This dealership gets a low rating for me not because of its quality of vehicles but because of its poor customer service. I live out of state and have me all estate purchases at other dealerships but this experience with this dealership has been by far my worst. While they have all my money for the vehicle I purchase they cant seem to get the paperwork right. This is going into week two that this deal has not been closed. Ive called and left messages no one has called back. At this point Im ready to get a full refund and call it the day.

Visited on Saturday Oct 9, 2021 while assisting my Mother in her search for a new car. She has owned Cadillacs in the past and this brand was on the list of possibles. We really picked the wrong dealership or the wrong brand, or possibly both. The sales staff was non-engaging although there were visibly available salesperson. We helped ourselves around the showroom and found the car I had seen online. The window sticker was just over $56,000 which was in the area we were looking. The dealer had added another sticker on the front windshield stating a $10,000 market adjustment price increase. This is almost a 20% increase and obvious price gouging. Typical sleazy car dealer stereotype fulfilled. Finally, a salesperson came our way and tried to explain the absurd upcharge stating that all the dealers are doing this and it was because of the current vehicle shortage. NOT SO, all dealers are not doing this and, if they are, not by this ridiculous amount as I discovered with just a few phone calls to other dealer brands.I later visited Rick Case Genesis as Genesis is on our list of possibles. I inquired if they had so called market adjusted amounts added to the MSRP. They flatly said NO and presented me with good service, low pressure and pertinent information that helped in the process.Bottom line, There are good car dealers that are honest and that have integrity. Classic Cadillac is not one of the good ones. My advice shop around and dont get gouged by this dealer. After the bad experience, We have decided not to buy Cadillac.

I will never buy a car at this dealership ever again. Linda was our sales agent and she showed us a 2021 Mercedes GLS 450. The car was a trade-in so it wasn’t cleaned etc.. after all negotiations was done and paperwork was signed the car was suppose to be sent to detail. We came back 4 hours later and the only thing they did was washed and vacuumed. There was also an additional damage on the tail light that wasn’t there before. She said don’t worry about it and to bring it back so they would take care of it. Next day she said she talked to the manager and that they couldn’t do anything about the light and that I would have to wait another 3 hours if I wanted the car detailed. These people will promise you anything but after you drive off the lot they really don’t care. Very disappointed. I thought they were better than that.

I’ve been using this service for the last 2 years and it has took a nose dive drastically with the service techs. You go in for an oil change you paying $500 because it’s another issue with your car you never had an issue with. They diagnosed the wrong issue, charged me $1500 for 1 strut after just telling me it’s $2200 for both with a wheel alignment. Math on that doesn’t add up up properly. Less than 24 hours my stabilizer track, engine light, anti slip light comes on. Never had 1 issue with my trans mission and that’s the issue after they worked on it so they claim now. The car is applying the brakes for safety because it’s sensors is jacked up after they messed with my wheels but they claim it’s my transmission less than 24 hours of service. Plus they took 3 days to tell me that BS after I took it back. Real shady. Never had 1 issue around my transmission, no leaks, no smells, and slippages and it automatically just stop working after you service my car.

Here is my Honest Opinion of This Locations Service Center.Ive had the car for several months now and held out to write this review.You will be Hard Pressed to find another Cadillac service center that delivers the way Classic Cadillac does. Trust me when I tell you as I have experienced ALL of the other Cadillac Dealerships in the Northern Atlanta area. Yet none have met my expectations....except for Classic! On my last visit at Classic someone accidentally scratched the steering wheel to my Platinum Escalade. They took immediate ownership and ordered a new Steering wheel and put me in a car until mine was ready. While my vehicle was there I had some service done. Nate their Master Tech worked on my vehicle. Once I spoke to Nate about a few things i needed to get done i knew he was The Man and felt at ease knowing i have a true Master of his craft working on my truck. Seriously, I cant emphasize how important it is to have skilled technicians working on a $100,000 car.I will NOT bring my car anywhere else. I live 1 hour away and have many other Cadillac Dealerships between my home and Classic. Classic is worth the drive. Jose was my service writer and was exceptional at understanding my needs and was extremely professional during all of our interactions. He even followed up with me after everything was done just to make sure things were going good. Good Lord....I mean talk about going the extra mile. Jose is my guy from here on out. Ethan was able to transfer a Cadillac AT6 from another dealership that I had requested,. We agreed that I would be in at 5:00 pm on a Friday, which will allow me to test drive it and most likely buy it. He knew that I was driving from Savannah after work to Atlanta (4 hours of driving). however, when I got there I had to wait almost two hours to test drive the vehicle that I told him that I was going to test drive/buy. I discovered that there was somebody else test driving the vehicle that was reserved for me at 5:00 pm. Despite all this, the couple did not buy the vehicle that was reserved for me; therefore, I purchased the vehicle. It is unfortunate that there was no service recovery attempt besides a verbal apology. This is about the 10th car that I have purchased and it is customary that a gift basket or some upgraded Accessories is provided by the Salesperson. I did not even get a key chain. Additionally, he was supposed to call me the next day and provide me with info. It has been over a week and I still have not received that phone call. I will probably not recommend anyone to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta

This was an incredibly smooth, straightforward car buying experience! Im always hesitant to visit car dealerships because I dont want to deal with high pressure sales tactics, constant follow up phone calls and emails, and wondering if Im being treated fairly and with honesty or just being sold. Tex Williams and the sales manager Tom Murry have changed my perception of what my expectations should be walking into a dealership. They were knowledgeable, they worked with me to build a deal that was fair, they gave me different options so I could determine what worked best for me and my family, and ultimately I drove off in the car I wanted! This is the first Cadillac Ive ever owned and I will definitely be back to Classic Cadillac, not just because of the vehicles (I live over an hour away and pass 2 other Cadillac dealers on the drive), but because I believe they set the standard for how customers should be treated.
