Friendly staff and great service. I got my car fixed somewhere else, then I had to bring it to autonation to get it re-fixed. I wont be wasting time or money at other repair shops.

Peggy was very helpful with my concerns with my truck. Kept me informed on everything going on while they had it.

Service Manager was very rude and refused service. I suspect he did this because they have a backlog due to hail damage across Texas. The impression I get is Ford doesnt stand by their product. He wasnt even willing to assess the truck. Its an insurance job and he contradicted another representative who stated they can repair the truck, but it may take a few weeks to get to it. How about you tell the customer the truth and let them decide if they want to wait or try another repair center. Im very disappointed.

I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Peggy, who I will say went the extra mile and made sure every question I asked was solved or answered! Always have a great experience when I go

My experience was very unpleasant, Tech did not respect my property he left it 😒 dirty. They could not ever locate the problem it was a waste of day.There manger took 2 days to call me back and the other has yet to call me. I took it to another dealership and just like that I am back on the road. I WILL never by another Ford at this location..

I just paid to have my Expedition diagnosed and repaired at a Ford dealer while out of town and less than a week later I have even more problems. They want to charge me yet another diagnostic fee - simply unacceptable that I pay two diagnostic fees in one weeks time!

The most ridiculous phone runaround i have seen thus far. Poor service right at the start. Service Adviser dropped the call twice when giving the list of issues. They never call you back but say they will. Explorer has been returned 6 times now for the same issue and still not fixed.

The service department was amazing and kept me updated.

Paul is a great help. He helped me understand the problem with my ford and got it fixed days ahead of schedule. If you have a ford, this is the best place to take it. All thumbs up.

Stephanie in service was great and took care of me and my explorer. Very professional, courteous, and took care of me even though I came in a few mins after they closed (Unintentionally - thought they stayed open later). She earns five stars for herself but I cant say the same for everyone else there based on past experiences hence the one missing star.

We pull up to the location 10 minutes early (7:20) we see two gentlemen inside short bald white gentleman wirh glasses tall white gentleman with a beard we waited 17 minutes in our lane and I know they could see us and no one came out... finally I walk inside there was no good morning who are you here to see nothing this is the reason we just left the location customer service like this does not deserve our business

The people here are very nice and helpful. Went here to get some recalls taken care of on my car and the were great. They will provide you with a loaner car if your car has to be there for a day or two. There Customer service honestly speaks for itself.

I had a Recall on my 2011 F150. They got me in and out really quickly. Top knoch service department. The Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Took the Fusion in for a recall fix and the F150 for an oil change.

The service writer and I did a thorough test drive to assess the issues! Very pleased!

As far as customer service over the phone PEGGY was very professional I like her....but on another note I was left to drive up no one approached me to ask me for any help as if I Knew what I was doing or where to go very unpleased EVERYONE that walks through the door may not know anything about cars...whoever is over service and parts need to do better with greeting your customers with a friendly attitude or smile to help them out if you are lazy and hate your job you SHOULD NOT WORK FOR FORD!!!!

I have been having issues with my focus going to Neutral when I’m driving. It happened 5 times this year. Last Saturday I had to tolled again to a mechanic shop, when they were able to diagnose the issue with the TCM. The tech called Auto Nation Ford to ask about the cost to replace it, when a service advisor, Josh, told him that because so many similar issues, Ford extended the warranty for the TCM to 150k miles and I should bring the car for replacement. I did called on Monday and a lady told me to bring the vehicle and I would have a loan vehicle when it’s been repaired. I drove to Auto Nation Ford on Monday evening to drop the focus and get the loan. For my surprise it was no loan vehicle, neither any of my information registered. I did again in person my registration and had to drive home and arrange a ride with a coworker on Tuesday earlier morning when I dropped my car. I called few times and no correct information was given to me. On Wednesday I kept calling until Stephenie, my advisor told me after lunchtime that my vehicle would be ready only on Friday. I questioned why so long and she said they were waiting on parts. For my surprise when I was going home from work around 6 pm she called me and said that the car was ready to pickup until 7pm. I told Stephenie that I could not make until Thursday evening. I got a ride from work from my work in Midlothian to pickup the my car. I got it and it seems to be okay so far. Also I usually take my cars to dealers and they wash and clean the car as courtesy, but it did not happened at Auto Nation Ford Arlington, TX. Very disappointed with Auto Nation for the communication issues.

I took my F-150 in for diagnostics and repairs, I could not have hoped for better service. Their techs really went above and beyond to find the problem and the bill was only one half of what I had expected. I’ll be a lifelong customer.

They have difficulty servicing cars other than Ford. If that is all you specialize in, be honest and dont give Auto Nation customers/patrons the run around to obtain money.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 11am 3 hrs to change oil whats the point of maki ng an appointment

I dont recommend this place but i i am going to go and play apex legends
