I primarily use this place for repairs and inspections on my 2018 Kia Soul. Not always the fastest service, but the staff are helpful and not overly pushy with additional maintenance once declined. The waiting area is comfortable and fully featured, and that along with the time required for maintenance means its a great location to get your car looked at while you read a book or bring a laptop to work on. For my cars warranty inspection and oil change I arrived at 8:45 on a Friday and was there until about 11:30, but I had no problem getting updates on my service and I wasnt subjected to any surprise fees or add-ons.

Jarrid Vinson, my service writer, was super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out with my recall service on my Kia Stinger. They even filled up on my windshield wiper fluid. Will be using Vanguard Kia as my primary service dealership from now on.

Took my 2020 Kia Sorento in because I felt it was not shifting properly. Was greeted right away and gave a list of all of my concerns to George (service manager). George called me later that day and explained to me everything they looked at and stated they reset the engine adaptive values. They washed the Sorento for me to pick up. It is running great! Thank you for being a premium service center.

Horrible, not impressed. We were told on phone that Frank was there to see 2014 Equis. After driving 50 miles to see and probably buy it.. The Salesman left us standing in parking lot, 20 minutes, so we left.

On February 1st, 2020, my wife and I bought a 2019 Certified Pre Owned Kia Sorento SX, from Justin Ward at Vanguard Kia. We had been looking for a specific used Sorento, with all the possible options, and had stopped in at Vanguard Kia to see what they had to offer.
