Nesco was awesome! I was an out of town buyer of a 20 year old BMW. The car was excellent, exactly as advertised, and at a great price too. Customer service from Rami was top notch. He sent plenty of detailed pictures to take the stress out of buying sight unseen, and the transaction when I arrived was fast and simple. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.

Nesco is a GREAT place to buy a used car. Rami is AWESOME. There were a few minor repairs to be done to the car and they went above and beyond to fix the issues. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for a quality pre-owned luxury vehicle. But come t find out I had to rebuild the whole transmission, over all its a pretty good car.....but I dont think they inspect theyre cars thoroughly.

This is a great place to buy a car. The salesman are not high pressure at all. I have bought a Range Rover and a infinity qx56 from here. I had both cars checked out by mechanics. For the most part they were in great condition. Nesco was helpful in fixing the few things that were found in the inspection. I highly recommend them.

Nesco is a great dealership to buy your car from.I am an out of city buyer and the buying process took a little longer than when you walk in to the dealer but Rami was great, didn’t receive any kind of pressure, he kept great communication and was very professional. My car was inspected prior to purchase to come to find out there was a few minor details in the car but Rami addressed the issues with no problem. I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i Convertible from NESCO. Rami was very accommodating and made my experience great. They even met me off site to evaluate my trade. There was an issue with a wheel that was not found during the initial inspection. They stepped up and made it right by paying for a new wheel. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. Buyer beware I bought a car from out of state big mistake I only went by the pictures they posted of course they didnt show all the flaws. Car arrived with a dead battery to Cleveland Ohio. They replace the battery but that was it so far I put close to $4000 in it and it still won’t pass E check Dents everywhere. No interior pictures on the website that show all the damage inside passenger door wouldn’t open so take my advice don’t go by their pictures go look at the car private have it inspected because I spent $14,000 on a piece of junk

Rami and his manager went above and beyond with our BMW X5 purchase. We found out that their initial 30-day warranty did not cover the starter which went out a week after purchase. So We got it repaired and Nesco helped us pay a portion of the repair out of goodwill. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. They also reimbursed us for an inspection that we paid due to some lost paperwork! Our car was in great condition and they really know how to pick the cars with higher quality, they concentrate on buying/selling cars based on condition as opposed to other dealerships that just try to buy/sell as many cars as possible without really caring about condition and quality.

I’ve sat on this for a few days trying not to write it, but I will to be sure Nesco handles it better with other out of town customers. I contacted them about a car I saw on their site during the quarantine. They were only showing cars by appointment so I booked one for after the weekend to travel the 200 miles to Arlington. Booked hotel stay, moved the money to my bank account, arranged for things here to be taken care of while I was gone and got confirmation of our appointment from Rami. However, the night before I left the car disappeared from their website and no contact from them so I emailed the following morning and simply got a very blankly professional reply, “Oh yea, we were going to email you. We sold it. We have another in inventory. See link below.” Obviously the other was much more expensive and not my taste at all. None of that felt right and I told them I should have been told right away the car was “pending” or contacted immediately after the sale. Immediately! That didn’t happen. I was angry and I told them so. Luckily that night I found the same car up the street at Speed Motors, drove there the next day. They were waiting for me. I drove the car and bought it. Hopefully Nesco will make the adjustment for future customers. THEY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT HOLDING A CAR WITH A DEPOSIT AND ALL OF OUR CONVERSATIONS ARE IN WRITING TO PROVE THAT. Not sure if I would have but at least I would have known the risk.

This place is truly set its self apart from other places and Ive had cars from dealerships. The process was fast and easy, I did my application at 1am by 9am I received a email saying I was approved a few hours later I received a call about coming in for a test drive. I purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali my previous car same model was involved in a accident. The condition of this car left me speechless very clean they even went the extra mile replacing buttons and control knobs. My only gripe is my rear wiper arm was broken and driver side mirror needed replacement in my opinion that shouldve been replaced but overall experience a 10.

My experience with NESCO was very pleasurable and would gladly do business again with them in the future. We first called over the phone and set up an appointment to see a vehicle in their inventory with this COVID situation going on. They did offer me to leave a deposit on the vehicle to be held but decided not to as I wanted to see the vehicle and come to an agreement on the price first. It luckily would worked for me as the vehicle was still available when we came to our appointment. Rami described the vehicle to the T and was very impressed with his attention to detail. Most salesmen will only talk about the ups of a vehicle but this gentleman pointed out all the little flaws so I could really understand the condition of the vehicle. I could tell Rami was being honest about his product and gave me the confident to make the long drive to his dealership. Once we got there, it was the easiest and fastest car sale Ive ever had. Went to look at a 2000 Chevy Camaro SS that was listed as a Dale Earnhardt Sr. Signature Series. After doing research i found it to not be a Dale Earnhardt Signature Series. The Camaro is is in good shape but was not as advertised and and they did not acknowledge the research i conducted with General Motorsports archives that acknowledged there was no information listed under the VIN build sheet as a Signature Series.

