I got hair from hair them twice the deep wave hair I purchased the first time was good I was able to reuse the hair this time I purchased the ocean wave hair spent $390 and the hair is horrible it sheds so bad less then a month the hair looks so awful if I spend close to 400 for some hair I expect for it to last I got sliver collection hair which should have lasted longer yes the hair is so pretty when you first get it done but afterwards it starts to look horrible I went to true glory got the same excact hair it lasted for months and I spent $256 I still have the hair now. For the amount of money you spend the hair isn’t quality so my hair stylist said he can bring it back to life. Not to mention I don’t put anything in my hair only brush it braid it at night after a 3 weeks I start to wet it because it was looking so horrible kept matting up I got a 24in it looks like a 14in now because how bad it was shedding and falling out I’m not saying they hair isn’t nice but it’s not good and worth the price so for now on ima go with true glory because they hair is quality hair

Most patrons who enters will find some essential things to enhance daily life beautifying self image.I purchased several items not associated with cosmetic applications, but the carrying pouch, a clip on id case, butane lighter were so reasonably priced and useful couldnt leave them.The carrying pouch is so cool about a dozen people offered to buy it from me at 200% markup.Service was quick, and the staff actually makes you feel you have their attention and welcomes your business unlike some estasblishments who seems to only want you to leave as quickly as possible. Expressing their no return policy knowing their wares are inferior or not up to standards customers require.

Loved the hair, it was much longer than I expected and the curls were so natural. I had 22 24 24 Peruvian wavy hair. Looked amazing for a half up half down look. Ryssa helped me pick the hair, as I was new to this style of hair. She was super helpful and made my shopping experience great.

This is my second time buying bundles here and definitely not my last! The loose wave is so soft and pretty and took dye very well. The sales associate rissa was also very friendly. She very attentive and I was able to really see which hair I wanted . I would definitely go back !

I was recently in to look at a few wig options, however I wasnt sure what to choose since Ive never worn one. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady who seemed very knowledgeable and showed me options. I do believe that her name was Rysa. Im not sure if these reviews actually get read, but I would like to mention that you dont see great customer service anymore. She made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. Rysa definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I will be back in the near future.

I absolutely love this hair ! I purchased the bodywave hair! I installed it recently and it love it . It’s very soft . Minimal shedding and it curls and straightens very well . You have to pay for quality . I got the gold collection thank you D .

The customer service was great but the hair was not good at all. After a week of wear, the (Gold Collection) shedding and tangling was nonstop. My coworker purchased from here as well and she got the same result. I was overcharged for my bundles so the manager gave me a credit to put towards my next purchase, unfortunately, I wont be putting the credit to use because I was so disappointed with the product. :(

Literally the worst hair in Georgia!!!! I purchased a full lace wig from this company and honestly I feel like I could have gotten a better wig from the beauty supply. The wig is already extremely thin right out the package and sheds more when wearing it. The service at the Conyers location is also poor. The employee that was “helping” me was rude and had no interest in selling me the hair. I’m so disappointed and wish I could be refunded my money.

I went too True Hair an purchase three bundles of their deep curly Peruvian hair & A closure . I’ve experience shedding, tangling, etc . I wish I can upload pictures too show you exactly what I’m talking about. Fast forward So, I went up there too share my concerns with Mari (who sold me the hair ) she wrote down couple of notes in the composition book as she ask different Questions . Then she’s said I will be hearing from her her concerning these issues. Three Weeks later I haven’t heard anything . So I stop by today Again ( second Time) . and one of the employees spoke with another manager and I was told that on my next purchase I will RECEIVE 50% off . Which is crazy too me because you didn’t do right by me the first time for me too wanna purchase AGAIN! Bad businesses

I bought wavy hair from True Hair and had a U- Part wig made. My hair has lasted. I wash and condition it, colored it and now wear it straight. The customer service was awesome, Dinah, the manager there was very helpful and patient in helping me decide on the best hair. I will shop here again.

This by far was worst hair in Atlanta!!If I can give it a 0 Star I would! The one star if for the customer service.My client purchased this hair 2 months ago and she spent over $300 for what was supposed to be there upgraded hair.However this sh*t tangled so bad on the first wash it looked like synthetic hair and so much hair was coming out!! I damn near put a whole bottle of oil in it and it still was not right!! The closure went bald and tangled!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I told my client to never buy from them ever again!! Leave that bird nest where it’s at!!!

Wore hair once.... It shedded a lot and tangled... Got 22 inches body wave... Went to get it reinstalled and was told that it had synthetic fibers... Had to put Silicone mix on it to soften it up but yea, you guess it... Its back tangled... Worst hair ever smh

They’re two locations one in the Mall West End and in Conyers. In addition the owner/manager is extremely rude. Don’t waste your money!

I bought 3 bundles from True Hair 20, 22,24 inches. It was the worst hair I ever purchased . True Hair came highly recommended through a family friend stylist. Im usually a True Glory Fan but wanted to give True Hair the benefit of the doubt. I should have trusted my intuition and bought hair from True Glory like I usually do. Within 3 days of having it installed the hair started to shed immediately, and after one week it started to tangle. I was distraught because it felt synthetic more than 100% virgin hair. SMH. the hair shedded so bad, I was leaving hair everywhere it started shedding when I brushed it and even on its own. I went to my original stylist to have it untangled and she stated this was the worst hair she ever seen. after 30 minutes of her washing and conditioning it tangled again even was blow dryed straight. I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER BUY TRUE HAIR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
