Sent all my documents and went over my info over the phone and agreed on a 500 down payment just to get there and be told its almost 2000. Very unprofessional was more worried me wearing a hoodie that was possibly from a boyfriend and touching my hair than rather than talking about cars they had and any other options. Felt harassed played with and had my time wasted when I couldve just stayed home. I will not be returning here ever again.

Got a doge dekoda 2010 had it for 4 months THUS FAR, 1st week transmission went bad Causing vehicle to nearly stop on the highway almost caused an accident was safely able to get out of harms way took the truck back an it took them a month and a half to replace a transmission that once again has the same issues Ive had terrible issues with this Dodge Dakota its cased a lot of financial stress On me and my family an its not just the transmission couple of issues with truck.ONE STAR FROM ME AN THAT WAS SO I CAN WRITE HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN!!!!!:%

Bought a car here (2011 Mazda 3) 2 weeks ago and already (the first week) had to get the seatbelt replaced as it would not lock. When I brought it to Dollar to fix it they sent it to some mechanic down the street and when they brought it back they gave me no documentation of the repair whatsoever for my records. Then a week later I drove to Hurst fine and then when I got back to my car to drive home, it wouldnt start. Electricity is running to the car as I can roll auto windows up/down and my A/C works. I paid $80 for roadside assistance to jump my car (as I called Dollar and they couldnt help me) and then roadside assistance could not jump the car because they said my battery is fine and it is another issue. I had to pay $170 to get it towed to 1511 E Division (per corporate office instructions) and they advised me I would not get reimbursed. I towed it to that location and now 2 days later I have no updates at all. I called corporate and they told me to call the dealership directly that sold it to me. I called and they advised it is now at 711 e Division st. But when I call that location they cannot find my car and told me to call Dollar back. So I did and they said that it would be done today but rushed me off the phone and couldnt even tell me what is wrong with the car when asked. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHO I CAN TALK TO TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT, WHEN I WILL GET IT BACK, IF I CAN RETURN THE POS CAR THEY SOLD ME, AND DOCUMENTATION OF THE REPAIRS.

I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY to go here!

Great customer service. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” on anything they actually cared about my service. Everyone here had great communication skills with us and each other which some car lots lack. From management(Chris) down to the car salesman(Brody), Loved the vibe here. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car, truck, or SUV they have multiple lots so I know you’ll leave with something to your liking . Keep it up guys🤗‼️*****UPDATE:Nothing against this car lot in particular... But the people they finance through MEI auto finance are very much only about their money. I haven’t worked since the last day of April due to Covid and also contracting the virus twice and I have paperwork to prove it these people turned my car off the day my payment was due. Didn’t even call. And the way they’ve been handling the situation is like they don’t care about this pandemic they want their money or you won’t be driving. Let’s just say after this pandemic is over that’ll be a voluntary report I don’t care about being on my credit because I’m definitely getting out of this car... Half of my features about my “fully loaded” car don’t even work... & I definitely won’t be referring anyone else to this car lot.
