I’ve been going to Firestone for about 5 years and my engine coil went out. They told me I needed to replace all of them since they go out quickly after one goes down. Good thing I remembered I had that done at back in January 2020. I had them check the records and sure enough. They wanted 1400 dollars for this. That seemed ridiculous so I asked around. MP auto charged me 350 😂 and I only needed two coils anyway. Yikes!!! But seriously. Great all around. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for existing!!!!

I stumbled upon MP pretty much by accident, my car broke down and they were the closest mechanic to tow to. I was very pleasantly surprised at how courteous, friendly, professional and overall genuine the guys at this shop are! They definitely made a customer for life from that accidental encounter. I have 100% confidence that they will be honest and upfront with me about whatever my car needs. I recently went back to get new brake pads & my rotors turned, they quoted me a price and that I might need to pick my car up the next day in order for all the repairs to be completed. Well, they called me back 3 hours later (Id dropped my car off for service) and told me that the work was all done and they found a deal on the parts so the cost came in $45 lower than they initially quoted! They were so happy to surprise me with the lower price quote and I was elated as well!. I absolutely recommend MP Auto to anyone who asks! Its so hard to find a quality/honest mechanic and these guys have my patronage 1000% for as long as theyre open!

These guys are fantastic! So respectful and helpful. We got our oil changed and a new air filter at a Jiffy Lube. The next day our car stuttered when accelerating and braking. The dealership said we would have to drop it off and may get it back in a week. It would cost &180 just to determine the issue. We called MP auto, explained the situation, and took it to them. Within an hour, they called us back with the easy fix! They didnt charge us since it was so simple! We were shocked at their generosity. They saved us SO much time and money! Not only that, they were polite and explained everything to us. Definitely going back! A few months latter, the undercarriage on my husbands car started to drag. MP Auto installed new screws within a few minutes, and I was all done. Again, FREE of charge! They are so kind. When it comes to taking my car to a mechanic, I usually feel like theyre going to take advantage of me but not here!

Love the owner and employees there. They are family owned. The place is what you would call a hole in the wall, but they know how to put your car back in shape. I moved to the DFW area a little over a year ago. I have a relative who is a mechanic in San Antonio and he was at least able to guide me on prices. After going to another shop who was trying to over charge me, I looked around and found MP. Thank God I did. The prices they quoted were in line with what my relatives shop charges. I had already seen the wholesale costs on the parts needed and MP quoted them exactly. Didnt try to get over on us and were incredibly quick on the repair as well. Was an hour job and sure enough called back within 2 hours that my car was ready. Very happy with their shop and will continue to go to them as long as I live in the area. Car drives great now!

These guys are the best of the best. Ive been here many times, but today they looked over my car in preparation for a roadtrip. Checked the tires, brakes, and topped off all the fluids... for free. They are always quick getting things done, theyre honest, and pricing is way too good. Went in to get my rear brakes taken care of. They got me in super quick and theyre real friendly. This is a group of guys who are passionate about cars, wont take my car anywhere else for the stuff I cant diy. Better prices than most shops and better work for my g37 coupe.

The other positive reviews on this place are not wrong. I needed a compressor (among other things) for the a/c in a 2003 Grand Caravan. They were very clear and fair in the cost estimates and when an unexpected part was needed they only charged for the part and the total bill was still under the worst case estimate they quoted. I will definitely be using their services for future repair needs.

Please avoid! this place I took my car to this place because of all the good reviews. my Ac had completely stop blowing they told me I needed a part that was 200 dollars so they ordered it and put it on my Ac still was not working so i go to Auto Zone. telling one of the guy’s what was going on with my Ac told him I took it to Mp auto they told me I needed a part so they order the part, and put it on my Ac still wasn’t working so he ask did they check the fuses I told him I’m not sure so he goes out to my car and check the fuses and sure nuff it was a fuse that was out . Wow!! fuse was only 10 bucks!! And the guys had me buy a part for 200 dollars and that was not the problem. You would think a mechanic would know to check the fuses first. I would never recommend anyone to Mp Auto Repair !

Hue and his team are awesome, they are honest and I never feel like they are trying to rip me off. They give up front quotes and have fast service. If my mom needed work done on her car I would send her to them because they will treat her right.

Was skeptical about this place at first, due to going to the same mechanic for 18 plus years all the way in Irving. A part to my ac died and it was too hard to travel out past Irving to get fixed and way too hot. I decided to give them a try. My first impression was them answering the phone by being polite, understanding, and actually took the time to listen to my problem. Which is huge when it comes to being a female. Another well known auto repair place wanted to charge me $70 just took look at my car and was short, quite rude, and quick to end the conversation when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my car. MP told me what was wrong (without a charge), the cost, and how long it would take. They were even nice by telling you when it would be a good time to drop off your car and when they would be able to get started. They told me it would take possibly 2 days to finish my car( which I understood due to it being a difficult part). Dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and they literally called me by 4pm THE SAME DAY. I’m sooo glad and feel so blessed to have found MP auto repair shop. Good People and Wont Steer you wrong and Fair Price. Thank you guys!!!! You will always have my business!!!!!!

I had to get my brakes changed so i decided to try this place out for the first time. So glad i did! Hieu was honest and upfront with me. After inspecting my brakes he quoted me a fair price. After everything was done he said the job was super easy and charged me even less!!! There are very few honest mechanics & i am so glad i came here. Even on my way out he wanted to make sure everything was perfect and topped off all my fluids for free. Great guys and super fast service. Only 45 min for everything!

Excellent customer service and honest pricing! I took my 2015 Kia Soul to them for a second opinion on an AC repair and I’m glad I did. They saved me $600. They quoted me a price to replace the compressor and the condenser. After replacing the compressor the condenser was still good, so they called me and let me know the repair would not cost as much as originally thought. Hao’s business acumen was superb. He was very professional, informative, and courteous. I will definitely bring all of my automotive repair concerns to MP Auto Repair in the future.

These guys are as honest as they come. When I went to pick up my Explorer, I noticed a scuff on the front bumper. After they assured me that it was there when I brought it in, they still buffed out the scuff for me. After getting home, I found the spot on our garage where we must have scraped it. They went above and beyond maintaining professionalism even when I was so clearly in the wrong. Class acts. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

They started out really great but their business grew and everything changed. When you call for an appointment they can’t tell you how long is the wait. They expect you to show up and wait whatever time. They are really good but they outgrew the place and don’t have the facility to handle that many people.

It was 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, and I brought in my car to have my AC checked. Hal was working on a vehicle and he asked me what I needed. I told him that my AC wasnt blowing at all. He explained that they were really busy, but he took a second to get into my car anyway to see what was going on. He smacked the bottom of my glove compartment and the AC immediately started blowing! 2 minutes and I was done! By the way, hedidnt charge me a dime! I highly recommend this shop, and I would come back here in a heartbeat!
