I am giving this location 5 stars because of the awesome service my family and I received from Jamal Green. Not only was he extremely professional, he was very knowledgeable about the line of vehicles and history of the company. In addition, he was helpful after the purchase of my vehicle by following up with me. Jamal is a stellar sale representative that makes the car buying experience a pleasant one.

I went to just view and test drive a particular car online and I fell in love. I was able to leave with my keys and complete trade-in time to pick my son up from school in my new car. The process was so smooth and no hassling to look at other cars and they got me exactly the car note I asked for. I came in with a preapproval and they told me they could get me an even better rate with their lender and they did. Albert Ford made the process so simple all while I was on my laptop working the entire time!

I was in the window-shopping mode, when Jamal suggested that I test drive it. I slept on it that night, and return for a test drive the following day, and I was hooked. I was car shopping for at least 3 months. I saved Mercedes as my last stop because I knew they would be the best, and I wasn’t disappointed. Jamal Green was my sales professional; he was courteous, polite and above all, professional! He provided A-1 service, the type of service one expects when purchasing this type of vehicle. The new car sales manager(s) made themselves available throughout the process, Chris Dunn (namely) to assist with any questions or concerns. Jamal put me in the highly capable hands of Lorenzo Duckworth for my financing, and Lorenzo made sure I was educated on the process and was very generous with information on any and all questions. Finally Tara Hall the product concierge specialist, poor Tara, tasked with educating this old lady on how to maximize the overwhelming benefits of the car, (Tara, I need a remedial class please)!!! Every specialist in their respective departments was on top of their game and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this dealership.Please stop on or call Jamal Green, you won’t be disappointed!

I had appointment today for my 1st service....If this is the service from mercedes I never buy this company cars .... make me 2 and half hours for just to clean car from inside .... and u can see in the car picture how clean they did it .... never ever go to this place ....after read all those reviews now I feel why I didnt read in beginning...I could save my time and get better service but I guess mercedes company is only about money making service wise big 0 ...hope people read every post and then think about to buy I have 2 mercedes but probably this last time....I really wanted to give 0 star if its in my hand...them manager called and wanted me to there again and get clean up we can afford mercedes so we can afford to pay other place to clean and pay 100 for just clean inside...anyways worse place please dont go this place ....

I get to Mercedes South to get my car and it was filthy Justin is a sorry service advisor he was supposed to have made sure my car was clean and to tell me lies about a loaner and it’s 6 parked outside this is not service and makes me not even want to ever buy another Mercedes cause sad to say I’ve had a horrific experience with Marrietta and RBM in Roswell too. With this virus being this bad and they didn’t clean my car vacuum or anything just said bring it back like I have nothing else to do but run over here. I asked for the manager he did offer to wash it but it’s supposed to be detailed as a courtesy. Can I take some stars away is the question? I am really giving this location ZERO Stars, but I had to select at least one star to post my review, SMDH! The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. After paying over $1400 and my vehicle is returned to me not even an exterior complimentary wash. Definitely leaves a nasty taste in my mouth to never want to own another Mercedes again in life, if this is what get when needing service that only the dealer can do because the particular part is not sold over the counter. I was initially quoted specific labor hours when scheduling the service and then called 7 days later for a different quote for the labor hours. I blame the service advisor for not knowing his stuff when he called me with the initial price. If the customer service is like this daily, not sure how this location is surviving, unless they are picking and choosing who to give great service to. Maybe the vehicle needed to be purchased from this location for me to have gotten better service... I dont know. I received a text message to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. After I left my service advisor 2 voice mail messages on separate days and received no call backs from him at all. Now, what I do know is I will never go back no matter what I need done. I would rather go deal with the Macon location and I am sure I will get my monies worth. The saying says you get what you pay for and in my situation I got no where near what I paid for. Again, I am giving them NO stars!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! They had my car for almost a month for a Service B. The loaner they gave me was nice but it had milage restrictions. I couldnt even go to the grocery store because where I shop is far.The service advisor did not call me with any updates and I could not reach her. I had to call corporate just to get them to answer the phone to tell me when I can come get my car. When I finally got my car it was dusty and not washed at all.

