Alot of cars have stains and the prices per month are $450. $Down 800 and up. Better off going to a legit dealer. This is the same price i pay for my 2017 Ford Escape from Ford dealer. The cars u get here are 2014 and down. Also we test drived a Journey and the wheel was practically coming off. Not worth the price. Good Luck everyone. 👍👍

Its a so so with this business some of the salespeople and managers or helpful but some or very rude. But they work with you and also double check the vehicle you want it might have problems already when you buy it. I am satisfied with vehicle I have now but not happy with the run around I had to go thru to get it

First off let me say yesterday 3/19/2021 I purchased a vehicle from Mi Gente Auto and met Darrell Shannon who honestly is the best salesperson Ive ever came across. Darrell took the time to explain everything that you would want when buying a car. I told him what I wanted, which was an SUV 2014 or newer that wasnt high mileage. He and the manager Corey whom is great as well as they researched their inventory and came back to me with a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander 74,000 miles and a carfax report that showed a great service history. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I researched different places for over a month but yet kept coming back to Mi Gente due to the reviews and I couldnt be happier about it. I also Waited over a month for my car to be fixed. I was given a loaner car that I have to jump everyday. I am coming up on the 4th payment on a car I only had 3 days. When I call they put me on hold and tell me different answers every single time. It almost feels like they just try to rush me off the phone. I have not once gotten a call back when someone says they will call me back. These people have the sense of urgency to make sure youre making payments on time but when it comes to fixing your car they dont care. I asked about just receiving my down payment back and letting them keep the car. His words were “we’re not giving you any money back” but they are willing to make me a whole new contract on another car. How is that possible? I can tell by the guys voice I talked to today he didn’t care about my situation at all. Seems like he is used to this situation happening. And from reading the bad reviews I see it happens a lot. I see some good reviews but they have most of the employees ask to leave a good review because I did it as well when I first purchased the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I definitely plan on getting a lawyer involved

I like the fact that the staff is very personable....they make you feel like you are amongst friends..not pushy or aggressive... salesmen...this is my 2nd vehicle that I purchasing with this company...my salesman Darrell SHANNON was the coolest...very informative and listened to what I was requesting to assure that I got the vehicle that was best for me and what I wanted...My only drawback was waiting to finish up on paperwork...but its to be expected when purchasing a vehicle...my overall experience was Really COOL ...THIS TIME 😆

Update: We have now had to put a new motor in the truck that they took a month to fix. Please do not waste your money at this place, these people DO NOT CARE and they sell COMPLETE junk. That warranty is a JOKE! They knew the motor was bad and told us that we could find another vehicle, then kept it a month saying it was fixed, it all of a sudden wasnt the motor. Well yea, it was the motor the whole time.Im so over this place! After a month of not having a vehicle, now Im having to take time out of my day calling about my plates. After 15 cold transfers, and no customer service, Im being told that the vehicle was never inspected and I need to drop what Im doing to bring it there for an inspection or go pay for one myself. Whos selling cars with no inspection.... Im so over this!

I took someone there to buy a vehicle and they were misled by wrongful information.Mi Gentle knew and admitted to the problem, but flat out refused to do anything about the situation.I drove this person 62 miles to get there, I was really sad for the person whom I was trying to help.They had already paid up $758.00 on her debit card (online) and they, Mi Gentle said it was non-refundable!!!!!!My friend now has to take them to court to get her money back.She spent half of her Stimulus pay doing this now she has to save up money from her unemployed checks and start over.Meanwhile she has 5 children, (4)who has to be transported to 2 different schools and back, grocery store runs, pick up medications and doctor visits (shes disabled).I will support as long as I can. Its hard on me but Im there for her.Mi Gentle should be ashamed! We tried speaking with someone other than the salesman but we were flicked off!Please be careful doing business with this company!

This dealership is horrible.... employees are nice but they sale lemons. Used or not, i shouldn’t have to be purchasing a new battery and alternator, replacing all 4 tires, replacing an oil pan, and having to get all my fluids flushed and refilled and I only had the car for 4 months!!!! I purchased a car September 29th, 2020.... it’s ridiculous i had to put this much money into it and you guys aren’t even willing to do anything about it.
