I’ve never been here however I am doing a little research into beauty supply stores and happened to find this store on google. I love how the owner replies to customers and keeps it professional no matter the comment. This won’t mean anything to some but if you are anything like me I always read reviews and judge the store off of the owner replies and 🙌🏾 Well done! Since this is black owned I really wish I could speak with the owner about how you started and possibly give me tips about running a beauty supply store. *fingers crossed*

Went in to get kids crotchet hair. Took a few minutes but finally found it. Only had 2 colors so I asked one of the owners if they had any neutral color in stock. Without checking the back or attempting to look, I was told they were out.

Our experience was nice and smooth. It was very welcoming inside and comfortable. Theres a nice selection of a variety of items.Thanks

I purchased hair extensions in which the owner assisted me in my selection, she showed me one type without packaging and gave me another.. When I returned home it was not the type of hair that she sold to me and there is a no return policy after opening..How and why take advantage of people who patronize your business! Look at your purchase carefully before leaving the store!

Ebony Beauty is the closest beauty supply to my home. Unfortunately, the service is horrible! I literally have been coming here since I was a teenager and I still get followed around the store. I’m a hair stylist, natural hair enthusiast, and I love hair products! I read ingredients before I purchase, but here I’m always rushed. The older gentleman asks if I need help several times, even if I continuously say I’m browsing. I mean the store is small, I know where everything is located, and he definitely can not provide actual product advice. The owner and his wife barely greet you upon entering, but are all smiles when you actually make a purchase. Now their son is very helpful, mannerable, and shows genuine customer service. All African Americans Are Not Thieves!! If the owners of Ebony Beauty do not like the type of people in the community that they serve, maybe they should take their business elsewhere!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this place they will rip you off and in a rush to take your money. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, not very knowledgeable of their product. Most of the styles were out of stock
