The service dept is very busy, but Shane is a rock star and very professional. He was honest about the time that I would get out with my car. He didnt try to get me to buy so many other things just what I needed and he was honest about what I asked him about. I will definitely ask for him again.
Matthew, my service manager, did a great job explaining what the car needed & what could wait until our next service. We replaced threadbare tires on a 14-yr old car still bearing it original set of tires (Bridgestones that lasted 83K miles) with a new set of all-weather Michelins and changed the oil.We loved World Toyotas the customer focus, good communication and its appreciation of lifetime value rather than an approach of selling high ticket items that are not entirely necessary. We will be back for continuing service thanks to this approach & to Matts great communications skills!
My wife and I have always loved the service we received at World Toyota. That is why we have been long term customers. Recently, they made a change to how you schedule appointments - its completely awful. They went from having reps that answered the call immediately and were familiar with the systems to access your account to a group now that keeps you on hold, tries to push you to scheduling online - and when you do get through 20 minutes later, you have to practically instruct them how to find your account. Epic plunge from great to terrible. Management should be ashamed.
My Prius needed a new battery. There are none, though, and there wont be any for the foreseeable future. So I had to buy a whole new car.Not their fault - but something to think about if youre considering buying a Toyota.
They’re usually pretty quick. Love the renovated waiting area and free coffee. The chairs are so comfy. They do their best to get you in and out.
I was at the service center of World Toyota (5800 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341) to get my oil change done. I reached there at 4.46 pm and the location is open till 6 pm. They didnt provide me service saying after 5pm, we only take customers with appointment only. I asked them that its not 5 pm yet, it was 4.46pm. Still they didnt give me a proper response and denied to provide me service. In the website, no where it says that i need to have an appointment to get service. I drove 20 mins to get there and this is what i deserve ???? I called them back and some guy named Allan picked up the phone and said i have no idea whats going on. I used to come to this location all the time, but never ever i am coming back. I am an Asian and i dont know if my race had anything to do with the overall situation as i didnt get a proper answer. I am frustrated and totally disappointed. Hope someone will do some research about whats going on over there.
Very unfortunate to see how bad this location is, being so close to my house. They wanted me to change tires and they were recommending some brand called general that I have never heard of.When I said that I only wanted oil change, the oil change price jumped from $45 to $80. When I pointed out that it was only $45 they said its at least $60. They lost my trust there itself.Who are the service personnel was, not looking at a long-term loyal customer. They just want to be greedy. I can only imagine how many customers get tricked into stuff they dont need. Im not trusting you these guys with my maintenance.
Is your regular dealership car service. I used their service before and oil changes take about 1 hour. Big jobs on my opinion are overpriced here so I aways consider different places and check prices. But overall happy for the last 5 years
I made an appointment prior to arriving at service department. I arrived before 9:30 - appointment was at 9:45. I expected a wait because they were very busy. After 2 hours, I checked with service advisor. He didn’t seem very helpful. Again after 3 hours, still the same. Needless to say after 4 plus hours, I said I needed my car. It still took another 30 minutes to get it. There was no apology or explanation, just a $20 discount off the bill. I left there extremely frustrated. They didn’t seem to be bothered by my inconvenience at all!
Mr.Epps was professional but I feel you need to switch from LYFT to Uber. I waited for over 45 minutes for a LYFT that never came
Recently purchased a full set of Falken Ziex ZE950 tires from this Southeast Toyota Dealership. I was sold brand new tires factory stamped THREE YEARS old and fed the exact same programmed line by all the employees (All tires are kept in a climate controlled facility.) which by the look and condition of the tires sounds like a load of BS. They physically looked like they had been driven on. To resolve my issue they offered, free of charge, to install a second set of tires. The only problem, this particular Cooper tire was just over two years old and looked dirty and dingy just like the first set but at least not like they had been used. The only tires they claimed they could get that werent aged were their version of a General Tire only sold by Southern Toyota Group. I wasnt interested in buying into this line about how great this tire was, which didnt carry the reviews the tires I had selected, so my options were exhausted and I left, for a third time, angry and frustrated with the first set of tires still on my car. None of this plays into how badly they treated my rims during the alignment or the fact that they lost one of my solid chrome air caps, only to offer my some knock off alternative, parking my car away from the building and leaving me to return to ask where to find it. Based on their constant explanation that their hands are tied, that they have to contact their supplier/warehouse and they only have one, I would recommend never buy tires from any Southeast Toyota Group dealers. Good deal or not, in the end you really get what you pay for. I highly recommend Discount Tires, theyve always treated me great and it was very remiss of me trying to save a buck and trust this bunch. To the GM responding to these reviews, its been a few weeks since this all happened but I wrote you then, before writing this and no response was given. Do you just use your lackeys to copy and past that meaningful response? Working with your Service Department leaders wasnt a breeze either as I spent most of the time trying to call in and reach them.Read into other reviews, similar dishonest practices have been levied against this service department. As there are only 24 reviews at the time of writing this I imagine more can be found in the main World Toyota review board.
