Wonderful Starbucks! The staff is super friendly, everything is organized, and drinks are superb quality. I really enjoyed my experience here for the few days I was in town. Indoor dining is limited space, but good for what it is. The outdoor area is pretty spacious and nice too! Highly recommend!

Ian was unprofessional and discourteous during my first experience at this Starbucks. Mocking a customer’s name and dancing around in a clown-like way is beyond unprofessional and he should be fired.

I am biased on my ratings for Starbucks. Drinks were made correct and fast. Right next to the entrance of the Biltmore and it wasn’t all that busy. Cute building.

Worst starbucks in the area. I order the same drink at every Starbucks I have ever been to and no one ever bats an eye or asks me questions. Every time I go here and order a simple iced coffee with sugar free syrup I am met with a condescending attitude and a lot of questions. Even though this one is most convenient to me, I would recommend driving to the Starbucks in target or the one further down Hendersonville road where I have had zero issues

Very lovely people! Only problem is this one older lady, seems to always have an attitude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I try to go when she’s not working, it ends up ruining my experience, she makes me feel like she’s bothered to have to help customers. I’ve had better customer service when I go in the mornings and it’s packed.. what a shame.

I’m staying across the street at The Grand Bohemian and this Starbucks is right across the street which makes it super convenient! Everyone that works here is so nice! Great staff! This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to and the staff always greet you with a smile and are very courteous! First of all, ion know what kinda Starbucks runs outta food. Especially breakfast food when all they got is baked goods and bento lunchables. BUT when one of the hardest working BEST twitch streaming, most handsome man with the insomnia comes in there to get something to eat so he isn’t struggling through his day & YALL HAVE THE AUDACITY to be OuT oF fOoD should be grounds for someone getting termination papers. Do better.

This particular location use to be great! The night crew always did a nice job with serving the drinks with love. The morning shift is a different environment. “Sabi” is the worst employee this Starbucks has working for them. She was mad over the amount of berries in a refresher. Blaming the customer instead of looking over her own eagerness to work. Sabi is a barista not the owner of this location. She has not authority to kick anyone out over berries especially when a customer was being nice to her and has never been rude. If it wasn’t for the counter between us she would of assaulted me physically. Sabi needs to be fired!! (The night crew is a different.)

They were extremely busy and still very quick. Nice and wonderful customer service. They even handled an angry karen type without skipping a beat. They did an awesome job, even when my order was sandwiched between a couple gigantic orders and a billion mobile orders. Basically, top notch. Only suggestion would be to make it easier to tip when using a credit card. The workers deserve so much!

While it seems convenient to stop here, don’t. I specifically ordered a latte with oat milk. I watched as the barista ran out of the specific carton she was using and proceed to fill the rest up with dairy. I’m always fine with a line, but cutting corners like this is dangerous for someone who is lactose intolerant.

I try to get a coconut 🥥 milk chai latte every morning here to start my day, great place.

My wife ordered 2 drinks. When the first one was ready they called her name. Then another drink was ready and they called another customers name (who also ordered 2 drinks). While at the counter they placed another drink next to the other customers, so she assumed it was HER other drink (never called my wifes name), so she left left with what she assumed was her 2 drinks. Then they placed another drink on the counter and called my another customers name, so then my wife ask where her other drink k was and was told it had already been made. Well No! Apparently it had been given to someone else. So they screwed up 2 orders in one felled swoop. Good going guys

Im inexperienced at the whole Starbucks thing...going in, knowing how to order fancy drinks etc. So maybe it was something I did wrong...I get that. But considering that I had specific directions on what this specialty drink was supposed to contain, I was a bit surprised when I was still met with shrugged shoulders and I dont know how to make that. Um...ok. Ill try another Starbucks...maybe then I could at least get told what it is Im possibly doing wrong LOL.

This is real awkward first world to say, but this is the only Starbucks in Asheville that gets the order right every time. My success rate elsewhere in town is 50/50. When your only drug is caffeine and you spend a dime on a drink, its really appreciated when its either made right or just the right drink.By the by, I worked at a Starbucks 17 years ago before drink orders got as elaborate as they can be today. I dont order substitutes or additions, this order is typically a macchiato latte or iced tea. Cheers to the competent baristas, I appreciate all you do.

WCM was hot and good. Store was clean. Pretty easy on/off access from I-40.

