Very unorganized and dont hope for same day answers. Edited to drop it to one star. They stated that all the brake lights were burnt out. Not true. Would have been about $500 for them to replace bulbs that were still good. There are still no brake lights but apparently finding the real problem is above their capabilities.

Got sold a warranty for tires and did guy we closed (Fernando) explained that it was great deal. Lied about being able to use that warranty in any named tire shops and so a little over a year now I try to use it and turns out you can only use it for if the tires have a certain damage and that we would have to take it to the dealership. Keep in mind we live almost 2 hours from it and I talked to him about a week ago and asked “so I basically got BS and he said yeah sorry” who says that lol. Terrible place only looking into making them selfs money.

2nd car bought here. The experiance was easy the salesperson was great. Financing was great. Overall if i ever buy another car it will be from Vandervriff Hyudai

1.5hrs for oil change and quick check on a speaker. Told the person during checkout again about it. They told me I needed to do a new appointment for it. At the end they didnt even washed my car (they normally do at other Hyundai). Old lady at the checkout window was rude. I guess Ill expend an hour next time and drive up all the way to Carrollton.

Called to schedule a 60K mile checkup and to look at some issues with the turbocharger. When I arrived at my appointment, they told me they had scheduled me for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I told them they got their wires mixed up, they told me that in order to run a diagnostic for what I had made the appt. for, I would have to reschedule, and come back another day. So...they screwed up, and the customer deals with the consequences? No interest in making it right. They lost a customer right then and there.