The service director John Pitera runs an excellent staff! I highly recommend speaking to Dean R. and Adam G. who took great care of me and they truly care about their customers as humans unlike other shops who care about your wallet. Ill come from 30 miles out in Jonesboro because I trust their team that much!
Not a good place to do business, I think, employees need training, dont know when to speak, when to listen, when to be quiet 🤷♂️ a little training would do a lot of good
My experience was superb. Great customer service worthy of recommendations.
Courteous professional service. Fast too,
World Toyota has always been great to me. Kind, courteous Advisors, service center has been great. They always try to find me the best price for services, discounts, coupons, etc. Have all my major svc done at World Toyota. No complaints.
I went in for a 95K service (which I had a coupon for) service guy suggested a few things without even looking at my Prius. I agreed out of fear. $320 later I was told in was a water pump flush, tire rotation, $270 was the labor cost. I went back the next day and spoke with the service mgn. He wasnt much help either. I also noticed all my personal info was wrong on my service receipt. I felt totally ripped and wont be going back. Use to love this place!
World Toyota on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard....the best Service Center, ever! This is the only place I take my car to for servicing and maintenance. Since 2007...same car...it rides like its brand new! The service managers and technicians are professional tradesmen/women with excellent customer service!
Chad in the service center was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues with my vehicle. Excellent experience for first time customer.
I went for a 10k miles Toyota care free service they charged me and said that they did tire rotation. At the time of check out he said I have mentioned you that we did tire rotation and charge me nearly $60(he never told me about the tire rotation). Never recommended you to world Toyota. I wish I could give negative rating.
Great people and great service. These folks really know what theyre doing up there. Incredibly trustworthy and easy to work with. My mother has been bringing her vehicles here for years, and I will be bringing mine in from now on. Thank you again to Chris Terrell and Andrew Yi. We appreciate everything yall do and have done for us
Always a great experience, Eric Matson honest, great communicator, trustworthy, what more do your u want 😁
My daughter and I had a very pleasant car purchasing experience at World Toyota! Our sales rep was Eric who was beyond professional! Eric was very patient, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Honestly speaking, I had my defense system in place when I entered the parking lot; I left feeling pleased and I think they were pleased also. We solidified the deal!!
Had a service problem waiting 2 hours plus for oil change... hopefully they better staffed
Nicest service center Ive been to. The only thing theyre missing is a Remote working area to set up a laptop and work on a desk. Other then that the layout is the best Ive seen.
Disappointing, called, made appointment was told it would take 1 to 1/2 hours to do an oil change, appointment 9:15, I got there and was told it would take 4 hours
My experience at World Toyota was great. The service manager Andrew was very helpful, I was stressed and had back pain and he made it easy for me to get the work done on my car. Definitely recommend World Toyota!
For some odd reason this location can never apply my TOYOTA VISA REWARDS dollars to my bill. I tried walking them through the process to no avail. Other than that, the service experience was exceptional. Wait time was at a minimum, and the department is very clean and updated. Processing the payment was the only issue. This was the third time!