I wanted the perfect Subaru Outback with low miles at a great price... this one looked pretty pristine online also so I was honestly thinking something had to be misleading. IT WASNT!!!! Drives absolutely perfect and everything that was presented was true. Will definitely check with them before buying in the future.

We bought an 05 Lexus SC 430 from Nesco recently, and highly recommend you take a look at their inventory and give them a shot. We were an out of town buyer, so time was limited. Rami suggested, and we got an independent 3rd party to inspect the car (as I did previously on a separate car purchase from a different dealer) in our absence. One thing the 3rd party missed was the lack of pressure in the trunk struts. Rami ordered some and had them shipped to our home. I installed them and they didnt work properly. So, I bought some on Amazon; and let Rami know, and he sent me a check to reimburse my second set of struts. Thats customer service. They also changed out a squeaky belt before we took delivery. Thanks Rami and Nile for all your help and support. 5 Stars!!!!

What I liked about this place was the customer service. When we went to buy our BMW they were very informative and courteous. We had an issue with the paper work when getting plates. NESCO were quick in response in getting everything we needed. The warehouse/garage is very clean and well kept. I have recommended this place to a few of my friends.

Im VERY happy with my purchase! I bought an 08 BMW 535xi Touring and its wonderful. I paid a VERY reasonable price for the car, Rami was great and made it very smooth and easy. I would be comfortable buying another German import from Nesco (which is saying something because used BMWs can go either way). Their inventory is fairly specialized for higher end luxury/performance, but they seem to be making good purchases and charging fair retail prices. If youre reading this review because you are buying a rare car that you found online (like I was), I would recommend Rami and Nesco!

I wrecked my wifes van. Smashed into a pole. We had to find a replacement quickly and couldnt risk buying a lemon. We have 6 kids so being stranded on the side of the road is out of the equation. My wife did her research. We visited SEVERAL dealerships. Neal and his son Bill had exactly what were looking for. A nice car with all the service records that was within our budget. The guys went out of their way to let us test drive on a Sunday. We are very satisfied with NESCO and we will be working with them in the future.

We purchased a car, and immediately found out that it had a DANGEROUSLY bad brake condition, needed two new tires, and had a faulty engine, with over 90 fault codes. We paid $9,995 for the car, and it needs over $7,000 in repairs we were unaware of. We had an extended warranty provided through Nesco, and the warranty company refused to pay for anything. We contacted Rami several times, and even though he promised to make it right and told us not to worry at all, nothing has been done. The car has been in the shop the majority of the last 3 months we have owned it. I strongly advise you to never buy anything from this dealership, worst decision I have ever made.

Bought a 99 BMW from Nael & Ahmed last week. The process was smooth and I really enjoyed working with them. Car is clean and drives great. Drove back to Austin next day on I35 in terrible weather but this BMW drove like it was 1999! Its a great place to get a really nice car with low miles for a great deal. Would recommend Nesco to anyone.

We bought an 2007 Audi A4 in March 2016, this is our experience:1. Check engine light came on the same day we brought it home.2. Had to put it in the shop 3 different times. Once by them after the check engine came on (they said they didnt find anything), the second time by their mechanic (replacing a valve - $242), and once by our mechanic (list of problems - $1056).3. Burned oil like crazy (granted, that could be a turbo engine thing).3. First major problem was a valve needing to be replaced, they would pay for only half of it.4. Next major problem, we paid $1,056.63 in replacing spark plugs, coils, sensors, more valves. It needed an additional $3,200.00 worth of work, fixing a stuck valve and timing belt (Pretty sure there were more issues too...) Nescos response was there is nothing we can do about that.5. This car is such a disaster, we begged them to just take the car back. When they refused, we tried to trade it in. Couldnt afford that upside car payment. We are so desperate to get rid of this car, we actually doing a voluntary repossession. ONLY 4 MONTHS LATER.These people are nice (until the car has a mile long list of repairs needed) but make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. We made the mistake of not getting a mechanic to look at it. We cant help but think the car was in need of repair before we bought it and it was not disclosed to us.We risked our credit and wasted a lot of money buying here. The least I can do is warn others to be cautious and if you do business with them to get someone you trust to look at it. And I mean REALLY look at it. OR choose to go somewhere else.BTW - Pretty sure we know how to turn the gas cap correctly. Poor excuse for a poor car dealership.

