I bought a used tire from these guys a couple of months ago, it went flat last night and when I went to have it fixed, we found the sidewall had been patched. Not sure if its illegal for them to do this, but it is definitely extremely dangerous. If they care that little I would beware doing business with this shady company.

Tried to charge me for air in my tire and a plug. All four tires came from them. I get a tire and a few weeks later I need another. Last time going there.

Over the last year I have used them before and got tires at a good price. No complaints. The last time I took my car. They changed out my spare for a regular tire and never put my spare in the trunk. When I went back to tell them my spare was missing..all of a sudden, they don’t speak English and basically did nothing. Also the tire that they repaired was put on incorrectly and caused axle damage. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU VIDEOTAPE THE WHOLE VISIT! NEVER AGAIN! And I reported to BBB.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This shop takes advantage of women. They sold me a faulty tire that already had a patch and refused to give me a refund with my valid receipt of less than their 20 day warranty, only offered to replace the tire. They brought out 5 used tires all had several nails in them! ZERO STARS!

This is a faulty tire shop, they sell tires already patched up and tires with nails in them and then try to gouge their customers into purchasing another tire once you get off the lot. Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with crooks with poor customer service and No respect for the situation.

They were fast and not badly priced. I went on a Sunday when I realized my tire was cracking and got a used tire in pretty good shape on my car quickly and was able to go back to enjoying my trip. The only issue I had is that they did not put the little cap back on the tire where you put the air in. Also, it would have been nice if they had checked my other tires pressures. However, I would definitely recommend them.

My friend referred me to Santos and Express Tire Shop. Im a pretty picky shopper, and always on the lookout for a great deal, quality and value. I have always bought new tires for my vehicles, and now I wonder why I have been throwing my money away. Santos found me 4 great matching tires with about 80% tred on them at a fraction of the cost. Slap some Amoral on them and wow, look brand new and ride like new tires! Also, very fast and courteous service, with tires mounted and balanced, all included in the price and no nickle and dime disposal charges. My tires were ready for the trash! Highly recommend Santos and the crew at Express Tire Shop!

Blessing for people on a tight budget. I feel comfortable doing minor car repairs but lack the tools to do them quickly. They offer $30.00 brake jobs!!!! This mean I can spend as much as I want on the brakes. They have replaced rotors at a highly reasonable price. Not the best customer acommadations, but when you are spending 30 bucks for brake replacements, I dont mind standing around for 30 minutes or less.

I spoke with one of my best friends and he said that Express Tire shop can make miracles. I called them, explained what the damages were and they said they will do everything possible to repair it. Thank you so much and keep it up!

I called about installing tires. He said it would a total of $500.00. I told him that I was on my way. When I get there, Immanuel said they would have to go to Carrolton to pick up the tires. He knew all about this from the beginning and acting like they were in a rush for me to get there, why not tell me this initially. When I said okay because I needed new tires asap, he then asked me for $40.00 to hold/ deposit. Excuse me, money comes after you work on my car and put the needed tires on. I left. I drove from out of town to get my tires installed bu them and for what? for NOTHING. That was NOT Good Business.

Cheapest used tires in town and thats all Ive done my work truck. Very fast service and on the rare occasion that they are backed up, there are multiple workers there to service your vehicle. Ive yet to check the new prioritize but I can only assume that the prices would be very competitive, if not much better, than other tire shops

Called two times to confirm they had a tire. 285 65 r18 to be exact.They said they did have a used one both times for $50 so I drove the 30 minutes to get there and they didnt have the tire. Long story short they wasted my time. Other than that they seemed friendly.

This is one of the best tire shops on Arlington. They have a towing service as well, i was stuck on hwy 20 one day. Called them up and gave me the assistant i needed as well new tire. Lovely people as well.

One of the best tire shops in Arlington, they have always done me right and helped me out when other tire shops dropped the ball and refused to honor their 30 day warranty. These guys have always honored their warranty and helped me out when another tireshop damaged my tire by finding me another used tire and discounting the price because I had spent most of my money at Latinos Tireshop. These guys are my go-to, they have a permanent customer in me!

Was hoping the good ratings would be accurate, but this shop put me at risk. I need 4 tires and any one of them could pop at any time. They assured me on the phone yesterday that they had the right ones and to come in the morning. I drove 15 minutes over treacherous roads to find they didnt even have one. Also the parking lot is full of debris. Why lie to me when you cant even make the sale? Now hopefully I can make it to the next shop and this doesnt happen again.

Came to Dallas to a Cowboys game from San Antonio and we ended up with 16 nails in one tire and 2 nails in another and we thought we were in for a big one but these gentleman were very nice and honest and took very very good care of us. Would definitely recommend them anytime. 10 stars from us

I have always been completely satisfied with the work done on my cars. They will let you know if they discover something while working on your car and it is always your choice to either have him do the repair, take it to a dealership, or even another mechanic. The only times I opted for the dealership was when they would inform me that the defect was probably under warranty and should be checked out with a dealership first. I have never had a problem with any of theirs work; and they stand behind what they do.

I came here Friday Nov 30th to get a new tire due to a flat I got the day before. I did not watch them work on my car unfortunately so I cannot be 100% sure that they messed with my car. All I know is that today when I was dropping a friend off at the airport, there was a horrible screeching coming from the passenger side around the tire/brake area. Honestly, I thought something was wrong with my brakes because I only heard the noise when I pressed on them or came across a bump in the road. I had my neighbor look to see if he sees anything wrong and he notices that the tire is NOT underneath the tire hood AND that 2 WHOLE bolts are missing that are supposed to keep the tire in place..?! I went to that shop to have the DRIVERS side tire replaced but came home with a WHOLE new issue. I hate to think that they had anything to do with that but I DID NOT have that issue BEFORE I went to that shop. WATCH THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR. Sometimes i think mexicans dont like black people..idk. But I wish I knew spanish.

The owner is awesome. Good people. Some of the staff seem a little inexperienced, but just ask for the owner youll be ok.