The service center is absolutely horrible, dishonest, and incompetent. We took our 4runner in for an oil change. They performed a multi-point inspection during the oil change where they found a loose belt, and no other issues. They we agreed for them to tighten it for us for a charge of $150 in addition to the oil change. The next day my car died in a parking lot and I had to have it towed back to the shop. They told my husband it would be $300 just to look at it. My husband said that they could look at it first and find out what the problem is since they probably caused it. Lo and behold, they had trapped some wires underneath the belt they tightened and shorted out my electrical system. They did fix that for free, to their credit. Shortly after that, it threw a check engine light so I took it in and they diagnosed an engine misfire due to a bad spark plug and said it needed to be replaced, also informed me of a major oil leak and that I needed to replace a gasket. They quoted me $1500 to replace a spark plug and a gasket! I took it to another shop who said that the spark plugs were fine and the oil leak they spoke of was miniscule.Stay away. This business is dishonest, performs shoddy work, and is horrendously overpriced!
It was a TERRIBLE experience. I just needed my tire pressure adjusted and apparently no one knew the correct pressure for by tires. My car is one year old so I’m not sure why it was so hard to know the pressure for my Toyota tires. The manager was nice and resolved my issue but it doesn’t make up for the incompetence service members ESPECIALLY Chad.
Absolutely happy with the service and professionalism. Hassan helped us and got the type of vehicle and year requested. Will definitely purchase from them again.💯👍
I had a bad experience for the 1st time. I have been a loyal customer for all of my car needs. I arrived to the dealer at 4:15pm because I had an online appointment for 4:30pm. I went inside and was told by a representative to wait in my car. 25 min later I was told by another representative that they were closing in 20 min and they didnt have time to do an oil change. My biggest issue is the time wasted by these representative. I will find another toyota dealer.
I have been coming to this location for service for many years. While the service remains decent with a nice staff, I am VERY UPSET and DISAPPOINTED that they now charge a shop fee and cannot explain what it’s for. I got multiple explanations but when I would ask a follow up question they seemed baffled. It’s very troubling for them to add a few which THEY DO DISCLOSE upfrontBeware and check your invoice. Ask questions up front and make your own decision as to whether or not they should earn your business
So I went to get the oil changed and they told me I also needed a change of battery. So I said it was fine and asked how much. They said to change it was $130. But when I went to pay after they finished, they told me it was $220! Apparently they also charged for the change of a new terminals and screws for the battery. I assumed this was included. Its ridiculous, when I ask for how much its going to be, they cant tell part of what Im going to pay. They need to tell me the WHOLE price. Period.
I have been this place in years but recently I noticed they have been recommending services that are not necessary or asking parts to be changed that should not. They charged me changing spark plugs in my car, but when I returned 2 months later, they wanted me to change it again. They told me my radiator needs to be replaced and I refused because they were FOS. Kept me waiting for hours, and kept telling me that my car was being worked on in the shop, but I noticed it was parked in the back of service center. 15 minutes later the guy was still telling me that my car is still in the shop and it will be another 30 minutes to finish the work. I confronted him about what I was seeing, 30 minutes later I was still waiting to get my keys, pay and leave. I would avoid this place like a plague.
Shane was very kind and helpful. I will ask for Shane for my future services. He is courteous and gives his customers/ clients great service 👏👍🏾
Knowledgeable, friendly employees who strive for a quick and honest service. The waiting area is clean and fairly spacioius.
I have always had good experiences at World Toyota since I purchased my Toyota Highlander there in 2018. The employees wish to provide professional services in a newly remodeled pleasant environment. My service agent, Shane Robinson, is easy to work with and directly communicates whatever services are needed for my vehicle in a simple manner. I highly recommend Shane and World Toyota to anyone who needs to service their vehicle or wants to make a purchase more their large inventory of new and used vehicles.
I use these folks for service but i had a bad taste I tried to get then to install Apple car play. Per the notice I received from Toyota, Apple car play can now be installed on 2018 models and above Toyota says to schedule service with the dealer. But when I did and asked to confirm they could to the install, they said they could only do it for “some” 2019 models and no 2018 models. That flatly contradicts Toyota’s notice but I did what they suggested and called other dealers. The Marietta dealer was like ya, bring it in and we will figure it out. The sandy springs dealer said they could definitely do it. AnywY, don’t try hear for Apple car play.
Always great staff and customer service when we get our vehicle for the car service (oil change). They do a full diagnosis and free quote until this processing. I recommended
Once again, Mr.E Palmer has out done himself!. We left the lot as very satisfied customers with a new car thats within our budget. Kudos to you Mr. Palmer, we will come again.
