Yeah, they help you get into one of those high mileage cars with no problem. After they take your high down payment and later come and tow your vehicle for nonpayment after one of the workers told you personally that you can’t come and make a payment. They will give you the run around and completely money hungry. Told me I would have to pay the full price for the vehicle, then asked me for $2000. Once I came up with $2,000 they offered to keep the truck and give me $500 back from the down payment. What a complete rip off! Let’s not forget to mention I had to get the entire underneath of the vehicle redone ON MY OWN because it had come from a snow state (no they didn’t tell me) After I told them I would contact a lawyer, they were no longer interested in discussing the $500. I asked to speak to the owner of the building for 4 days straight and they wouldn’t even call him for me. No worries, Texas Attorney General will love to hear this one as well.

These folk really tried, however, when it came down to it, the truck just stunk. It looked good, drove good.... til it left the lot. The 4x4, which worked when I test drove, not since, found out when I needed it. The heat worked when I test drove, but not when I needed it (500.00 later, it worked). I had it back to the dealership 5 times.Now, I have to take it to a Nissan dealership to get the 4x4 working. Let’s check out the extended drivetrain warranty, now. I’ll let you know how it goes.

So I came here on 3/6/2021 to look at a few cars. I did not know what I wanted but did know I wanted a 2 door car. Walked in and it was a white guy on the sofa and 2 hispanic girls behind the desk. The older girl act like she couldnt come outside and assist me and no one else seem to be too interested in my business so I kindly left and went to another dealership, which is plenty on Division St.

Everyone is so friendly. At least until you have the car anyways. The lot manager didnt want to sell me the car I had because it already had too many miles but told me that he would work with me after about 6 months so I can get into a car that I actually liked. 6 months later and he acted like he never said it. Its been over a year and I got into an accident. Carolina was extremely helpful to get my car towed to their lot to LOOK at it. Took a week to even tow it because they were too busy. Several weeks later and theyre done with the car. I never told then to go ahead and work on it. They never said anything about my car. I was still waiting for them to just look at it. Now they want the late months and the work they did (without approval or even me being aware of it). I was walking over 2 hours just to get to work but had to stop since Im doing chemo and it was too much. I havent been able to work in a month. And theyre aware of it but obviously it doesnt affect them since they already have the car. But for me? Now I have to beg for money since I have no job. Horrible communication and service that way.

Great customer service from the jump. I dont remember anyones names because we were in and out so fast. I searched for months for a vehicle and all the others dealerships I spoke with were over priced or I would have to pry details out of them only for them to turn around and tell me they already sold the vehicle. At Wolko the first call I made all my questions were answered before I asked with no problems or hesitation and the 3 hour drive home in my new car was amazing.

Dont buy from here! The car I bought only worked for 3 months. The owner did help me pay for some of the repair bill however Im still without a car because the repairs are big repairs and the total cost for repairs is about 5,000 and climbing! Ive had to have it towed twice. I bought this car in May and I havent been able to drive it since August. So basically I dont have a car!!

Trying to get a low mileage car at a good price took me months. Big dealerships had inflated prices and smaller dealerships wanted to charge absurd interest rates. I found a good car for thousands less and at a good interest rate. I have had the car for a month now with no problems(besides a flat tire, which they fixed). Prices are decent. Customer service is subpar. Truck I bought had airbag issues they promised to fix. Took them long days for simple fix and mistreated bumper and inner trim pieces to fix. Ryan worked with me though but owner never apologized/cared.

Decide it was a bad deal to pay 33,000 for a 09 Tahoe that has a bad transmission returned the car and they refused to give me my $3,000 down payment back. So we’ve hired an attorney only came here because of bad credit not because we don’t have money!

Lead us to believe we were approved for cars we werent, and wasted 5 hours in the process. Went in ready to spend money and walked out frustrated and disappointed.
