My wife and I were searching for a new car for her and determined that she was interested in an Acura. When we arrived to the dealership we were quickly met by Kyle Hudson. We informed him that we were interested in test driving some Acura’s and come to a decision that it was time to upgrade my wife’s car. Kyle listened to what we were looking for and provided several cars that met this criteria. My wife took a test drive and feel in love with the Acura. Kyle provided exceptional customer service and was a key factor in our secession to buy from this dealership. I was impressed that he even followed up two weeks later asking how things were going with the new car. I recommend car buying at this dealership my salesman was great! Matthew Moore picked me as soon as I walked in with a greeting he was not overly aggressive he paid attention to my request. The first car he pulled out was the car I purchased it was apart of all my request that I wanted and could afford! Even though it was a extra request I asked for when negotiating even though he felt unsure about it being possible he went the extra mile to see what they could do to help... normally they try to sale you everything you don’t want or can’t afford but everything went smoothly and here it is 3 months later and I still love my Acura TLX !

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday afternoon to bring my car in once my tire sensor showed low. Upon arrival, the service tech greeted me immediately. I then met with Cameron. He was very informative, giving me details on what to expect as far as possible cost, repairs, time, etc. He had a very energetic personality and kept me up to date on the status of service while waiting. We purchased a new 2021 Acura RDX this past week on Labor Day. What I love most about Vandergriff is the place is always clean and everyone is very welcoming. I just purchased the 2016 2ss camaro online with vandergriff acura. This been the worst car buying experience ever. I was told the car was ready and I was told the the dealer option was for the work they did to the car to get it road ready but yet I paid for services that was not done. I also paid for the car to be shipped on a truck but they drove the car over 300 plus miles and when I got it it was overheating. And they have wheel locks on ever wheel so now I cant get the wheels off to change the tires with slow leaks. I feel like iv been totally ripped off. No one returns my calls and they told me Id had to ship the car back to get the repairs done, then they said they will ship the parts then I have to pay to get it fix and they will reimburse me. Man Im so done with vandergriff acura. I never had any problems with and dealership except vandergriff

My mom and the dealership had agreed on a price over the phone before my mom picked up the car. When I drove an hour and a half to drop her off at the dealership and she started filling out paperwork, she found out that the price was $3,300 more for “add-ons”. We’re very frustrated that the guy didn’t tell us that in advance until we had driven all that way. It was very frustrating and misleading. She ended up buying the car because she felt like she didn’t have a choice, and now she is very upset about her purchase. She wasn’t able to purchase the warranty on the car either due to how much her monthly payment had increased, so she’s worried about that as well.After a week of calling, we were able to get ahold of the manager. He apologized, but that was it. He spent more time talking about how he could have added more costs like other dealerships and that they were a good dealership for not adding as much as others.Telling us that they could have jacked up the price more and did not was probably not the best way to respond to someone.

My experience with Matt Moore was amazing he was very transparent and patient. I wanted a Honda Accord sooo bad. I wasn’t able to get that so, he asked what features I was looking for and found me a freakin Cadillac with wayyy more features I wanted. He’s hardworking a s fast 💨 I couldn’t be more happy. This was my first time buying a car with myself as only title owner so you can already guess how nervous I was.Wasn’t looking to buy a new car but ended up with one and I’m super happy about it! I don’t live in this area at all but they’re were all understanding of my situation and accommodated to me. Kenny Le was the one to go to for any help so with my car questions & he answered all my questions and concerns. Kenny goes above and beyond even after I left the dealership to check how everything was going. It was a bonus for us that he is Vietnamese so that made my parents more opening & comfortable. I bought an RDX about a year and a half ago and have absolutely loved it. My experience with Vandergriff Acura has been good overall, but there’s one person in particular who has made it GREAT! His name is Cameron H, in the service department. He’s extremely helpful, very professional, and has a positive attitude at all times. If Acura knew what they were doing, they’d promote this guy ASAP. He is the king of customer service and should be teaching others his magical ways! If you need to get your car serviced, ask for Cameron and you’ll understand what I’m talking about within a few minutes.

Today (9/3/21)on Friday Labor Day weekend, 1 hour before the service center closes I pull up because my dashboard started flashing about 6 trouble signs out of the blue. The advisor was Cameron H., Vandergriff Acura Arlington. He stated they could look at it tomorrow and had no loaners. A few minutes later, he stated he could pull it to the back and just see what the issue was. That led to him and another gentleman (didn’t get his name) fixing it right then!! I’m so grateful for them because they were WILLING to assist eventhough they were about to close. That they put forth the effort to help right then! He wasn’t reluctant and he had a very great spirit and attitude from the time I drove up till the time I left. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Cameron H.