A service center that runs smoothly, although I dont understand why COVID caused them to stop washing cars that were serviced. That was always a nice service they provided. Does car washing spread COVID?
Worst customer service ever provided to me at a Toyota dealership.. Went in for an oil.. Was pointed at a specific price then Amanda Stroud proceeded to charge and the total was higher than what she pointed out.. When I told her about.. She immediately got on the offensive telling me I was wrong and that she specified what the total was going to be.. I kept telling her to stop yelling at me that either way I was going to pay.. She kept insisting I was wrong and that she wasnt screaming.. Even her coworkers turned to look at her as soon as she started raising her voice.. Very unprofessional.. I wanted to report this directly to the general manager.. Spoke with the assistant.. Was told he works call me.. Never heard from them.. Again very unprofessional and they supposedly pride themselves on customer satisfaction..
I had my complimentary 6 month service today for my recently purchased Toyota Corolla. Firstly, I received an email about scheduling my appointment, and the online scheduling platform was very easy to use and reschedule. They sent several reminders as well. At the appointment, I was impressed with how friendly and helpful Service Advisor Ryan Napier was. Best of all, the whole servicing (checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, etc.) only took 30 minutes! I was expecting to wait hours. Overall, very happy with this experience.
Thomas is very rude I have an appointment he refused to take me.
A-mazing!! My appt for 10k/1 year service was at 7 am...I was there when they opened & done at 7:41!! I had my 5k done at Stonecrest Toyota & I was there 4 hours!! No I didnt get there when they opened but 4 hours & it didnt even include an oil change!! Ill definitely stay with World Toyota.
Hit or miss with customer service. First time I brought my car, my experience was exceptional. However, lately Ive been having to bring my car in for recalls and regardless of whether or not its busy or not it takes some time for a worker to approach you. Its not until you make eye contact a few times with you until they decide to come up to you.
Good communication and was able to lower price based on amount of repair.
Couple of hours wait for an oil change. Even with a larger service center they are still way too busy and short staffed. They clearly need to hire more technicians. With an appointment there is a back log so a walk-in is out of the question. I just love when you complain about the wait and they say you are next and there are 20 people behind you. Is that supposed to make me feel better??
Just went in to pick up some oil filters. There were probably 10 people in the waiting room for their cars. Everyone was social distancing but it did not seem extremely busy
The advisor was very helpful. I will recommend him to my family and friends.
It genial efficient and. professional team 👍👍
Matt was pretty nice, and was efficient, which I appreciated greatly.
Quick in and out service, but was dissapointed that they allow people in the lobby without masks and some employees were walking around the lobby without masks on either. Sad that they seem to have given up on making people wear masks.
Overall good service. Will visit again. The person explained me well. Cost reasonable.
Feels that Associate want to increase the bill as much as they can. I do not think I needed to change break oil, it costed 120 dollars!!And other stuff too. I came for 45 dollars oil change and the bill ended up 285!!
Always great service. Matthew and Chris are amazing
The technicians and management in the service department are very dishonest. They claimed that I needed a new tire and my brand new car I just brought needed a wheel alignment and that my tires were going come apart. No such thing. They took a new brand nail and place it in a spot within my tire to make it appear that I had a nail in it.When I ask to see it they were hesitant and I persisted I needed to see it. As I was going back the customer service personnel rush back to the technician and gave him a signal. They were so darn frightened that I had come back there to see for myself.Long and short took my car to another dealership and there was nothing wrong with my tire and my car didnt need an alignment.Bunch of crooks. It was a nightmare for me. I will never go back to this service department.
Purchased a car here via a trade in. Almost 6 weeks later, 10-15 calls and two store visits and the trade in still hasn’t been paid off. Every time we spoke with someone we were assured everything was okay and they would call us back to confirm. The calls never came. First store visit we were assured on Monday at 8:30am they would have an answer(after they spoke with corporate). That Monday, that employee wasn’t even scheduled to work (so a blatant lie). Today, another store visit. Good ol boys (management) had a good chuckle with my wife’s name (Asian name). Insisted it wasn’t their problem. Insisted I was just their “to make a fuss” (just what I want to do the day before Christmas).Over all I would rate this entire experience a zero or worse but today...! Please don’t use this company.
Great service in my point of view
The staff was friendly and professional. However, a scheduled oil change shouldn’t take 2 hours and 50 minutes!
