after I nicely explain that I was not taking a picture do not spend our black dollars here. They hate us!

I came to this place because it said black owned. When I went inside the only black person I saw working there was the guy watching the door to make sure everyone was wearing the mask.

I came to this beauty supply store because of the good ratings it had. I went in to buy a wig, but when I was in the wig section, I saw a few cockroaches roaming around. Felt disgusted so I didn’t buy anything. I’m definitely not coming here again.

I am a frequent shopper at this store. I have compared there prices to other stores in the area and they are more resonable with a better quality as well as variety of things I use on a day to day basis. The customer service given with each visit makes you want to come back. I feel valued as a patron and I always feel that I have received the best deal when I leave.

Called the store three times to see what time they closed and the man said at 8 pm as long as I get there before 7:55PM as I drove 15 minutes to the location. I bought hair from them asked if it CURLS before i even bought it and they said YES! i come home and wash it and IT DOES NOT CURL AT ALL!! I called the store and said what happened to see if they can help fix what they LIED TO ME ABOUT! the lady on the phone said “ well you might just have to take a loss in this one” SAME DAY I CALLED AND THEY REMEMBERED ME FROM EARLIER! do not buy hair from here. very TERRIBLE

I visited the wig section it was one blk female working the area.she walked back 10mins after me and another customer was waiting on her. she came and said can I help you and then thats when her cellphone rang dont you know she answered the call a and step to the mirror where you try on the wigs and continued having her conversation wit and last about her moving into her own place and not knowing how to do any of the paperwork . but so unprofessional and lazy2

Prices were cheap but lady at the register was very impatient and rude. They close at 6:00 and it was 6:03 and their store was full of customers yet she was only rude to me and my mom, by the way im 12 years old and i find that her customer service was highly unsatisfied especially when we as the customers are spending our money!!!.

Dont care for the location but the store was decent and I was able to find what I was looking for. The lady owner made me feel uncomfortable though because she watched me the whole time I was in the store like I was going to steal something. Itll probably be a while before I go back.
