Very cozy (read: tiny) spot with good drink options. Central location. No food menu. A few tables for one/two people and a few more for small groups (6 people I’d say). Service was solid. I’d grab a drink there again, or even work from there for a couple of hours with laptop.

Great spot. The cold brew coffee was a delicious way to slide through the afternoon. Service was fast and friendly with legit quality coffee.

Great little spot on the corner with big windows and a nice breeze to hang out for a bit and take a break. Just big enough selection of drinks to keep me intrigued after a few rounds. We went on back to back days cause its so quick and convenient.

A great spot to just chill. Great beer collection. They do not sell food only small snacks.... Popcorn..nuts. They also have wine.

Needed to use the restroom & even though there was with only 1 other person in the building I was not allowed to use their restroom because at that very moment I wasn’t a “paying customer”& after that interaction I never will be.

We were walking around Asheville, and ran into this taproom. The husband (pictured) really enjoyed the beers. Hed been sampling plenty of the local brews around town, and said they were some of his favorites.(Note to one of the staff, Sal: Great talking to you! Cheers!)

Here’s the thing, you really can’t beat the overall experience that you will receive here. I have been here multiple times. The live music is is a glimpse into the next best artist (of all genres) and the bar tenders are charismatic kin. Want a relaxing atmosphere for a cocktail? Come here. Wanna get a really nice glass of champagne and flirt? Come here. You can’t lose. 10/10 recommend.A loyal patron.

Great little place to stop in for a cup of (good!) coffee or beer. Quiet, dark, in the middle of town. Only a handful of tables and no bar service but a great “resting “ spot.

First time to Ashville. Could not have had a warmer welcome, the staff, why very overwhelmed made sure everyone was taken care of, get these folks more help owners, it was wonderful. Service is on par. and too boot, the live music was nice as well. A well spent afternoon, in a wonderful city, no regrets.

If your downtown and want a beer you have to stop in and say hi to Trevor and his staff. Great selection, great atmosphere best view if your a people watcher! Cant say enough, you must visit and have a beer. You will not be disappointed.

This place is a gem! I could spend all day here. Quaint and classy. Try the ginger beer if they still have it. Perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day.

Quaint and cute, dimly lit corner pub. Minimal seating, but great beer selection. Friendly bartender and chill music. We have the Hillman Hefeweizen and the Homeplace Blackberry Bucket Sour. Both were delicious!

We went every day for fantastic lattes brewed by Trevor. Ended the evening with great beer.Lovely place and great hosts. Thx Definitely will be back soon. Experiences like this make a vacation.

Went here on Friday and Trevor was extremely helpful and served us some amazing nitro cold brew and espresso. However, when we came back Saturday morning the man behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask, breathing on all of the coffee and glassware. Disappointing.

Do not just stop in to grab a coffee. This is more of a sit down entertainment tap room/bar. Not family friendly. Staff was very rude.

Its a nice little place with a really good range of wines and other drinks. Couldve done better with music since there were instruments but no live music. Other than that a really nice place to just sit have a company and enjoy your drink.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop in for a much needed drink and some relaxation. We ordered our first round of drinks and a charcuterie plate. My first drink was an IPA and my girlfriend ordered a Pinot Grigio. We were happy with our selections, minus the charcuterie plate, which was reminiscent of airline food—bland, dry, and generally unappealing (it arrived in a prepackaged cardboard tray covered with plastic wrap.) We decided to order another round of drinks. I wanted to try a stout this time, so I went with #5, a bourbon stout. My girlfriend ordered another Pinot. This time, however, only one of us was pleased. I truly disliked my choice. It was definitely a unique and acquired taste. After one sip, I knew it wasn’t worth the $8.00, so I politely told the bartender that I just couldn’t drink it. I even apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could swap it out for another IPA. To make a longer story longer, he abruptly told me no. I was actually taken aback. I retreated to my seat like a scolded puppy dog when I noticed another bartender approach me; I assumed he was going to override his partner’s decision and offer me another drink. Nope!!! He came over to scold me more by telling me that this beer was this big and mighty award-winning stout (like I care). I guess it’s my fault for not asking for a sample first, but truthfully, I’ve never met a stout I didn’t like, at least until my visit to the Asheville Club. Will I ever return? No!! Will I tell my friends of my experience? Yes!! Shame on a quaint pub for not making a great experience for a first-time patron.

We stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday as the rest of Asheville was at home. Met Trevor, a very nice fella who greeted us at the door and offered a wine list, a seat to watch the game, and invited us to some snacks provided by the bar in spirit of the evening. I chose to partake in beer, a sour from Wicked Weed and Double IPA from....I don’t remember (free bird or something) anywho it was very good! They have a fantastic location and cozy atmosphere. I think I’ve found my new favorite spot in Asheville, but get there quick because they ain’t hidden away! Cheers!

Nice tap room with wide selection (16+) of local brews, including IPA’s, Belgium’s, lagers, porters and stouts. High top tables with bar stools for a couple dozen customers. The bartender was knowledgeable and fun to talk with about beers and Asheville in general. Entertainment on weekends. Enjoy!

I love that they serve alcohol at 8am. They have very unique choices. My favorite was the strawberry basil cider and the aged bourbon! Super cool decor as well

I’ve been a very loyal customer over the past few months, so the strange and unkind commentary from one of the owners yesterday was bit shocking and confusing. As a local, I’m happy there are many other good options in Asheville.

I can’t say enough good things about this bar. The exposed brick, natural wood, and inviting seating let you know you’re somewhere special as soon as you come in. Situated where the old wig shop was, Asheville Club is a great new addition in an old, historic building. All drafts and wine, no liquor here-everything is local and delicious. Always rotating Ginger’s Revenge, a great choice. Good variety for the difficult to please- hoppy, bitter, sweet, dark, seasonal, they’ve got it. Go enjoy yourself and check out this great place.

Asheville Club is my favorite place in town to have a drink. Trevor, Michael and Christina as well as the rest of the staff are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and jazzy, and the beer selections consist of delicious local picks that are far from what you see on everyone elses menu. When you come here you are treated like a best friend. I bring everyone who visits from out of town so they can enjoy the atmosphere. Hell, I even had guests for my birthday there this year. The local acts they showcase are phenomenal and I couldnt reccomend this place more. Go have a drink for yourself and see what I mean.

My daughter and I stopped in on our day out a little before Christmas. Middle of the day and all of the bars were crowded. We wanted a comfortable place to have a beer. As soon as we stepped in the door, after peaking in, we were sure wed chosen the right spot!They were busy but the atmosphere was cozy and laid back. The staff and the customers were friendly. A couple left and offered us their window seat so we could play people watching Bingo more effectively. Great fun; it made everyone there communicate with one another as we tried to see a person with green hair, dreadlocks, a busker, etc.I dont usually care for beer but, with the help of the staff, I found one I enjoyed.

If you live in AVL this is a great spot to sample some beers in a downtown location and do some people watching. Dog friendly. Also a nice selection of wines.