Very clean and covid aware. One person was actually wearing a timer and when it went off she told the other staff to wash their hands. Surfaces were wiped down. Oh, and the service was fast and friendly

This place opens at 5:00amAlways great coffee, and food. What I enjoy most of all about this place is the comradery. The people here are great. Bring your self on down have a cup, enjoy everything this place has to offer.

This Starbucks is the BEST in Asheville!! This morning Tristan greeted me with a smile and quick, but pleasant conversation. Last week, the delightful barista with the pink hair was just as lovely!! These days when people are using COVID as an excuse to ignore other human beings, it is incredibly refreshing to walk into this store and remember what true customer service looks like. Very friendly and efficient pick-up via the app. They were out of a sandwich we ordered, but came to the car to offer alternatives and even gave us a gift card to compensate. Great service!!!

Its Starbucks, BUT this store put some pumpkin flavor in my coffee for me which was awesome. I drink black coffee but wanted something pumpkin flavored that wasnt nothing but sugar and that was pretty awesome.

Worst place in the hole state thay handle your food with no gloves on and and worry about your mask being on took 20 mins to get a coffee and the bathroom look like a truck stop restroom gross place

One kind of coffee and they really dont want to pour over for you. You have to ask for sugar and it freaked the help out. Limited seating that hasnt been cleaned in a long time.

I was in Asheville for the New Year holiday. I have been to MANY Starbucks but this was the poorest service, product, time from order to pick up, Ive ever experienced.On Wednesday evening, I had a custom drink, the same that I get everywhere, and the mix was inadequate. It did not taste like normal.On Thursday, I went in to get the same drink and they were out of one of the mixes in the drink after standing in line for too long!On Friday, I went in after placing a mobile order. My drink was in the mobile order section completed but it was not the color it is when I normally get it so I stood there a few minutes because it didnt look like my drink was completed.. after looking at the drinks I saw my name and retrieved the drink but it didnt have the berries in it. One of the baristas gave me the berries on the side. I went outside because theres no seating inside, and put the berries in my drink.I tasted the drink and it was pure lemonade without the Very Berry Hibiscus portion included. It had the berries in it because I had just poured them in. 🤔So I was served lemonade.I was getting out of my car to return it for the drink I ordered and paid for and it fell on the ground. Im sure because of my carelessness and frustration after so many days of inadequate service and product.I left and went to the store at 1368 Hendersonville Rd where my drink needs were met in a Very Satisfactory manner.I cant believe I paid over $10 at this store for 2 inadequate drinks and wasted time.I will not recommend this store to anyone.When visiting Biltmore Estate again, the drive down Hendersonville Hwy or to Charlotte St to the Stand alone Starbuck stores is worth the time to get what is desired.

Barista who greeted us had a great attitude clean restrooms and safe atmosphere.

Terrible terrible organization. The manager kept yelling at customers to social distance instead of being polite about it. Nobody printed tickets with names onto the pastries. When we noticed there was a croissant lying on the counter for a while, no name called, we asked if it was ours, and the barista literally said, I have no idea. Its a butter croissant. Not to mention, strangers had been picking up our croissant since there was no name tag. Not good during Covid.

Very quiet, clean place located next to Biltmore Estate entrance. I like the option of outdoor seating under the canopy. I dont come to Starbucks that often, so I guess the prices are reasonable. One bathroom was out of order so they only had 1 which caused a line. Other than that, pretty nice place.

Add so much ice that made it more then 3/4 cups..was very disappointed

Overall staff was very nice except for one very mean staff woman. She took out so much anger on another staff member in front of the whole store. The nice staff member was helping with capacity due to covid and he was extremely kind in how he interacted with customers. When he made a mistake of not writing someone’s name down that was waiting outside, the unkind staff woman over exaggerated and sarcastically explained how an expo marker works to him in front of everyone else. It was very sad how this kind worker was treated! I’m posting this solely in hopes that management and staff from this store sees this and can help encourage a better team like work environment and expect a higher level of compassion from staff. No one should be belittled and treated the way I just witnessed! Some of the 1 star reviews below echo the complaint of short tempered, annoyed staff, Management needs to lead as example and make a change.

The fabulous Ari comped me my Pumpkin Spice Latte and yougurt after I left my wallet on the bus! Shout out to the homie for helping out a tired travelling pregnant woman from Seattle suffering from heatstroke and foot fatigue! You da man!

Always a nice stop on exit 50 during our trip along 40. Clean, friendly and fast. The outside patio is a nice touch with either the heater or the fan on. Word to travelers: dont get gas in this area as it is always higher than the next stop.

