I wont be back. No my style of donuts. Lots of sugar and grease and little on substance or taste. Just my opinions based on my taste buds.... realizing everyone is different.

The donuts were good, but the filled donuts had barely any filling in them. I had a custard filled donut and when I cut it in half, I still couldn’t find the filling! I finally found the filling in the very end of the donut and it was about the size of a quarter. I was very disappointed. The staff was nice, but the donuts were not worth it

Not the high quality product I expect from Krispy Kreme! NOT light & fluffy. NOT fresh. NOT tasty. I wanted to purchase a few of the new smores donuts but they didnt have any so we bought 1 dozen original glazed instead. It was 10:10 on a Sunday morning so they should have been fresh & delicious. Instead, they were small, dense, and tasted like they had been sitting around for weeks! Couldnt even take them back because I had bought them to serve to guests and didnt have time to go out and buy something else (I should have looked at them before we left the drive thru!). I was embarrassed to serve them!!! My guests were disappointed in the flavor & quality too.

I stop every other weekend to take donuts to my coworkers at pisgah manor they enjoy them as do I thanks

Me and my wife stopped by on a whim while in town and were greeted by the smiles of our Hostess Bobbie. Great expereince. And as always, the Krispy Kreme Consistent deliciousness we were hoping for.

This Krispy Kreme had only one employee working- WE DID NOT RECEIVE HOT AND FRESH DONUTS! They had no coffee, nothing that had to be brewed, only bottled drinks. We ordered 2 doz plain donuts, one of which were decorated with icing and American flags- while patriotic it wasnt what we ordered and there is no telling how old the donuts actually were...it definitely wasnt worth nearly $24! If a business cant staff then they need to lock the doors instead of serving old, poor quality food.

The cutie at the drive thru is always courteous and friendly. She/They work alone and short staffed a lot and always maintains a great attitude!

This shop is a nightmare. I come by here on a regular basis at 7am and they often have no regular glazed donuts. I hate coming here, but the physical location is convenient and my co-workers want Krispy. Everyday I hope new management will turn this place around because there’s clearly customers and the managerial incompetence is obvious. Staff is very friendly though.Addition… literally they just told me they don’t have coffee right now…. at 7am…. on Friday….. at a donut shop! Insane

The line was so long I almost left, but this place runs like a well-oiled machine! And the donuts were delicious!

The last 2 times i have been the the doughnuts were pulled out of the cooler and served at the same price as delicious hot donuts....if you cant run a fresh batch during the day please do not botched selling them like that.

The sweetest lady works in here. Stopped in yesterday morning. Super super fresh. Havent had a donut that fresh in a while. Definitely would recommend.

We picked up 2 dozen donuts. This was the first time Ive there since 1987 when I joined the Army. Great service and very friendly.

Donuts cant be beat, fast, courteous service as well. Creme filled donuts now have a hole in the middle and filling all the way around, who knew? Tastes great!

African-American lady who took our order was really pleasant, kind and accommodating.

You can now go in the store; masks are required though so dont forget yours! They had plenty of options to choose from when we went later in the evening, including the seasonal flavors. I recommend the Halloween Sprinkles for a fun twist on a KK classic. The staff was super friendly and we were in and out in no time at all!

Every drink I asked for they were out of. Even a drink advertised they said they didnt have. They kept switching between two people talking to me. One kind and one not. They didnt understand me and sounded impatient. I got to the window and the person at the window completely didnt even have a mask on! The only thing good was that the four original donuts we got were fresh.

Never been to a KK that had NO regular glazed donuts. Or bottled water. Really?? The lady at the window was nice, though.

Dont go inside in the morning and expect service. They are nice and all that, but there is only one working register. They seemed very concerned about the drive through, but did not mind letting the only 3 customers inside wait until it was convenient. 15 minutes later we got our orders to go. The store was clean but very dated.

I want to give a half star. The lobby was closed we learned as the employee shouted to us as we got out of our car...but we craved a doughnut...as we approached the drive-thru we were greeted not with a peppy welcome, but instead a list of the few doughnuts available. Ok...so we picked from the meager list. We ordered a water as well... lol. No bottled water either. We paid with cash. Lo and behold. No dimes or Quarters. What in the world? Did the apocalypse happen and I miss it? Geez. We just wanted some stinking doughnuts. Hello Dunkin.

I came to buy at the counter and it’s only drive thru I prefer to get at the counter because I like to see the donuts I will buy but not choice it’s only drive thru sale I have to wait long time to get a donuts 😡

Very poor experience with ordering online. My wife placed an order online and paid for the order in advance. The website allowed her to do this and said the store would be open. She arrived to a closed store (fathers day) and no one will answer the 1-800 number for a refund. Disgraceful!

Krispy Kreme theres no words to express pulling up to Krispy Kreme in the Hot Donut sign on and youre feeling a little down and depressed and you get that donut mmmm almost melts in your mouth I love the chocolate covered cream filled and the raspberry filled my favorites so if youre around Patton Avenue and youre feeling a little sad or a little down depressed or if youre feeling happy whatever mood youre in Krispy Kreme Donuts going to make it even better

Memories galore!! Sugar coated wholesomeness. Sure theyre not a part of any diet but thats not their place. Its to make your soul smile and these are great at their job!!