Let me tell you. I was painfully holding off getting a new car at a dealership. I swear I hate going to dealerships. Ive done my research on what i wanted and done all the comparisons. All I needed to do was test drive the car and sign on the dotted (or straight) line and go home. OMG. I came in with an attitude and left with my dream car!!! I kid you not!!!. I made may appointment (for which I was about 20 minutes late) [I called to let them know ant it was no problem] and I was greeted with all due respect and no issues. I was lead to the car I wanted to see and test drove it. Plain and simple!!!! Whaaaa? Yes! I know what I wanted, and got what I desired. I was in and out in 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! Who does that? I was expecting to be haggled into a car I did not want but was pleasantly surprised. I dont plan on buyi g another car for another 10 to 15 years, but this was my first GOOD EXPERIENCE. This was my first car buying experience solo and although I know a lot about finance and cars for an average consumer i still needed guidance and my sales person Mikayla was just that for me I had my eye on my dream car a 2017 BMW 330i and Mikayla and my finance guy Eric did as much as they could to keep me in my price range and made sure I had warranties included as well .. when I purchased the vehicle it needed a new windshield and some minor paint work done on the front bumper and I felt it was taking too long any time I mean anytime I reached out to her she responded and made sure everything was taken care of as promised .. Three months down the road my BMW is leaking antifreeze and is possibly in need of water pump I had no idea on what was covered under my warranty so I reached out to Mikayla who responded right away with information and told me to get it towed in on a Busy Friday !! Still waiting to hear back on what is wrong with my vehicle but again I feel well taken care of and that I know no matter the issue we will figure out a plan !!!my sales person Mikayla from first interaction was very honest upfront and someone who is reliable . It’s really not just buying a car it’s an experience and I’ve had a great one so far even though The Beamer is still in the shop 🥺

Im so sorry I ever stumbled upon this dealership. Great vehicle but the absolute WORSE car buying experience I have ever had. No follow through. I NEVER get accurate information no matter what department I speak with.. Was so shocked since this is supposed to be a luxury vehicle. So very disappointing. They are singularly sales oriented. I’ll start by saying my intentions was to leave 5 stars. My sales rep was awesome and very responsive in the beginning (as they should be so they could get a sale). She even met up with me on a Sunday since I was driving in about 5 1/2 hours away. Everything went smooth even though I drove off the lot without a windshield wiper (I didn’t take this was a big deal since I would be getting reimburse for it). Sometime later I found out I was also missing a locking lug nut. I put this on myself since I should’ve caught it when I looked at the vehicle. I made this aware to my sales rep and GM. Again I was told I would be reimbursed for it. Communication as far as reimbursement is almost not existent at this point and it’s been over a month and half since I took possession of the vehicle and still not reimbursement for the items that should’ve been on the vehicle. Customer service definitely goes down after you drive off the lot. I went from wanting to do business with this dealership from here on out to completely changing my mind.

I was leaving town on this past Tuesday to attend a funeral in Oklahoma, I noticed that my low tire indicator popped up. I looked and had a metal object showing in the sidewall, I drove straight to the dealership where Cameron greeted me. I explained my situation with regards to my out of state trip. He personally took my car back to the service department and got it in on sn emergency basis. We were out in about an hour snd on our way. I brought my car in Wednesday for service. I was pleased for several reason. The dealership had the part within two days, but what was really nice was Cameron, my service advisor, scheduled me for the first appointment, told me the expected wait time, and gave me a quote that didn’t change once I got there and the work was finished. He was pleasant and kept me informed during the process. This is the second time I’ve had Cameron as a service advisor and probably won’t ask for anyone else as long as he’s there!!

I bought a SUV less than a month ago had to take it right back for them to check the brakes my service advisor had the vehicle for more than two weeks kept giving me the runaround and tells me oh there’s nothing wrong with your brakes. Now keep in mind that they do a multiple point inspection on a vehicle before they resell it also they made me purchase there multiple point inspection before I could buy the suv never heard such thing this is not my first time buying a vehicle from a big dealership. Turns out they never checked my brakes because my brakes are hitting the rotors in the back. They also made me buy a platinum warranty contract that doesn’t cover anything and they lied to my face and told me it covers completely everything on the vehicle since it’s a platinum warranty package. I had to take my vehicle to my friends at Pep Boys and had to replace my rear brakes and rotors because my service advisor did not do his job to correct my concern I have reached out to the manager and of course they do not return anyone’s phone calls I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership they do not care about their customers all they want it’s to take your money and send you on your way.

