Matt at Mirak found our daughter a used Ford Focus Hybrid in wonderful condition, and we are so happy with the car. When we picked it up, it had new brakes, was freshly cleaned and had a full tank of gas. Steve in the financial department patiently helped us decide on payment options. We would definitely buy another car from Mirak in Arlington.
Chuck Courtois was amazing from start to finish. Delivered when he said he would. He had everything taking care of that was agreed upon. His sales manager was great as well. However, I forget his name. He was also very informative and friendly. I will return to Mirak next time I am in the market again and will continue to highly recommend Mirak Chevrolet.
They did a great job from start to finish. They even picked me up to get all the paperwork done. The thing is. I saw one of there cars online and loved it. The car, color, miles, and the money was just right for me. I live in Buzzards Bay near Cape Cod. The fact that they were willing to help me and come to pick me up to look at the car and do the paperwork was awesome. See they didnt know I would buy the car and was still willing to pick me up and drive me home. That meant a lot to me. So Thank You!!!!!
It was the fourth time I brought my car in for the same issue. The service advisor and even the service manager were confrontational and dismissive of the issue. I finally was able to commence them of the problem and when I scheduled service they had the car for an entire day and never fix the problem. They kept the vehicle for an additional day and never solved the problem. On a previous visit there they damaged one of my new front wheels and declined responsibility when I pointed it out telling me that there is no place to damage the wheel at their facility even though the vehicle was Road tested they still declined responsibility. I took my vehicle back without having anything repaired and miss a days pay because of it.
Floor manager unwilling to honor a coupon for general service. It was a minor amount of $15 but they’d rather lose a customer instead of honoring their own coupons. Been a good customer for over 25 years. With them, the customer just isn’t right. Last Chevy car I’ll ever buy.An update in response to Miraks reply: Theyre offering to make things right from the issue within their Sales Department. Had they read the contents of my review, they would have seen it was their Service Department, not Sales, where this issue stems. Weve had a great relationship with their Sales Department for over 30 years. We tried reaching out to various individuals at Mirak at the time of this relatively minor issue to no avail. This reflects the attitude to its customer base, which isnt a minor issue to us. Our car has a warranty with this dealer and changing to another Chevrolet dealer would result in paying an extra $100 dollars each time gets service. Thus, were stuck until the warranty gives out and well buy another car not manufactured by Chevrolet.

Fourth time Ive brought my truck in. Three times they didnt know it was diesel. First time was an oil change and Im not sure if they put the correct oil in. I called to verify what they put in and they couldnt tell me. Second time was for the exhaust system and the individual on the phone was rude and told me to do the job myself when I asked about the bill break down. It didnt make sense to me. This last time was for the exhaust system again. Different issue. Also a glow plug. I understand things come up but I could be without my truck for a week. The fix shouldnt have taken more than a day. Two if they needed a specific part. I have to say the service manager has stepped up and has been amazing. He is why I have been back for service. This might be the last time though.

I would not recommend buying a car from Mirak. I found the sales staff to be difficult to work with, erring significantly in procedure while the service subsequent to the sale was the worst I’ve dealt with.Examples are as follows. The sales staff did not read a large font, bolded statement on the lease buyout paperwork for my old car which stated a not infrequent but important and costly fact. They tried to place the onus on me for their error.My ca, one of the more expensive models they sell(not that it should matter) had issues a few months after purchase while still under warranty. The car shouldn’t have been driven, but it was on me to get it to the dealership, and they offer no loaner or provide no courtesy shuttle. Every other car I’ve had has provided this service in some way.This place is not customer focused and as such I would say- go elsewhere or it will cost you.
Jim was great. I know everyone was very busy at the end of the month, but it was a no-pressure sales experience. Even better, the service was great - Jim found us the exact car we wanted and had it transported from Vermont. It was the prepped and charged and delivered to our home. All that, and the best price of any Bolt EV dealer in the Drive Green program.Looking forward to servicing my car with Mirak even though we live 45 minutes away.Not all Chevy dealers get EVs, but Mirak does!

My experience with Mirak Chevrolet was awesome, from start to the completion of process Jim (salesperson who helped me ), was awesome, he answered all my questions patiently, and I was really impressed with the knowledge he shared related to the vehicle. and promptness at each step.
I did little of the work while my husband set up the deal for me to sign off on but our sales associate Adrian I believe was wonderful to my husband and I. My husband mentioned how much patience he was with the negotiations/questions, helping him the best way he could. He followed up with us quickly with any update after the deal. Delivered the car as soon as possible as promised and was just kind in general, even offered the kids and us treats and water. Again, just a short and pleasant experience. I wish him nothing but the best to him and his first born along with his medical career. Hope he is there for our next lease!