This is now, the only Krispy Kreme around so lets be gentle.. the donuts are delicious when freshly made and hot. The sign for that time, though, is seemingly far less than before and the grounds continue to become less sightly and unkempt in appearance. This should be worked on. Otherwise.. :-)

I love this place even when there is a wait!

Im a local and the hot sign is hardly ever on. Finally caught it on, thanks to the app, excitedly went through and ordered a dozen. Imagine my dissapointment when I opened the box to cold, hours old, donuts! Drove back through drive-thru and asked the lady if they had hot donuts because the hot sign was on, she said no...then silence...nothing else. Terrible!

While the doughnuts are delicious the service at the Asheville Krispy Kreme is terrible. Their hours are posted both online and at the store itself that they open at 6am. Twice I tried to go at 6am to get doughnuts for my students because they earned them in a contest at school. Both times they were not open on time. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. I had to leave so I could get to work showing up empty handed and disappointing my students.

It was $30 for a dozen and a half donuts and two coffees. The donuts were delicious, but a lot more expensive then I remember.

Employees are great and very attentive but the stock has been low every time Ive visited. Frequently out of items including regular glazed doughnuts.

Did not know they were credit/debit only until I was at the pay window. Put up some warning signs!

Long wait times, but thats to be expected with the only location on Asheville. Never had a bad experience here, all staff employees have been curtious and polite everytime weve visited. The doughnuts speak for themselves, fresh and delicious! I love coming here when the sweet tooth kicks in.

Only open for takeout. We had a difficult time placing an order. Go elsewhere.

So I ordered $35 worth of doughnuts off the Krispy Kreme website at 6:30pm from the 960 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806 location. Around 7:30, I still didn’t get my order so I tried calling the store which I tried calling 7 times in over the course of an hour and the store would never pick up. So at 9:30pm, I decided to head over to the store only to find the store had closed their dining room early even though their sign says they close at 10pm. A worker even saw me standing outside and right out ignored me. So I went up to the drive threw and this woman says “hold on a minute” and then “are you going to order?” No greeting or anything. I pulled around and explained to her I never got my order and she rudely says “we don’t handle deliveries.” And tells me to call a corporate number. Never got my order but thankfully I got my money back after a hard interrogation.

The day of buy one dozen donuts, get one free, I dropped in the drive through only to discover that there was only one person working. The wait was so long I had to drive away or be late for work.Bad time to be short handed.

As best I could see and tell everything was clean and well-kept in order. The pastries were in good supply. The cashiers were very nice and well versed on waiting on customers at the counter as well as the ordering and pickup window. They could have used another cashier perhaps. Im not sure if there were adequate staff in the kitchen area or not, I couldnt tell about that. I do wish that they would think about opening a store in the old Bi-Lo store in Black Mountain, NC. It would be just on and off of I40 Interstate with a lot of customers for sure!! Oh, and my donuts were so Fresh and DELICIOUS!!

After waiting over a half hour in line, (the way their drive through is, if your in line, you get stuck, I couldnt leave) we finally were able to order. Imagine my disappointment when they tell me that they were out of glazed donuts and sugar cinnamon.When I pull up to the window, it takes a few more minutes, then they ask if im a Doordash worker... Once I finally get my 3 chocolate glazed donuts, they were stone cold 🥶Needless to say that this location is not somewhere Id ever return to.

Krispy kreme doughnuts are the best donuts in the world. If anyone says otherwise well, then theyre wrong lol. Just bought a new used car And took it to our mechanic for a good inspection. So, we decided to go to Krispy kreme and get our mechanics a Box of delicious Krispy Kreme donuts to think them for their time and help. Edited: over the past year this location has not been as reliable. The service is still on par with what it was but every time we’ve been we’ve been greeted with “we are out of that” regardless of if we go at the beginning of a promotion or at the end. Speciality doughnuts or standard, if you aren’t going for a traditional glazed or a chocolate iced custard filled, don’t expect them to have what you want, and don’t expect to know until you are ordering. ***> previous review: The parking lot isn’t the easiest thing to maneuver, but this KK usually runs the special deals making it worth going to. I’ve had some not so pleasant experiences with staff in the past but they seem to have stepped things up a bit. They are in a rather convenient place if you are heading west out of Asheville, but other than that they are kind of out of the way.

We sat in line for 45 minutes for chocolate glazed donuts and they were out and said nothing to us while we waited in lime. Totally unprofessional.

Donuts are always on point, but the new hours, not so much. They dont open till 8, most people have to be at work by 8.I go a lot less due to the hours.

I went in to buy donuts to make my husband a special Valentines Day surprise, he loves KK! Staff was friendly and you could tell they like working there.

Made an online order to pick up. Sign on the door said I could pick up at the door. Drive thru backed up but they wont bring out the order. Online help non existent called store and they wont answer. Dont support this nonsense. All they needed to do was put a sign out front saying online orders pick up through drive thru. Wasted 2 hours trying to figure it out.

Stopped by around 8:15 tonight when we saw the hot sign on and the cashier at the window was sooooo nice. Made our week with his amazing customer service!

Went at 9pm one hour before they close and I was told that they were closed and only doing online orders. The employees were standing inside and lights were still on.

Went yesterday 3/6; extremely busy drive thru and inside. Had BOGO deal. Had to wait 5 minutes before being helped.
