Sad that a company I trusted has become a company I would never do business with again. Ordered EVERY one of my new kitchen appliances from them, and out of the 8 major appliances I purchased, 5 either did not work upon installation. After waiting over 3 months for the appliances, and purchasing high-end, you would hope that they would work and that they would be installed properly. Neither happened with Guy Gunter.

I went to three dealers of Bluestar appliances. One dealer was a little too slick, and one was too big box store, but Rodney Watkins at Guy Gunter was awesome. He was nice and accommodating but not heavy on the sales lines. He showed me the BS range, how you can maneuver the stove top and different colors... He was knowledgable about the product and quick to respond to email questions. I would use them again for any appliance purchases.Additionally, my kitchen was not ready for the appliances to be delivered so he stored them for me until installation was ready.

The service provided by Guy Gunter Homes personnel (Maria, Tasha, DJ, Paul (Tall Paul), and Troy was exceptional from product selection to installation as we partnered to create my dream kitchen filled with quality products. Thanks to you for an extraordinary customer service experience.