The women who were working hustled and were still so friendly even though they were slammed. Kudos.

We ordered a venti blonde roast, flat white with 2 pumps vanilla, the feta, spinach and cage free egg wrap, and tomatoe mozeralla panini. Ordered online about 10 minutes ago..wait time said 8. Still waiting on the coffee, but they are packed so it’s understandable. Love this place. Great Starbucks location!

Two stars because the coffee was good. Minus three because they kicked us off their patio in the rain. The girl who came out seemed like she was annoyed with us standing there catching up with people that we hadn’t seen in two years. Have a sign up next time.

Great friendly customer service

One of the better ones in the area. Open at 5am when I travel early Monday mornings. Polite service. No drive through. Patio seating with radiant heat. Super touristy area. Parking is very difficult and extremely limited. Ive always managed to kick out, but Ive seen others not find parking and leave. This store has approachable management and staff that have a polite demeanor even during wild rushes. Only error Ive had occur was corrected immediately without question.

I love Starbucks, but this one in particular is one of my favorites. Not only is my drink always correct (and tastes amazing!), but the baristas are always so nice and friendly, even during covid-19.

Pretty busy place. Lots of people having a good cup of coffee. Some folks are on their laptops. Some of them are enjoying the company of their companions. All of them are enjoying their purchases!I recommend that you give Starbucks a try. Nearly impossible to place an order as the person taking the order had a glazed over/deer caught in the headlights look and appeared not to know where he was or what he was supposed to be doing. Had to repeat the order several times and still it was wrong. Understaffed and undertrained. Embarrassing to watch. You should close again and reopen when your staff have been properly trained.

Slow service, Carmel frap tastes nothing like it should. Ordered 3 and none of us can stomach this sweetness. Way too much caramel. Bleh- grossness.

I absolutely love this particular Starbucks because of the vicinity to my house. I cannot rightly give it 5 stars, though, because of the parking lot situation, which was not designed well. To their defense, that entire area is a circus so I can understand it. It is a super busy location and almost always has a line to the door during peak times. I recommend using the mobile ordering app to avoid the line. Seating options are limited inside, but they have a decently-sized patio area. My drinks are always made correctly. I have never had a bad experience with the employees.

I normally go to the blue ridge store daily, but I was going north so I went to Biltmore instead. 2 people seated inside and I walked in behind another gentleman. The cashier clearly knew him, took his order, and then when I stood to the counter, just walked away (about 4 feet away) to continue her conversation about buying houses with this guy while the barista was making his drink. I waited with my wallet out for well over a minute. My presence was never even acknowledged. I just said, well, I guess Ill leave then. She never even looked at me, so I left and drove back down to the blue ridge parkway store for my coffee. It was extremely awkward, especially when the 2 seated patrons were staring at me during the whole thing. Ive gone to this store before and had no problems, but I probably wont ever go back after this.Its like I was invisible.

It’s the second time my husband had the worst customer service at this store. He was there today, and waited 20 minutes to get his order (a dark roast drink).He said that only one barista was very nice and helpful.We love Starbucks, but not going back soon to this particular store.

Decent service and the place is reasonably clean. If you plan on staying inside, I recommend testing the tables before you get settled. Many are lopsided, and quite capable of turning a cup of hot coffee into a projectile weapon. I have the burns to prove it.Seriously, be careful.

Waiting 20 minutes for a drink should never be acceptable. But clearly at this location it is. With only one person making drinks for people and the other person doing mobile orders they clearly don’t have enough people working. Also it’s happy hour and my husband used his app to pay. It wouldn’t take the happy hour after she did it multiple times so she just gave up. Clearly we were using the app and should have gotten our discount but nope she didn’t bother to just do it herself. I won’t be back to this location.

Crazy packed location! Baristas were on their game & no problems with our order, but parking is at a premium & dont even think about trying to sit & enjoy your coffee! Will stop back in, but will avoid during peak hours next time!!!

It is such a rare moment to give anything but a 5, but today was that day at Biltmore Village Starbucks. At 2:01, we ordered an iced tea and an iced skinny cinnamon dolce latte. After listening to two store employees spend more time chatting than getting orders ready in a timely manner, we waited for 11 minutes and still left with a hot latte rather than cold and no “have a great day” or any other acknowledgement. We’ve been buying Starbucks since the early 1990’s—even home delivery—and this is my first negative post. It doesn’t represent Starbucks quality.