If I could give mirak Chevy zero stars I would. The manager, Al Salvia, was unwilling to honor a price that was CLEARLY stated as the price of the vehicle we came in for. He blamed it on a glitch. How can you not honor a price that is literally straight up printed on your own website via a link that the dealership sent us. His unwillingness to even consider gaining our business (we were prepared to buy a brand new car) was unprofessional and I do not recommend working with an individual who operates like this. Guys like this are what give car salesmen a bad name. Shame

Mirak kept me informed about what was going on with my truck. I got a call every day until I picked it up. The detail they did was probably the best one I have ever seen. They were even able to get all the dog hair out of the trucks carpet!
Held my car up for 4 plus days with no interaction. No return phone calls. Always going to voice mail. Then when I called you I was told a message was left telling me my truck was done. No such message. Next day I was called and told that I can pick my truck up because You have now received the money from my extended warranty company. I will probably think twice about dealing with Mirak in the future. My warranty works at my mechanic also.
Brett, the service rep, was informative and professional. He did he best to describe solutions to a problem that did not reveal itself during the diagnostic. I would recommend anyone to go in for service.
Our experience has been HORRIBLE! My husband went in weeks ago to get numbers on a new Tahoe. He came home to talk about it and since then we have had problems getting a hold of our sale rep. Every time we have a simple question, it takes days to hear back. They dont seem to care at all. After having problems getting a hold of our sales person my husband tried to reach a manager (who never even got back to him). When youre spending $60,000+ you want to feel like the place cares about your business and that youre being taken care of! This has been absolutely ridiculous, go anywhere else! We live right down the street so we thought this would be convenient but we will never go back!

Great interaction with Brett and fast service. Overall, I’m happyThe tech lost a nut that holds down the battery shroud in the trunk, and claims it was never there when I brought it up. It’s not a huge deal, but a bit annoying and I know it was there since I put all 3 nuts back on when putting the shroud back after a jump before taking the car to Mirak. It’s easy to lose, but don’t blame the customer. He also put the trunk floor in upside down, so I think he was just rushing or a bit careless. It’s fine. Stuff happens. Just own it.
I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado in June 2019 which was a certified vehicle until I took it for its second oil change only 72k miles and the following was discovered. The condenser has a leak and I lost my A/C, the oil line has a leak and yesterday I lost the power steering motor and of course now the truck has no warranty. My mechanic discovered junkyard print on the power steering assembly which cost 800.00 dollars and I will take the hit because I need my truck for work. This is not intended for all Chevy dealers just this Mirak Chevy on Mass Ave Arlington. You should stand behind your Quality

The shop was running 2 hours behind schedule which is fine except I received 5 emails and a text messages trying to get me in on time. If your going to be that high touch on your end about communication could at least be accurate about the timing. I could have stayed home at least an hour longer. In general Ive been avoiding coming in for the last year because your waiting room is small. It would helpful if their was outdoor lounge area both because you have a lovely stream running through your property but also because its not safe to stay inside during Covid. Also you have access to the Minman Community path that youre not taking advanage of. I had to walk 3 blocks out of the way to gain access to it.
Great service, friendly staff and most of all they take care of my vehicle very well. Never a scratch on it as I love my 2ss/rs 1le package camaro.A big part of why I chose you guys is because of friends and a buddy of mine who works at the gbm motorcycle shop across the street that I frequently visit.A huge plus for me was also when I was there last year waiting to pay for my service while I was in line behind an elderly women who had just gotten an oil change and the service writer informed her that she had a loose tie rod end linkage that they tightened up and was causing the clunk noise she was hearing. Someone who could have easily been taken advantage of by other dealers, was taken care of like family at mirak. They told her about it and didn’t charge her a cent more than the oil change price. I hate to say this but 99% of dealers would have taken advantage of that and I was so happy when I overheard that, that it was enough for me to believe this is an honest dealer and I am very happy to bring my vehicles there.Thank you very much for the easy and honest services you guys provide.Will definitely be back in the future.

My wife scheduled my appointment online for an oil change. When I got there the representative told me I was scheduled for a a full checkup. I told him to take care of it. I never heard him say anything about this visit costing in the vicinity of $600.00 plus. This is definitely outrageous! When I picked up the car and saw the bill I couldnt believe it!!! I thought he said $66.00 when I brought the car in. Who in their right mind gets an oil change and gets a bill for over $600.00. This was a clearly taking advantage of a senior citizen and lets be clear.....a returning loyal customer who has been serviced by Mirax in the past with three other vehicles; as well as purchasing Chevy / GM products! This may have been submitted earlier today but it appeared on my cell to be not complete.
My service rep was a great guy, very knowledgeable and although the job required much more work to be done he still got the job done in 1 day.

