Hes always taken the time to carefully walk through and explain everything down to the details as well as provide his own honest thoughts. I got an alignment done here. My wheels are perfect! My steering wheel is not. I have to hold the steering wheel off center to make the car go straight. When I called back they said they made the alignment as perfect as they could and that they would need to replace suspension components in order to fix it. Yes the alignment is perfect. But I gotta turn the steering wheel off center to use that perfect alignment 😞😞

Not a good experienced at all. My service advisor 80752 Keith Samuels did not do 100% customer service. I was unhappy and disappointed from the service I received from him. He was not informative and his voice message was very short and basic. Dropped my car off on a Monday the 22nd and didnt get it until Wednesday. I didnt even get a courtesy call from him to let me know that my car was not done. When I picked up my car on Wednesday. It was unfriendly visit. It was short and basic again. Didnt even go through what was done to my car. Basically here is your invoice and read your email. Let just say he ruined my day and I drove off feeling very upset and sad.

I really appreciate their tech, Josh, for his attention to detail and going above and beyond on his customer service. Hes the best!! Also, I would like to note, Rachelle Barney, service manager, who has always provided the best care. Because of them, I will be a returning customer here.

Autobahn BMW, Arlington is a rip off every time you take your car its something else. I live right down the street but i would rather go all the way to Fort worth baby than to go to them. They got plenty of money out of me

Cant get a call back. Understanding Covid has had an affect, Ive waited 5 weeks and left 3 messages. My patience has been challenged. Moving on. **update** After response from this review, I did write to Mo as he suggested. 4 weeks, no response. 3 stars went to 1 star.

I had my car serviced here about a month ago..service advisor was great..all was good was notified about axle leaking and car had to be placed overnight for work..when I got the car delivered to me at my house..my garage door opener and my service manual which was in glove compartment was removed..when I contacted shop they stated either I took it out and misplaced it ..after more back and forth they accused me of misplacing it and never having an actual manual..after repeated calls the manager sent a manual to my house and stated he pays his techs too much money for them to remove such things..which I found to be amazing and total denial since manuals dont walk out of glove compartments by themselves..next time if ever I return..ill make sure all things that not bolted to car is removed before I leave car there for service

Id rather be here than to be at BMW of Dallas... only thing that has me baffled is they didnt have any loaner cars said they were 3 weeks out but im looking at loaners on the premises... thats not a good look...

They damage my dashboard while getting service and then the general manager just laughed in my face when I brought it to their attention. So I left and have not returned to this dealership. Will not recommend.