Switched from RBM to MB South Atlanta when Jim Ellis team took over. GM Ryan McIntyre, Sales Mgr Chris Atkins and Sales Rep Isa Lawrence were outstanding. Bought a 21 GLE 450 and have a 22 E450 All Terrain on order. Isa takes care of business and is very helpful. Obviously I will be back at this store in a few months when my order arrives.

I brought my vehicle to this location for repair. The customer service from the service department was obsolete!! No updates about the status of my vehicle and the service agent had a problem with returning calls. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. The new management has some big shoes to fill because prior to this..the customer service was outstanding. YOU CAN TELL ITS NOT THE SAME. In the future my dealership will do business with another location.

After shopping around for what would be my retirement car. I walked into Mercedes Benz South Atlanta, a female alone to purchase a 70 thousand dollar car. I was introduced to Jeremy Renfroe for my sales man. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me serious. We was kind, patient, and caring. We test drove the GLE350 and I told him this will be a all cash deal. He walked me through the process and stayed with me because I was scared especially during the wire transfer. I felt good and free to say I was pleased and happy when I left with my large purchase, that I sent my daughter to also purchase her first Benz from him as well. This is probably not going to make a difference at all, seeing that the only response from ownership is to the positive reviews. When you advertise “BEST OR NOTHING”, does that only apply to the product or does it pertain all the “after you buy experiences”. There should be a level of Excellence that comes with visiting a Mercedes Benz Dealership. Not just in the building or showroom floor, but your team should be trained to provide First Class Courtesy and Service. Whether you drive an A Class or Maybach, the level of service should never be compromised. People like myself purchase Mercedes not just for driving enjoyment but also for the assurance of knowing that we will be treated like what your Advertisement declares. Horrible service from a “premium” dealership. Called multiple countless of times and can’t get through to service or parts departments. Representatives are quick to cut you off and transfer you to a line that rings to no end and gets disconnected without any answer or advancement of any Kind. 7/21/21 Because this is the closest Mercedes Benz location, I use this site for maintenance. It is a revolving door with service agents, there appears to be no sense of urgency. Loaner cars are never available, and the turn around time is just ridiculous. I understand that their is a new owner (Jim Ellis), so Im hopeful that customer service and respect for peoples time gets better. The Southside really need to be able to have all the amenities that are available in Buckhead, but we want be able to do this if customers stop using this location.

Then I got transferred back to the same girl then transfer me back then someone answered the phone put me on hold and hung up on me. Again I called back the same girl had a whole attitude. I know she can’t help me she just a customer service rep. She told me she can’t help me. Well I know that, that’s why I kept calling back to get transferred to the service department. I get it dealing with customers can be frustrating. But, having attitudes over the phone with customers is bad customer service.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Mercedes dealership. Due to availability, I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment. When I arrived I sat for an hour without being serviced. When I finally spoke to my representative Raphalel he was both rude and inattentive!I’ve now been quoted 2 hours for a 45 minute service not including the hour I’ve lost due to poor communication amongst the employees here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service and the communication is awful. The amount of times I’ve been to this location and the staff has been awful at communicating has no end trial. I came in one day for my tire that had a nail, spoke with the specialist they told me to come back tomorrow and they can take care of it. Fast forward to the next day, they told me to give them an hour. I waited 3 hours for them to tell me they didn’t have the tire and I need to go to the Buckhead location. If you want to go to somewhere to waste time with a group of employees who lack communication this is the place.

I bought a sprinter van for my business January, 2020. Since I was from out of state they put a temporary Georgia tag on my van. They said they would handle my Maryland registration and mail the Maryland tags to me. My Georgia tags died and my van sat for over 30 days. Finally Atlanta South mailed my tags to me. My brand new van also came with two different style tail lights. One side is a nice bright LED bar type light and the other is a regular dimmer bulb light. As of today that still has not been repaired / replaced so both sides are the same. No service after the sale at this dealer.Update: Its been two weeks since the dealer responded to this review saying they would look into this matter and respond back asap. I have not heard a word. Again no service after the sale !Today is 2/20/21 - Still have not heard a word from the owner. I think my point has been proven !

Overall good experience. Everything completed as requested. I went in for regular B service and completion of the airbag recall. When calling to set my appointment, I was quoted a price for a Basic B service. This is fine and happy to have the option but would like to have known of both when setting the appointment as I may have chosen the more complete option then.Mia was great, everything communicated clearly. They were able to complete both items same day which was a bit surprising as it was the day after Thanksgiving. I am grateful for use of a loaner vehicle as well.On this experience, I recommend this location and will likely return.Thanks!

