Do not order from this store. Very poor customer service. I purchased a very large order in May, and I have found it difficult to contact my showroom designer, after multiple phone calls and emails. I have had to talk to 2 more customer service reps to be able to make sure my order is currently correct. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for some product changes and who do I need to contact when it’s time for delivery!!
We attempted to order from Ferguson and the sales person seemed much more interested in commission rather than customer satisfaction. There was little follow up and he made no attempt to provide us with options to get our appliances installed. Order kept getting delayed, making us feel that possibly our order was given to someone else. Very poor communication and we ended up cancelling our order.
I ordered a new set of appliances for a kitchen renovation from Ferguson on 9/24/20. All but the range were installed in early November. We were told that the pandemic had slowed the supply chain for the production of the range we ordered. After being told that there was no estimated delivery date for the range we bought a range with different handles from Best Buy and it was installed on 12/31/2020.We than canceled our order from Ferguson for the range ($3203.36) and they gave us a (Cash Sale Refund) document that they supposedly sent to American Express, the original charge for appliances cost over 14k, so this was a portion.Since no credit appears on my Amex statement my partner went by Ferguson and asked the salesman why the credit they say was issued on 1/07/2021 had not be credited and he said it had and he gave me another copy of a Ferguson document that said it had been done.We contacted American Express and they say that no credit has been presented. It is 2/21/2021 an no credit has been issued.
Extremely unhelpful. Online it says the showroom is open on Saturdays until 2pm. We called several times to confirm they were open, but no one answered. My husband and and I drove down to look at fixtures and searched for the showroom for 20 minutes, as it is on the second floor and there is only one small sign with no instructions regarding the location or the fact that you have to enter a lobby and go up the elevator. Once we arrived, we saw a “closed” sign had been printed and taped over the hours for Saturday, but the showroom was open and there were people looking around. We walked in the door and the lady at the reception desk ran over and informed us they were “closed” except by appointment on Saturday and that we could come back Monday through Friday to “wander around.” As two working professionals with a small child, the last thing we have time to do M-F 9-5 is “wander around.” I suggest they answer their phones, post accurate information and directions online, get bigger/clearer signs, and be more accommodating.
Overall the showroom is nice, with a lot of options for you to see in person. My wife and I made an appointment and drove down. We spent over an hour with the consultant, picking out most of what we needed. Unfortunately we never got a proposal/invoice, as there was zero follow up from the consultant. Decided to go to the Kohler showroom in Alpharetta a couple weeks after, and I would highly recommend doing the same instead. Kohler consultant had us a proposal by the end of the day, and we placed our order a couple days later.
My first experience working with Ferguson was in 2009. I outfitted my entire house top to bottom from henges to toilets to lights to doorknobs to showers, literally everything! I couldnt have been happier with my rep, LaToya and the entire experience. Fast forward eight years, several moves and I am back in the gallery but not as a customer (at the time), rather as a vendor for an event. AND LaToya remembered me!! Our professional relationship has grown and flourished over the last four years. I will continue to recommend Ferguson Buckhead as well as Ferguson Alpharetta to anyone looking to add something special to their homes or businesses. I have never had a bad experience in the 12 years of working with Ferguson. If you run into a snag for whatever reason, make sure you contact Bruce (Buckhead location) or Martha (Alpharetta location), and they will make sure you are well taken care of. They really are a dream team!
Knowledge staff of experienced professionals. Was a pleasure working with Latoya to sort through the options available and select the right appliances for my home.
I spoke to Karen in Buckhead, she was supposed to transfer my call to Fergusons Store Manager. Unfortunately, after waiting a considerable amount of time, she disconnected my 1st call. I then proceeded to call back and she apologized placing me on another hold. I waited another considerable amount of time and she simply didnt return back to the phone. My purpose for calling was to establish a healthy, professional working relationship with the store manager and to gain assistance with the various products of interest, for our remodeling/restoration business.I normally do not provide a status of rating companies. However, after this horrible experience I will start utilizing my ability to rate.Customer service definitely needs to improve.Thank you for this platform.
Phone tree is unusable. They arent allowing anyone and without an appointment and apparently appointments are booked out until at least a week in advance. Dont waste your time here.Edit to address their comment:See my literal first sentence. This issue isnt applicable to blame on Covid when there is a similar review from a separate person from 3 years ago.Own it and do better.
Alex Watkins was my sales lady she was awesome. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. Love my faucets.