From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and stress free car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
I leased a 2020 Bolt EV from Mirak Chevrolet and the experience was not exactly smooth:1. At the time of signing my new lease the paperwork was not ready or accurate and the car was not ready to go. That translated into a longer wait than normally required2. After I left the dealership, a new error in the paperwork emerged and I had to sign a new lease (on the positive side, a Mirak employee came to my residence with the new lease).3. After almost one month after signing the lease, I was notified that it was not possible to transfer my old EV plate and I will need a new one (and the new one is not going to be an EV plate, which is annoying).4. The proper paperwork was not transferred to GM Financial and I was billed for excess wear and tear and for termination fee; I had to call GM Financial and waste additional time to have my final statement corrected.To sum up, the whole transaction was inefficient and sloppy.

I had purchased three cars from this dealership iam very happy with the outcome... it is interesting to experience that they have knowledgeable people doing the best to get the customers approve with the banks . and. this time was even better than the two previous one ..si thumbs for the management .
Internet booking service allows you to book service including vehicle type and pricing. Pricing is wholly inaccurate and repair associate was unwilling to adjust price as advertised and rude in general. If you choose to have an online booking portal then you should absolutely honor the prices you advertise. Not doing so has a name, its called false advertisement. I would not recommend this dealer based on their customer service and price discrepancies.

Very frustrating service. 3rd time here for a basic oil change service and here’s how it works. The first time called and booked an appointment for first available appointment (7:30am), waited with the truck for hours 3+. Second time called and booked an appointment for first available, asked upon arrival about how long they expect to take, was told that the techs aren’t in yet. Wow that’s great, let’s book an appointment for a waiting customer before the techs even arrive. Took 3 1/2 + hours. Service advisor told me that the people who book the appointments get paid by appointment so they will fill any time, even the ones before techs arrive. Ok, so 3rd time’s a charm. Booked an appointment for 9:30am, techs will be here ready to go already. Told it would take an hour to an hour and a half, well an hour and forty minutes later still looking at my truck parked outside. Asked about the hold up and was told they were waiting for the lift to open. I said I had a 9:30am appointment and got shrugs, then asked how to get service at the appointed time in the future, they said “you can’t”. So this is the 3rd time in a row from first service with my brand new Chevy truck, that the Mirak Chevy service team have had no regard for their customer’s own schedule. No apology or concern that they book appointment times with no intention of sticking them. Their wait time “estimate” might as well come from a random number generator.

Dealer uses shady tactics to get customers into the door. Had price on Cars.com listed over $5000 lower than their actual asking price. Set appointment for 11:30am. Drove 50 minutes to get there. Waited 20 minutes past the appointment time to overhear the rep talking about the price being higher. This is a play-by-play on how exactly not to conduct business.

Had a good experience at Mirak brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation wait time was a little longer than expected, had other issues addressed at the request of Nicolai he did a great job explaining what needed to be done. After completion of job I spoke with Nicolai for a while about the auto business for I had done body work for 21 years.
I got a new Bolt with a great discount here! Everyone was very friendly and Jose helped me find a great car. They can get pretty busy on the weekends so I strongly recommend making an appointment in you plan on going then.
This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership . I brought my 2010 Chevy suburban to the service center for maintenance. Larry was great. I picked up my car and I told him that I would like to trade mine in for a new one. He connected me with Kenny who immediately started working to find me a new suburban. Everything went so smooth and quickly and within a few days, I got a new suburban. I highly recommend this dealership.

My finance and I seen a truck online that we were interested in. We called and made an appointment to look at/test drive the vehicle. We decided it was the vehicle for us. The paper work was all taken care of that same day. There was a minor problem with the vehicle, Mirak Chevrolet took full responsibility and assured us it would be addressed prior to the vehicle being picked up. That responsibility was fulfilled and satisfied to our expectations. The truck was picked up a few days later. We had no issues at all. Customer service was at its best at this location. Everyone was very welcoming. F.Y.I we went to the dealership with 3 small children. The staff engaged with the kids and made us feel at home. If we decide to buy another vehicle I definitely will be returning. :)

Bought a car from them, only to find out that the front quarter panel had been in an accident and was Bondoed.Also, the headlights had been glued in.Two of the tires wouldn’t pass inspection so they said to replace them with new ones, found out later one of them had a plug in it.Very shady dealership.
Mirak Chevy was amazing I brought my Corvette in after a terrible series of events that occurred. I was always greeted well when walking in someone’s always willing to help. Furthermore after meeting with Corvette Tech Marty and him listening to what issues I was having I felt confident in his experience. Of course the service manager which I can’t give enough praise to Daniel. Daniel went out of his way for me to make sure he could assist with my complicated day by getting me into a rental immediately after asking. Now it was only a day my Vette sat in the shop and Marty was able to pin point and fix my issue easily as well might I add the car drove even better than before. Both Daniel and Marty over exceeded my expectations. Will always be a costumer, even refereed all my Corvette buddies. Thanks guys!!

