I would recommend T3 to anyone who owns a Toyota. Ty was very professional and prompt. Shannon (hope I’m spelling his name right) has the highest of my respect for the great customer service, honesty and integrity that both he and Ty presented with. As the owner of a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner, they took their time to provide quality service to a vehicle that has much sentimental value to me. Pricing for repairs was very affordable and they were very forth coming with any issues that presented. Thanks for being who you guys are. Don’t ever change. I had car trouble on I-285 and just happened to pull into their lot from the interstate. Ty was nice enough to take a quick look at my car and recommend me to another mechanic nearby who could help (his shop does not work on Jeeps). Have had 3 different Lexus vehicles serviced at T3 since 2008. They provide honest service, fair pricing and quick delivery each time. They have done all kinds of work from pre-purchase inspections and routine maintenance to rarer jobs when a strange problem happens on an older vehicle. Ive had battery problems in one car and they always check the warranty life first to make sure Im not overpaying for something that should be covered. Ive been using T3 for at least 7 years for service on my Lexus after they were recommended by two different friends. Ty and all the guys all do a great job of explaining repairs and service and make sure they do thorough job. Scheduling appointments is easy and they do their best to have it ready when promised. I think they are very fair in their pricing and do outstanding work.

I would give them more stars if I could! Ty is a unicorn of a mechanic in a sense that professionals like him just dont exist! He is always friendly and always makes time for you, and wont try and screw you out of 10 cents like most!Seriously if you havent switched already, you should, it will take the anxiety and the drama out of bringing in your car to get worked on!

There was no one at the counter when I got there so I went around to the garage to grab someone. The employees were standing around chatting so I asked for help. They got rude with me telling me theyre booked up. When I asked about availability they didnt give a response. Definitely wont be going back!

My experience has been the same for the past thirteen years with T3 Automotive. Their service is second to none. When I take my cars in for service they have me back up and running in a days time. I have not had no none whatsoever problems at all. They honor their warranty, for example my battery died, took it to T3 and my battery was free I forgot I bought it there.

Theyve done all of my work quickly, well, and for a fair price. For anything more complicated than an oil change, I wouldnt take a Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus to any other shop. I was referred to this repair shop about 6 years ago. I do not trust my car to anyone else. They do a fantastic job at a fair price. The only reason I go to the dealer anymore is if there is something they cannot do. So far I have not come across that.

I have used T3 many times and always trust them to keep my car in great shape. I actually purchase my cars based on if T3 works on the manufacture. I have owned Infinities, Toyota and now Lexus and T3 has taken care of all of them. The service is great as well as the price. It is not the cleanest place in town, but that is not why I go to T3.

I own an Infiniti G37x and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Ty and his team are incredibly honest, hard-working, and very affordable. In addition, its always comforting to see that his staff drives Infinitis as well.I have had my Transfer Case flushed here, throttle bodies cleaned, synthetic oil changes every 4,000 miles; and my Transmission flush is coming up next. Im also going to have them install some after-market parts since theyre willing to do so!

I love this place, so much so that when I fender-bent my 1995 Infiniti G20 to death, T3 was actually a factor in the ensuing car hunt: Buying something other than a Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus would mean no more T3! Well, I ended up with a Mazda and sadly now say goodbye to T3... but not before helping to spread the word.-- If you have Nissan or Toyota, do not take your car anywhere but T3 for anything more involved than an oil change. --Ty the manager is super-knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop guys apparently never get stumped. My car started acting funny and a random mechanic happened to be on hand, poked around the engine about 30 minutes, and diagnosed it. I described that on the phone to Ty and without even seeing the car he said the diagnosis sounded fishy, and its probably this other thing... I brought it in and it turned out that Ty was on the money (off the top of his head, over the phone), and that other mechanic could not have been more wrong.T3 doesnt inflate prices to pay for fancy waiting areas with swank furniture, TVs galore, and pretty receptionists who dont seem to do anything except look resentfully bored. What T3 gives is all you need: a place to leave your car with wizards who get the problem fixed, explain it to you in whatever detail you want, never try to sleaze you into spending more, and charge you a fair price for speedy work of the highest quality.And these guys really stand behind Nissan & Toyota as cars. They drive those cars themselves. They didnt just pick a brand to service.Get yourself a reliable Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus, take it to T3, and drive that puppy til the wheels fall off. T3 will ensure you get as much as possible out of your car, and youll enjoy working with them every step of the way.

Hey inifinti/Nissan owners T-3 automotive on S.Cobb drive is a great repair shop for our high end vehicles Tye the service manager is a pleasant guy they keep it real with you concerning your vehicles needs the dealership charged me 50+ for and oil change and wash these guys do it 1st time for 19.99 and 40 afterwards my tune at 109,000 at the dealership will cost 850.00 these guys do it for half that they use OEM parts and work staraight from your maintenance manual give them a call or a try before spending extra for the amenities at the dealership