So! I had the most interesting experience at Ferguson. Morning of my appointment I called three times to clarify a few things including actual location. It is tucked back in an exclusive part of Buckhead. Did not get a call back and as a result, I was about 10 mintues late. I was sweetly chided by the receptionist to let me know how late I was and went on to say I would only have a few minutes with Emily Cross, the consultant assigned to me. She was VERY BUSY. Emily was nice enough but the whole experience made me feel like I really did not belong there. As a Black woman of reasonable means, this struck me as a bit offensive. This was confirmed in that she did not send the information she promised to forward and there was no follow up. Truth is I didnt belong there. My observation is that they cater to folks who have more money than common sense. The pricing is laughable! Best thing about it was the womens bathroom. Great decor and an electronic heated toliet. Save your time, your sensibilites and your money and go somewhere else!
As a potential buyer, I emailed their team several times with specific questions and never received a reply. Very disappointed. Ill shop elsewhere.
Great service, selection and overall experienceI purchased new fixtures for a kitchen remodel at Fergusons in the Shops of Buckhead. Loved the convenient, complementary valet parking, just steps from the door. I was promptly greeted by a cheery receptionist, Joy, and received excellent technical and style advice from my fabulous sales consultant Sarah Hammond. She did a great job of steering me through the huge selection of options. Prices are very competitive.
Dont waste you time,Worst customer service! They need not have a showroom if you must have an appointment first in order to speak with anyone concerning the different lines of appliances. We had done online research and were prepared to order a kitchen suite of wolf appliances however, we were treated so rudely we left! If you need great customer service I recommend Sewell appliance store. We were able to purchase our new kitchen with no hassle and experienced sales staff.
It’s a showroom, customers should be able to freely look and not be made to feel unwelcome without an appointment. The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude. You do not treat customers coming in to spend $1,000s of dollars poorly. Emily was a pleasure to work with, but I highly recommend a better receptionist to employ at your store Ferguson.
I find them extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Highly recommend ferguson and especially working with Sarah Hammond.
This is a great showroom. Sometime I buy here and sometimes I buy online. In truth, I have all my remodeling done by Remodeling Expo Center in Roswell and they buy from Furgeson, so I really dont care about the service. I know I get what I want through Remodeling Expo.
We are EXTREMELY Frustrated with the installation process on our $6800 PLUS Wolf Stove. We initially didnt make an appointment in Buckhead, and walked out after an hour of nobody helping us. Then when we did purchase, the installation has been botched. Twice, the wrong trim pieces have been ordered by Fergusons to be installed. So, for the third time, new pieces have been ordered to install into the marble as trim on both sides of our island downdraft Wolf Stove. The company that Ferguson uses to do the installation has been very patient and they were the ones who actually ordered the correct part on the third try to get those pieces installed. To be treated badly is one thing, to pay almost $7000 for a stove then have it botched stinks, and we will never purchase from Fergusons again. Be forewarned, even if you plan to spend a lot of money, the customer service is not good.
This place is extremely hard to do business with. I walked in to purchase bathroom fixtures. I was told that I need to make an appointment first. I was annoyed because I had already gone to the manufactures web site and picked out what I wanted. I made an appointment then took off work to come and purchase the fixtures. When I came in the second day they had lost my appointment. I write this review from their showroom waiting room. Oh yeah, they do have free drinks.
Beautiful showroom! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
I was going to write a review about Fergusons poor customer service. However, that would be an insult to poor customer service. I was told that I shouldnt have bought the product because its poor quality. I then asked them why they sold the product to me.
We purchased the tub of our dreams from Latoya, a Kohler Escale tub with bubble jets, and had it delivered to our new construction home in the mountains. However, after many conversations with Kohler, our builders determined the tub is not recommended for a concrete slab installation and were not willing to warranty the installation work. We contacted Lotoya on a Monday morning and by 11:00 a.m., we had a new tub scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. She went above and beyond to keep our construction schedule on track and the new tub showed up exactly when she said it would. Thank you Latoya!
This store provided bad services . The 2 employees who work there are terrible . I just asked for the discount and they gave me a lot of attitude and called me rude . They really are racist and they discriminate against the Asian customers . The boss was standing there watching his employees and he also was cussing and fighting with another customer . I have been to this store a couple times but never have I seen these bad employees before . This will be the last time I am going to buy from this store .