At Acura getting my car serviced... 458.00.Sad part is I was with Ford, for 15 to twenty years and never paid for any service, oil, tires.My thought....Going back to driving Fords ONLY! Thanks to Wes Krammer for making a bad experience better .

Matt Moore made our car shopping experience the most pleasant experience imaginable. I would put the experience right up there with watching my son take his first steps, it was that much amazing. If I had the resources (which a Nigerian prince has promised me in the near future via email correspondence) I will buy an entire fleet of not only used f150s but the entire stock of baseline Acuras. Matthews incredible sales performance warrants not only an entire year of paid vacation, but also a Cessna 150 so he can expedite his sales across the country.

I hope this message reaches someone in charge, I gave them a deposit of 3500 and they came and stole my car back. I called Global Lending Services ( the bank who financed) the car, they told me everything was verified BUT Vandergriff Acrua will not give it back, Ray Jones told me “The bank is lying, they never gave you the car” I need to speak to Corporate or a higher person in charge this is not okay.

Bad service. I saw a car on their website and was interested in seeing only that car. I scheduled appointment with Mr Austin to see the car. Mr. Austin confirmed me that he will show me this car. When I went there on confirmed time Mr Austin not to be seen. Other guy offered to show me the car. When he checked the inventory the car is not to be found. He asked me to come tomorrow because the car is not available to show but it available for sell. I traveled 35 mins to see this car only to found the car is not available to show. This is very bad service. If the car is not available to show why you ask customer to come and visit. Then usual sell pitch... they asked me see other cars. I told them I do not want to see any other cars but that one I saw online. Advice: Please be respectful of other times.

This was my first time purchasing an Acura. Ive driven Toyotas forever, but my kiddos are growing and I wanted something smaller, but not too small. I was put in touch with Sergio T. and let me tell you that he gave us 100% customer service. He drove out the car I was interested in to my home, which is about 35 minutes, but with traffic about an hour. He went over all the details of the vehicle, took photos of my car for my trade in. He made sure that when we came in the next day that wed be ready to go. We didnt have to sit there for hours, he was prepared to make sure that this was as seamless as possible. Sergio then had Matthew come over and again update me on my new car. All the bells and whistles that my swagger wagon minivan did not have. My husband and I were very impressed with the service and definitely appreciated how above and beyond Sergio went for us. He has called to check in and make sure that I was adjusting to my new vehicle and has been available to answer ALL my questions. I absolutely love my new car and cant thank you enough Sergio. I know I pulled your leg a lot, but youve gained a lifelong customer. Thank you so much! Yall go see him! You wont be disappointed.

DO NOT LEASE HERE.. when I leased a 2022 MDX of course everything sounds good, i was advised by sales representative that i could trade in my lease anywhere for another vehicle 2 months later i find out by calling just randomly to Acura customer service that they decided to keep leasing in house! No one ever contacted me or notified via mail regarding this policy change! They will add fees without advising also when you buy a vehicle!! Read everything and make sure is on paper on what they tell you!!! Thank to all of this now im upside down because i trade in the lease to buy since i didnt want to have another surprise with the lease, mind you I only had the lease for 2months price to trade in Was 10k lower..

Car shopping made super easy!! I found an ad on Facebook for my used car purchase, Andy Johnson responded immediately and worked with me to help me get what I wanted, he is super friendly with excellent service. Excellent buying experience. Want to recognize the sales associated Logan Wilson. From the beginning on-line chat (that started and went into the night on a Friday) to the customer focused experience he provided the next day during the purchase, Logans knowledge of the vehicle, ability to listen to what was important to us in a new SUV and the treatment during the negotiation process was second to none!!!With all that said his customer first treatment did not stop then. I reached out to him the next Monday in the AM due to a small issue with the vehicle. Logan himself drove an hour to pick up the SUV and drop of a loaner, he worked behind the scenes to get it resolved and once again he personally returned it back to me late that evening based on the fact the he knew we needed the SUV back to leave for an out of town trip.Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you again Logan for taking care of me the customer.

This is a quick dealership, they’ll get you in and out. I gave this dealership 2 stars based on the guy who finalizedy deal wasn’t a man of his word. We discussed a set number the next day he threw a different number at me which was higher then the amount we agreed upon the previous day. I love my challenger!! in the final stages I wish I would’ve had a man of his word finalize my deal