Question about the coupon book which we received upon purchasing the 2017 Malibu...now it came with coupons for oil changes, discounts on XX Miles plateaus, ao my question is, why am I told at the desk that We dont need those, when I ask why not, Im told well nothing.Ive worked in the print trade some 15 years I know the cost that goes into a nice coupon book like the one I received at purchase of the vehicle...why not just discount the vehicle instead of printing useless fodder?Understand, Im not against paying for great service...but if I offer a discount book for my customers, then tell them you dont need it, I suppose Id make it clear in a review (like this one) no discount on the oil change, charged $40 for fixing a tire leak? (One expensive plug) and changed (finally) the cabin filters (and my glove box was broken?)Last visit service mentioned (more than once) I should change my cabin filters, ok...then mechanic...forgot...oops, MIRAK called and mentioned many ways to remedy this (this is great service) and it is so appreciated!I see numerous personnel changes there each time I go (I have two Bus from MIRAK) I can go to another mechanic whom Ive known and trusted for 30+ years, but it IS this service that keeps me coming back.But its these little things, that make me wonder, what else didnt they do?I.E. 2012 Malibu, got brakes f & r, tires and alignment, slow leak detected in FR tire...check FR tire 33#s....check FL tire 23#s, not sure of the tech involved here, but my wife wouldve BLOWN up the FR because it kept reading 23#s on the dash...glad it was me and I use a gauge.Thanks for reading

Mark Buck is very personable and I think very reasonable in negotiating the trade-in value and price for our new Bolt EV. Sean was helpful in the process and Steve in finance was very reasonable in offering options and accepting my responses. We felt good about the price we paid and other than some time waiting for the back-and-forth between Mirak and the insurance company, all went very well. A good bunch of guys. Also the showroom is much more cheerful and accommodating than others we visited. We appreciate how Mark sits right up front greeting all into the showroom.
Dropped my car off for an oil change last month, one of the guys in the service shop stole my sunglasses 🕶 from the glovebox. Called 3 times afterwards and left voicemail and either no one picks up or calls me back.I knew people who worked at big car dealerships were pretty low-life but really your gunna steal from my car that I pay you to do service to? Cmon man. Making me have to post this.

Important for us.Finding solutions to our requirements and technical questions, going back to Jim in a prior years visit, Isiah for the sale today and his colleague, Maggis, support when he was out of the office along with the folksy style of Steve who reviewed and finalized the financials along with what wed set up with our credit union.There were others all collaborating in helping us be sure we were satisfied with getting things to work to meet our choices in a Bolt that they could deliver in a timely way right off the lot the very day one turned up. So fast getting it to us and out the door that they beat the requested accessories could all be picked up/installed (quick addition, scheduled for while we wait next week). All good.
I even want to give a zero star if there is one.I had my car serviced on Wednesday. I had an appointment of 10:30 am, but after I got there, I was told that there were too many cars in front of me and the service could not finish until the end of the day. Then what is the need of making appointment online even 1-2 weeks ago? Why do we bother online appointment? Well, this is not the worst part.So I got home waiting. Then I received a phone call, telling me that I need wheel alignment ($99.95) and a change in differential fluid ($201.99). Then I confirmed that it is $300 more. They confirmed on the other end. But when I got there at the end of the day, I found that they charged me the differential fluid twice, and they insisted that I confirmed on the phone $500 more. Of course, as a customer who is going to pay the bill, I should know what I need to pay, particularly the extra, but the service man was rude and insisted that he heard me from the phone saying that I will pay $500 more. This is ridiculous. Such a shame on the service who lies to the customer!!!Not finished yet. Then I paid in full. When I started the engine, I found out that the tire pressures were not adjusted and not the same. So I got off the car and informed the service staff that the tire pressure was not even adjusted after they charged me more than $1000. I was told that no technicians were available, and the staff just forgot to adjust the tire pressure. I then requested the multi-point inspection, but they did not have it. So it is their excuse and their usual habit to forget to do some changes and services. Can anyone believe this?I did go there for service before, but they could not find my vehicle info.I agree with other customers, horrible, bad, arrogant services. Never go there agin. Absolutely not recommend.
