No employee was masked. Cashier with nose stud cold and rude. Hope in the future employees get better training. You never know you walks into your store with influence.

No employees had mask. Girl with piercings in nose and face very rude and unprofessional. I left items on the counter to continue shopping, once I returned to the counter my items were on the floor. When asked why my things were on the floor, the two female employees just gave a blank stare and no response . After asking the manager he said they probably just fell... no way!!! Very unprofessional

Excellent customer service & I appreciate the fact that they require customers to use sanitizer as they enter. I drive 20miles just to go here. Well worth it.

Even with a receipt... No exchange...A no return policy.... I promised myself, to never again, spend one penny at this location...

Very neat and clean. Black owned establishment. The store has a very wide selection. The proprietor and staff were very nice. It was also refreshing to not be followed down every aisle.

Went here to buy a wig for a client, I asked the owner what time they close, she says they shut the door at 7:15- I say Im right outside and need to buy a wig, and then I come in literally a minute later, then she says wig section is closed- and has her goon fake security guard attempt to intimidate me? Extremely unprofessional and RUDE please do not give your money to these racist Asian owners!

I arrived at 7:55 to buy braiding hair and I called to make sure they had the color. They are supposed to close at 8, but closed early and although I was in front of the store, they would not let me purchase the hair. Waste of a drive.

I was totally pleased. And impressed with the service i received. Mark was very helpful and suggested items that would work for my hair type. This is the type of service every BS needs. There are too many products on the shelves and you can easily pick items that dont work. Keep up the great guest service relationship.

My experience at this store was horrific to say the least. The MANAGER who is an African American man with brown dyed beard lack the customer service aspect of running a business. He was very unprofessional and extremely rude. You are better off spending your money elsewhere. I do hope the owner of this store hire better management . The store does not deserve a star PERIOD. Ladies spend your money somewhere else, a misogynist shouldn’t be given the opportunity to manage a beauty supply store.

Just dont. Plenty other beauty supply stores to go to in this area that are not rude and have good customer service....they barely have anything anyway compared to the other ones. I put up with the rude behavior for awhile since they were closest to me. Wont ever come back.

I called this place to see how much braiding hair was and the lady on the phone said We dont give prices over the phone. That is so stupid. That means you dont want my service. Every other beauty supply I have called they gave me a price without a problem...

If it wasnt for the guy at the register, I would be back. He rang my things up and literally never said one single word to me. He literally put my receipt in the bag and walked away. Just rude and professional. And hes ALWAYS like that. This was the final straw for me. I will take my hard earned money to a store that, at the very least, would say thank you!

Horrible experience! Went in to try and purchase 3 lace front wigs! The blackMan with the gun kept yelling at me ! He said are you lookin, buying, or trying on! Of course I would like to try on before I buy! He saidI couldn’t try on the lace just in case I bust the lace and he can’t cpme to the back with me because he’s the only one ! Then he answers his phone and leaves me standing there ! i immediately left! You won’t ever get my money! It’s a shame how black men and women are so degrading in such a position! We all should stick together ! Smh!!!!!!

I was impressed with the knowledge of the products, professionalism, courteous interaction, and helpful service provided by the store manager.

I went here to get a wig . I came prepared with a wig cap on from home that was brand new never used. So when I ask to try on a couple of the wigs I was told before you try them on you have to get a wig cap I explained that I had one one already because I was pretty much in a hurry and didn’t want to spend more money then I should. I was told I could not try on the wigs until I brought one of their wigs caps (bunch of bs) so I go to the front explained to them that I already had wig cap just want to try on a wig. The man in the front said the same thing about buying one of their wig caps before trying on a wig. So I hand them my debit card to charge me then they tell me they can’t take $1 off my card for the wig cap I have to spend $3 so I was saying you know I just want to pay for everything together I never carry cash. All this time while everything Is being said NOONE is explaining anything to me on why THIS AND THAT IS DONE I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL.. the young lady asked for my license which I’m thinking she is just verifying my card info in reality she kept my license thee entire time I tried on the wigs once I returned to the counter I asked for my license back, paid for my items and left. No one said have a nice day or thank you...!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS HAIR STORE AGAIN AND I ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO STAY FAR AWAY ...