Advisor here dont treat there customers as priority. Not all advisors but enough, its Mercedes-benz high quality. But customers dont get 5 star treatment they should. No one returns calls, advisors lie flat out lie. Cars stay in parking lot unrepaired for weeks at a time. (Unfixed). This dealership is mustly blacked staffed and maybe thats the problem their lazy. Everyone yells thats not my job! A dealership represents team work departments and individuals working together. I dont think they understand that.

I give the service reps 5 stars but the technicians a give a modest 2. Long story short, the radio module needed to be replaced. After picking my car up the radio had 3 AM stations and no FM stations. Programming of the radio should have been part of the initial checklist to ensure that both stations appeared on the radio prior to informing customer that vehicle was ready for pick-up. It was a big inconvenience to take back another day for techs to reprogram the radio.

Evidently this dealership has been purchased by Jim Ellis and they no longer allow you to come in a get just an oil change. Youre now made to get a $399 service. I paid $150 for my last oil change. I didn’t quite qualify for the car that I wanted, but Lorenzo and Gerald assured me that they would do everything in their power to get me exactly what I wanted and they did just that. My experience was amazing. I highly recommend this dealership. Solomon taught me everything I needed to know about my car. Even the cool secret things it do. I had a B1 service. When I arrived at the dealership the greeter was “nice” but that is where that ended. Even though I had an appointment, and I was 15 minutes early it took 20 minutes for me to see my advisor. When I finally saw my advisor, Mia, she was rude and unprofessional. She seemed more interested in her hair than helping me with my car. Furthermore I had a coupon for the service which they would not honor. Very bad form indeed. So after taking a while, and going round and round over the coupon, she finally got my car checked in. As it was a B service which takes quite a bit of time to perform, I had requested a loaner car. They seemed surprised that I actually wanted a loaner! Then when I finally get to talk to the representative to get the loaner car, again that person was rude and unprofessional. Also MB of south Atlanta has a policy that you can only drive the car for 125 miles a day, as I work 35 miles from home that puts a serious doubt that I can stay under that threshold. Also unlike any other dealership I’ve been to that has loaner cars, they wanted $250 deposit on their car! Ridiculous, I’m leaving you my car, which frankly is nicer that your loaner, and you want me to give you a deposit on your car! Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️Anyway then they proceeded to take 4 days to do what is essentially a glorified oil change! Needless to say I was out done! Never again will I’m I pay my money to be treated badly by rude and unprofessional people

Took my car in to have recalled airbags replaced. When I left my paddle shifters werent functioning the way they did before I brought it in. AND the wood trim on both doors and dashboard are coming off!!!Made my concerns known, brought it back and was told the work they performed was not the cause, and was given a quote for more than $1000 to replace interior trim and paddle shifters!!!Mia, my Service Advisor was communicative, courteous and professional. Cant say much for the Service Department. #BustedBenz

Great customer service! I spoke to someone over the phone first she invited me over. She was very informative she helped me determine what type of vehicle that I was looking for..I wasn’t looking to come in so soon! I’m glad I stopped in yesterday .Ms V. helped me she was great she was very sweet and professional.She took the time to explain to me the difference between models. If you are looking for a Mercedes ask for Ms. Vanessa you won’t be disappointed she’s very knowledgeable.

Vernell Jackson is amazing! I visited the showroom approx 30 mins before closing. Even though it was closing time, Mr. Jackson stayed to review options, explain everything, and ease my trepidation.Im a woman purchasing a vehicle and so far Ive experienced condescending fast talk. This was honestly the first time I didnt leave the showroom feeling uneasy. Hes now my Go To Guy. I HIGHLY recommend him.

The customer service here is bad. Appointments mean nothing. Ive waited nearly an hour each and every time to repeat what I told them on the phone when the appointment was set. Streamlined process would be great. The completed work is good though.

Absolutely great customer service!!!Keep you involved throughout the entire process- text you when your vehicle is almost ready- while it’s waiting in line to be washed .My wait time was average & fast compared to other services I’ve have in the past...Super happy Mercedes owner!!
