This store carries high end appliances especially gas range and cooktop. Just bought Termador 36” gas cooktop today which if I order in Best Buy and Brands Smart who carry this brand all have backorder that will takes 2-3 months. Stuart who assisted us able to sell the new display that they recently installed. The best thing is their price is way more cheaper than Best Buy and Brand Smart.

Absolute worst customer service experience ever. I worked with Stuart on our appliance order for a kitchen remodel and his lack of follow up and follow through ended up completely throwing our project timeline off. Appliances I thought were ordered weeks prior never were and he lied when I asked him if there would be a supply issue with anything on our order and a critical adapter for our downdraft we had to locate on our own. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when possible but his negligence and complete incompetence in following our order through to completion was inexcusable. Get your appliances anywhere but here.

I purchased over $10,000 in appliances from this company. My biggest complaint is their lack of follow thru and communication. I had to continuously reach out to get updates on my purchase. Not so much as an email to say that my order arrived. I worked with Greg who promised I would get a call with a delivery window. I had to call him back the day before delivery (still couldnt provide a time). Called back the day of delivery and he tells me he is sorry no one called but that they will be to my home in 10-15 minutes. This is unacceptable for people who work and have a schedule. Needless to say I will NOT do business with them in the future and as a real estate professional I will make sure to let my clients and partners know of the horrible experience I had with this company

Excellent selection of kitchen products and very knowledgeable sales staff. COVID-related delays in getting refrigerator and rangehood, but beyond SRs control. Absolutely outstanding delivery and installation team - they went the extra mile once the delayed items were received by SR.We basically bought a new kitchen from SR and couldnt be happier. The Blue Star rangetop is amazing!

Do not purchase from these guys!!! Miele coffee maker is the worst machine invented. SR has been ZERO help in getting this machine fixed!!! I would pay more than do business with these guys!

I requested an appointment on the website as I work during the hours that they are open and after 2 weeks no one from the store contacted me. I called in to inquire on how long it would take to get a GE Washer and Dryer and the associate was EXTREMLY rude to me and stated that they dont have any in stock and he is unable to place an order.Terrible customer service.

I purchased a Fulcor Milano stovetop and I’m really impressed. I love the ease of turning the knobs, they are digital and I barely have to twist them. I live in the country, and this oven has a conversion kit so it can be used on propane. I also had to get a recirculating fan hood because there was no outside vent, and it is quiet and efficient. I cook a lot, and I feel that I am able to get quality cooking done, even with all the limitations I encountered while renovating.

Stuart was super helpful when my dishwasher broke during covid, hard to get food dishwashers due to the demand/supply. He was very attentive to my urgency and I really appreciate that!

Good initial pricing on high-end items. Delivered a range-top of different model and features than what was ordered. Quick to pursue payment but nowhere to be found on after-sale service to obtain $800 in manufacturers rebates. Never gotten it, whereas if they would follow through - I would have. Ignored me totally once invoice paid.

After calling many places in GA and FL, I found the dishwasher I needed in stock here. Greg Jones was very accommodating and so helpful!

I needed ovens in a very short period of time. The knowledge I gained on my visits was so valuable and I appreciated the no pressure sales experience. Scott was very helpful and made me an outstanding offer on a much higher end oven. Bonus is we got to support a local company and avoid the big box hassles.

Enjoyed working with Stuart and found his knowledge and expertise very helpful in deciding brands ect. Installation and conversion to LP went without a hitch and Stuart even drove out 60 miles on a Sunday just to make sure everything was perfect! Excellent throughout the entire process!

Horrible service. Ordered a FiveStar range. Was told lead time was 6 weeks. Finally got delivery at 16 weeks. One part was missing and the range didnt work. Range was installed 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a service call. Stove doesnt work. Order was placed Dec 10th and here we are in May (5 months) and I still am cooking on a camping stove in the basement. Communication has been terrible, I have to hound them. No answers. Still waiting.

Stuart is con artist! He sold me a sub zero fridge with no serial no, The fridge has a seal problem and it leaks, according to sub zero this unit should have not been sold as it is not repairable. Last 6 months Stuart has been telling me that he has found a unit for me and he is in process of shipping it, every week when i text him and tell him why the fridge is not delivered he tells me that by mid week it will be shipped and i should receive it by following week, it never happens, I am fed up of this con man, and planing to take him and the company to court.

The Speed Queen is the best quality washing machine I have owned. The automatic cycle works every time no matter the load. The clothes are always perfect when done. Stuart Carbone is professional and follows up after the sale.

UPDATE 4/14/18Thrilled! Our damaged grate was replaced by Bluestar, they sent a technician to come repair our scratch (it looks terrific) and the store corrected the small refund issue. We love our new cooktop and our confidence has been 100% restored.Thank you!This two star rating can easily move up to a four or higher with two simple items being addressed. One is a small price correction in what Stuart had quoted versus what the customer service department charged on my card by phone. He had already confirmed back in December that this would be corrected. The other is some scratches on one of the grates that can/should easily be exchanged. We absolutely love our new Blue Star open burner gas cooktop and enjoyed our experience in the showroom. Josh has been pleasant. The installation was great! We’d simply like to wrap up these two minor issues ASAP. Thanks!

I went in with my own ideas, and was reluctant to change, but based on SRs recommendations Ive never been more pleased. I ended up with a complete Thermador kitchen great pricing great service ship directly to me really no problems. They answer their phone, answered my questions What a beautiful kitchen. Found out Im an ice queer, Purchased a Scotsman ice maker which produces crystal clear hollow ice cylinders. love the thermadoor ice makers ice pyramids also. Ive even broke down and got a steam oven and a Built-in full service coffee maker. Of course I ran out of room in the kitchen so the microwave to heat my cold coffees in the garage, but its worth it. These guys rock, great value and Im glad to have met them. I also tried the big Box plumbing supply and appliance suppliers. I finally came to my senses and decided to use SR. As always I dont know what they will do for you, but they did a great job for me. Thanks for reading Richard G.

Fantastic short notice service and delivery.

Spent 16K on appliances. Love my Thermador appliances. Like the team. Stacie is excellent at getting back to the client with details. The other team members are less responsive. Had multiple problems with the installation. Still waiting...since a Dec. 21st install for them to come out and fix the vent system. Thermador said that it was damaged in installation and now it is between me and S and R. S and R keeps saying they will call me back. The vent has a large scratch and does not go up and down. Be careful here.