Not enough good, I told to wash and vacuum my car, they excuse I might be take 2-3 hrs. Very poor service
The service department at World Toyota is always welcoming and efficient. They make getting your car serviced a very smooth experience.
Very bad. Never want to go again.
I had a oil change done to my car and my Service Adviser Criston Alexander told me they told him the cooler system need to be clean and flush and the Air flush need to be replace and the cabin air filter clean replace i have some other things but i do it another time, but the Service was good and Criston gave me info what was going on
I bought 3 Toyota from this dealership and many more referrals along with many service referrals. On March 20th I came in to get my AC system recharge after calling in the day before to get a quote. The quote I got the phone was $150-160. However that price somehow jump to $350 that’s over 60% more than what I was quoted. Nonetheless I just wanted to get my recalled done and went on with my day. While I waited for the service to start I called my other local dealership that wasn’t far from where this dealership was located and they quoted me $150-160. While I was on the phone setting up the appointment my service manager at world Toyota came up and curiously try to see if they can reduced it down to $250. Long story short I got my AC fixed at Stone Mountain Toyota for $160 and not $350 at world Toyota. I normally don’t like to give bad reviews but this was in call for the definition of price gouging is beyond real when I brought the dealership so much business in the past few years...I guess I’ll drive a little further for better service from here on out.
Excellent Customer Service !
Great service
Thanks Amanda for the great service.
They make up problems so you spend a fortune
Took my car for the first time. Car came back shaking while driving and got a broken side view mirror. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE. EVER!!
Fast, friendly, curtious, and genuine service team, other than prices, they are awesome.
Very quick, and easy with friendly service staff.
I was impressed by the fact that they told me I didnt have a problem. It was a minor glitch. They made the adjustment and they didnt charge me for the service. My service provider was kind and attentive. The reason for bathroom 4 and not a five follows1. On arrival, no one seemed interested in servicing me.2. Some staff seemed abrupt and distant.3. The waiting area was small and not at all what I was accustomed to at locations in Georgia, Maryland and Texas.
Good seating, quit work area, snack and drinks machine available.
Absolutely pathetic dealership. I would give it a BIG 0 if possible. These people lie and dont respond to begin with. They force you to get financing from them even if you have a approved loan from another bank saying they havent heard of the bank. Beware of Cody Behrens. DO NOT deal with him even if he is your last option. The dealership GM, Mark Capozza is very rude and goes out of his way to make things as difficult as possible. I have never dealt with a worse dealership.
The only place where I will take care of my RAV4
Very organized
‼️Umbrageous TIRE WARRANTY PRACTICES‼️Today is 5/1/2020–1:34pmContacted John Pitera (service manager) at 1:21 pm today after receiving DEPLORABLE service from WORLD Toyota & Eric in their service dept. You can read my text correspondence for yourself as I’ve attached the screen prints.First, Mr. Pitera is rude. I asked him how he was doing & the man cut straight to the chase...My husband purchased 4 new tires on 3.25.2020 only for 1 of the tires to blow out on us today. I’m sure you’re aware that there’s a pandemic currently taking place unless you live under a rock at World Toyota. We haven’t been driving much other than to take me to dialysis 3x a week & physical therapy 3 times a week for my torn Achilles heel..... I contacted Eric to see if they could waive the labor fee that my husband was told we’d have to pay. When the tires were purchased in Mar. 2020... WE WERE NOT TOLD OF ANY LABOR/TAXES that would have to be paid if you had a tire issue with the tires they are selling. THIS is why requested that it be waived.Eric assumed because I questioned their practice that I was frustrated when simply, I wanted to know how a brand new “most popular sold tire brand” (Eric’s eloquent words... not mine, could have a blow out when the tire was NEW.... ...the car hasn’t been moving too much because the entire universe is in the middle of a pandemic. When I called Pitera he couldn’t tell me what’s considered defective with a tire purchased form them & he couldn’t tell me the date in which the tire was manufactured. Toyota has the tire & I am waiting to hear back from him in regards to the manufacture date. Pitera not only was lackadaisical, but so was Chris. When I initially questioned their practices, I requested his supervisor info as I wanted to call. Read for yourself my text convo AND know this:IF YOU PURCHASE A TIRE FROM WORLD TOYOTA & YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH TIRE.. i.e. blow out like we had... YOU WILL PAY A LABOR FEE + TAXES TO INSTALL A DEFECTIVE TIRE THAT THEY SOLD YOU.Shady!!!! If World Toyota sells you a DEFECTIVE tire that blows out a little over 2 months after purchasing it, you will pay labor + taxes for a tire that wouldn’t NEED to be replaced IF it had NOT blown out. If we’d had the tire longer I’d be ok, but 2 months???? Seems shady to me.We are in the middle of a pandemic & WORLD TOYOTA is squeezing all they can out of struggling customers. It’s pathetic. This is not the 1st issue I’ve had with this dealership as I’ve had an oil change in the past done where there was NOT any oil put into my car. I found out when I went to another dealership ...they showed us the empty oil.You would think amid COVID-19 Pitera would be more friendly. Aren’t we all dealing with a lot more?
