My Volvo overheated 10:30pm on a Saturday night, 60+ miles away from my home in Falls Church and I needed a tow all the way to the dealership in FC with my precious cargo (my musical instrument) in my car. Volvo’s roadside service took forever to find a towing company (not 66 towing’s fault) but finally at 1:40am Sam was there loading my car. Coincidentally the only shop they found that was available (or maybe willing?) to get me was Sam’s shop, 66 Towing all the way back where I live in Falls Church. Sam drove to get me and shared his location so I could see how far he was. He was very friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable. He even offered to drop me off at my home a mile away after unloading my car at the dealership. Despite his kindness, his truck had some issues but he was calm and professional about it and was able to get his truck running and get me home. I was grateful he came all that way to get me so late at night and loaded/unloaded my car with such care with the harp in it. Will definitely recommend 66 Towing and just call them before bothering with Volvo Roadside in the future.

Anthony was phenomenal! He cares about what hes doing and it shows. Hes friendly, respectful, goes the extra mile and knows what he is doing. He did everything to make sure there would be no damage to the car - pulled it onto the ramp from the back and used wood planks so as not to damage the front end, made sure the mirrors were pulled in and strapped it in securely. With all the horror stories Ive heard and experienced, I didnt even think there were drivers like this that cared that much about protecting the vehicle and serving the customer. Thank you!

The first towing company never posted. Sam called me 2 minutes after receiving a call from my insurance company. He gave me an ETA based on rush hour traffic and an accident. He still got to me 15 minutes BEFORE his original ETA. He is a total pro; took great care of my car, was about safety for both my car and me, and offered to drive me wherever i wanted to go after bringing my car to a garage. He delivered outstanding customer service.

My tire completely blew out and Sam, the tow trucker driver, went above and beyond to help me. When Costco didnt have my (apparently discontinued) tire, he helped me talk to another shop in the area to confirm they had my tire in stock. He was just super nice, knowledgable, and patient. There was no need for me to go with the car to the mechanic, and I was sent an email receipt and a text with a picture of my car as confirmation that it was dropped off at the shop, which was appreciated. I have a modified car and he took all the necessary precautions to protect the intercooler as he pulled the car on to the tow truck. My wife took my car to get her nails done and when she came out it wouldnt start. It wasnt the battery as all electronics worked so I knew I needed a tow to have the starter looked at. When I first called 66 towing I was greeted by Sam who gave me some advice on how to go about with dealing with my car being impounded after an accident. He also picked up my SUV from the impound lot and he reassured me my truck could be fixed and then he drove me to a lot where I was sure I could leave it. My truck was in shambles so he advised that it would not be the best idea to leave it there. After making him drive out of his way to the lot I was sure I could leave it at he offered to take it to his lot at no extra charge apart from the storage fee which he also gave me a break on. He even drove me to an ATM to avoid the credit card transaction fee. I mean what a great guy, he was a great relief on a day where I wasnt really thinking straight. But thats not all I left my EZpass in my SUV and he went out of his way in the early morning to retrieve it and get it to me before I headed back home. I left the truck in his lot and got a ride back home 250 miles away. Even from 4 states away he kept in contact and assured that my truck would get picked up and brought back home. I would 100% recommend 66 Towing for any of your towing needs. They really take care of their customers we need more guys like Sam in this world.

Just want to give 66 Towing a big shout out. SAM is amazing. My motorcycle needed a flatbed tow, and Sam responded immediately, showing up within the ETA he had given me.To my surprise, Sam knows motorcycles, being a rider himself. My ride is a Ducati, and in the past I have pestered any tow biz that has come to rescue me. Not so Sam. I just kicked back and watched him do what he does. And, he knows how to load and unload a motorcycle (without dinging the body work, etc.).Got the bike back to my crib safe and sound. Sam coasted it into the underground garage and set it up on the center stand. Done.

Youre having a bad day when you need an unexpected tow, but these guys are top notch. After breaking down in a travel lane during rush hour, I called a few companies that said itd take over 60 minutes because I needed a flat bed (AWD). 66 Towing quoted 30 minutes and got there in 30. I cant say enough about the driver, Sam. He was courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He tested the alternator and found it was shot. I planned to get towed to the closest shop but he reminded me that my car was still under basic warranty and waited while I called the dealer to confirm. He quoted how much the tow would be, and even though it took over an hour because of traffic, the price didnt change. Although the tow to the dealer cost more than the local shop, it was cheaper overall than paying for a tow and to replace the alternator. When I need another tow, Ill certainly call 66 Towing.

Fantastic service. My wife got stranded on the George Washington Parkway in Arlington at 12:am Friday night. Boy wasnt I impressed! 66 towing showed up less than 30 minutes later and picked up my wifes Subaru. The charges were fair and the service was awesome. Yesterday I broke down on a ramp entering the GW parkway going to the airport. And when I say broke down, I BROKE down. My subframe rotted due to poor manufacturing (thanks Hyundai for poor notification of the recall), and my front left wheel snapped off. I had 90 minutes until my flight, and I found 66 towing with a random internet search. All the other reviewers are right - Sam was amazing. He turned up within 30 minutes and worked fast and hard to get my car on the truck. He got me to the airport on time for my flight, and although I asked him to drop the car at home he called up the dealership with my VIN to confirm that it was subject to recall due to the rust issue. He let me know while I was on the plane, and waited for me to get in contact to confirm that he should bring my car to the dealership. I am amazed at this level of kindness, empathy, and service. Thank you Sam. You are a true gentleman.