Also, as an added bonus, was given a complimentary 3 month, 3,000 mile power train warranty for additional assurance.It was a pleasure dealing with Nael, and his son, Bilal. Great place to buy wonderful cars! Their quality automobiles are extremely well detailed and kept inside. We purchased an Audi convertible recently and the process from test ride to picking up the car was smooth and probably the easiest purchase Ive made! Not much reason to haggle on price as the cars are priced to move, very, very reasonable! The Audi didnt have the owners in it but Rami told me he would get one and mail it to me. It arrived at our house two days after we drove the car home! Now thats going above and beyond as far as Im concerned! I bought a BMW 5 series and drove it 119 miles before the motor locked up and I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for a wrecker to haul a car that I had just purchased! After all of that Nesco is refusing to fix the car and they are telling me they are not liable for the repairs that I bought th e car as is!!! I drove it 119 mile and had th e car 1 1/2 hours before the motor was trash! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IT WAS THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

After emailing, talking and texting with Neal, I decided to pull the trigger on a 2009 BMW 335i that was 1,300 miles away from where I live. They treated me like a superstar. I flew in to Dallas Fort-Worth and they picked me up from my hotel, no questions asked. The car was priced way below anything I could find around my area. My friends and family thought I was crazy to fly and buy a car from Texas and drive it all the way back to Pittsburgh, PA. Dealing with Nael and Ahmed, I would do it again in a second. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I bought a 10 year old suburban. So I expected a few minor issues. I looked at a lot of vehicles and found what appeared to be a pretty nice one at Nesco. I started communicating with Rami via email. The communication was good. I told him i would have to fly down from Missouri so I asked if there were any issues with it big or small. He said that it was mechanically sound and everthing worked. After negotiating it down about $500, we agreed and the deal was done.I saw another review from a customer that said they picked him up from the airport, but when I asked if they could pick me up, he said they did not have the manpower. Fine. I flew down and got there Saturday morning. They greeted me nicely. I took a quick look inside the building and then they pulled it out for me to see. I looked it over pretty well and it was nice, with the exception of the dash being broken in two places. I know, Texas, 10 year old vehicle. The thing is, there were 44 pictures of the vehicle on the website, and the pictures were taken so you could not see the cracks. He then let me take it for a drive by myself, which I thought was very trusting.When I got back I told him I was disappointed with the dash being cracked because they could not be seen in any of the pictures. I also told him the wipers were shot (it was raining). Rami got on the phone and had an auto parts store bring over a set of wipers and they put them on before we signed the papers. He said they sometimes get dash covers from somewhere and he would talk to the owner and see if they could send me one to put on. I thought that was fair. But, I didnt hear anything so I emailed Wednesday asking about it. I was told that because of the great deal I was made, they couldnt send me the dash cover. I was disappointed because I felt like that was a fair solution to something that was intentionally hidden in my opinion. (44 pics)So in conclusion, I got a really nice vehicle at a fair price. Rami was pretty good to deal with. The whole deal was pretty quick and easy. I am overall pleased but, i would ask a lot of specific questions. I have since found other small issues, one being a small crease in the front fender that had been tapped out. I am not complaining. I missed that when I inspected the vehicle but, there was no picture or mention of that either. Just be careful, look at the pictures, but ask questions. Lots of questions.

The dealership is primarily an inside showroom, not the usual outside lot. They appear to specialize in relatively low-mileage, older, high-end cars. I bought a fine specimen of a 1999 Mazda Miata MR5 with less than 22k miles. Carfax verified the mileage. The accompanying documentation included all receipts, including those for the new battery and tires, and even the original window sticker. Although the car was clean and shiny it clearly hadnt been detailed, which I appreciated. Id rather see the real car than $100 worth of detailing and cover-up. This was a cash deal, which is actually more difficult to do at a dealership than financing, and Ahmed accompanied me to the local branch of my bank, practically at closing time, in order to get it done that day. The whole experience was very low-key, non-pressure and no car dealer typical BS. I would absolutely recommend these folks if youre into this particular niche of the automobile market. BTW, 6 months or so down the road now, and the car has been a joy. Right off I replaced the drivetrain bodily fluids with Royal Purple synthetic and took care of the detailing myself. Im very satisfied all around.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Nael was awesome.  He dropped off the car to be inspected for me at a mechanic of my choosing, appraised my trade in, and we even negotiated the final pricing all thru email/txt. Later that week I drove the 4 hours to Arlington in my trade-in. He gave it a quick looking over while I test drove, came back and signed all the paperwork that he had already prepared. It all took 20 min, and that included the test drive and talking about BMWs for about 15 min. 10 of 10 I would recommend him to anyone. I am very happy with my new M3!  (Nael, you need a better camera, the pictures on your website did not do the car justice on how truly nice it was)

I tried purchasing a BMW from out of state from this dealer. Spoke to the dealer and they wouldnt drop the car off 8.6 miles away to have a Pre-Purchase Inspection done by an independent BMW mechanic. This was the closest BMW mechanic I could find. He also wouldnt allow the mechanic to pick the car up to take it back to his shop. He said the mechanic could come to his dealership and look at the car there, but his location does not have the proper equipment for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. I suggested sending it to Arlington BMW for a Pre-Purchase Inspection even though it would require an additional $250 for the inspection. He immediately refused. Ive been working with several dealers from out of state and Ive never run into this kind of difficulty.

Not accommodating at all in any aspect of the transaction. The only automobile dealer that tries not to sell cars. Worst experience and I buy at least a one new car a year. Wasted 2 weeks trying to out something together, finally just bought a car over the phone from a dealer in Houston in 30 minutes.
