Bought a 2015 Ford Explorer from this place about a year ago! Buying experience was not bad, we were assured that the vehicle not salvage and was a in good working order! Fast forward several months and we were going to trade the vehicle in to another dealership. They pulled the car facts and informed us that the vehicle had a total loss and should have a salvage title. So now we are stuck making payments on a vehicle with no way of trading it in. This place had to have done some shady stuff to get a clean title on this car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! if you do find yourself interested in a car they have make dang sure you do a carfax and not just a title search!

Car stopped on me multiple times not even 30 days after purchase. The dealership said they would fix so I dropped off for repair. The very next day I got the vehicle back it stopped again. The vehicle needs over 3k in repairs!! I went to multiple repairs shops and they all found the same problems. I am positive the dealership were aware of these problems before selling the vehicle. They use Penn warranty for extended coverage and they are a joke! Penn warranty won’t cover anything and the repair shop stated they have never dealt with a warranty company like this in all their 30 years of service. Penn warranty wouldn’t cover things that are listed under cover items. I have small children and vehicle stopped on the highway twice imagine how unsafe and scary that can be! I would not recommend this dealership.

Purchased a car 1/16/18, paid to have it shipped out of state 1/17/18, received car 1/18/18. This is what gets them the three stars. Nearly the entire transaction was done via text and email - which was fine.Why not 5 stars? Max or Niko or both didn’t seem like they cared one way or another about selling the car. The answers I received to inquiries were short and vague...yes/no answers without elaboration. Basically, no help at all to an out of state buyer. They did allow me to arrange a local mechanic to inspect the car. This was helpful, as it turned up a handful of needed repairs I would have otherwise never been told about.Upon receiving the car, I immediately realized a headlight was out and the windshield wipers don’t function at all. This, on top of the repairs the mechanic listed. None of this was disclosed even though Max said he drove the car himself a few days and “nothing is wrong with it”. (He later said the wipers and headlight were fine when the car left their lot. Brazen and laughable at he same time.)The car interior was also very dirty. They didn’t make the slightest effort to clean anything. Layer of dirt on the dash and console. The leather seats were filthy. I emailed them about all of this and did not receive a reply. They already have my money and the transaction is complete “as-is”.It was an easy sale process because I made it that way - sending them immediate payment and signed documents upon request. I wired payment in full on 1/16/18, yet they didn’t bother to put the title in the mail until 6 days later.Bottom line - I accept all of the above as the buyer but you’d think the owners would have a bit more respect for the cars they sell and the people they sell them to. They don’t.

Ive purchased 2 vehicles from Niko & Max...these guys are the best! Honest and trustworthy. The first car was a 2000 Monte Carlo around Feb 2017...its November 2017 and not one major issue besides a battery with a dead cell(easy fix)....2 days ago I purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS and I couldnt be happier....my mom says shes going next to get her a car...all u have to do is talk with them to let them know your budget and they will find a car to fit your needs and style. I called Niko about a different car and end up getting something better...Im a customer for life...I highly recommend this dealerships to anyone that has less than perfect credit...you wont be sorry

1st car I purchased was a small 1 series. Body was fine, small dent on fender. I work at a body parts place so no biggie. Ac worked heater did not. Traded that in for a 335. Problems with that from the beginning. Overheating, tires bad, smoke smell, needed oil change. When I took it to bmw for oil change they said there was a major leak. My insurance totaled the vehicle out due to a flooding at my apartment. While waiting on paperwork it flooded again. Both times the water covered the car past hood. So while in my possession this car was flooded twice. Even after insurance paid it off they kept the car and are now re selling it. Buyer be careful.