My experience there was okay so far it was just some minor problem the light was still on for the pressure of the tire and they got it fixed so I was happy
The service department really came through helping me get the wheel lock nuts removed after we lost our key to remove them. Thanks
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for a scheduled oil change. Way too long. Never again
Dont waste time with their service department. They have no clue on the Toyotas and randomly make up excuses to deny the issue.I brought the car in for some warranty repair:1. Auto High Beam doesnt work anymore.2. A white hex bolt was found underneath the backseats, need to check where the bolt came from.3. Drops of fluids were found on the driver side kick panel above the brake pedal. Here are their responses:1. They cant simulate night driving so they couldnt check the functionality of auto high beam.2. The bolt is not from Toyota.3. The fluids were the excess detailing dripping all the way from steering column down to the kick panel.I will post some picture of the bolt and panel. Pictures dont lie. The technician from World Toyota however, is really good at making stuff up.
Service person that greeted me acted like he could care less if i was there or not, could tell he didnt want to be there his self, even at check out he was some what rude. I have been taking my vehicle here for over 7 years for servicing as scheduled and this was the first time from dec 19 to feb 20 I was hounded for two months by letters, e-mails, phone calls and txt to bring in my vehicle for service, and service wasnt due till 20 feb 20 even one week after i had it serviced a lady called trying to get me to bring in vehicle.I believe it had to do with all the renovations they had done in the past year, money ?
Thanks for the great service and outstanding customer service.
I was just visiting from Wisconsin. My maintenance required light went on. Chris, my service person took me right away. He explained thoroughly what it meant, advising me of future service needs that were coming up. He added an extra service at no charge, explaining all those services. My car was ready sooner than I expected .
Damaged my car, TWICE!
Replaced my car battery same day for $240 including parts, taxes, and labor. This may seem like a lot but for a hybrid thats pretty good. Friendly people too. I wouldnt ever buy from a stealership, but I would come back for service/miantenance.
They are not friendly but service was performed fast (less than an hour), compared to mall of GA location where they made me wait like 3 hrs for regular service previously.
Got my new car!
Is ok
In my experience, the staff has always been professional and courteous. Was in recently for my regular 6month service on my Corolla. Was in and out within the estimated time, all services completed as stated. No complaints.
Do not come here. they do not care about your time. I wasted my entire day waiting for them to do nothing! all they are interested is upselling you more services. I came in to get a plug for my tire that had a nail in itand I wanted them to check out a clicking noise coming from my shock. it took them three hours to tell me I should buy new tires. I already knew my tires were worn, I just needed a plug to make it through the week. and they didnt even look at my shocks. waited 3 hours for nothing!! would give a negative star rating if possible.
Good sales staff, just took longer than Id like for them to finalize my deal so I could leave
Jarvis Williams is excellent service consultant: knowledgeable, professional, personable, courteous and detailed. He explained, in detail, all aspects of recomendations. He represents World Toyota well. All services were performed to my satisfaction.
They are so RUDE to customers when we come to do the service! When I called to get appointment they said : They WONT be able to help at afternoon (4P.M). But we can see the time they close is 7P.M. Then i ask: Can I schedule other day at that time? They answer me: IT WONT BE AFTERNOON. Wow great attitude from their staffs! TERRIBLE SERVICE. And TOO BAD ATTITUDE.
