I came to this shop to get my car aligned. I was told by Taylor that it was going to cost me $50 for front and rear adjustments. Someone else who worked there had said it would cost close to $100 upon inspection. I wasn’t happy with that sudden change in prices so I addressed it to Taylor again. He fixed the pricing for me and I left with a straight steering wheel. The chairs in their waiting lobby are very comfortable as well.

Ive been working with Guaranteed Tire personally for over 9 months, I have a fleet of 40 trucks on the Dallas area that I completely rely on Masi and their team to keep them running.They are highly trained, efficient and honest. Recently several of my vehicles were vandalized and taken out of action due stolen catalytic converters, Guaranteed tire did a great job, repairing the trucks and putting them back in action SAME DAY!Now we are working together on the installation of a security device to prevent this to happen again.If you are looking for a reliable service provider that goes above and beyond on your personal vehicle or business fleet needs, this people wont let you down whenever you need them.

Came in to get a State Inspection and the staff was very courteous and performed the Inspection in a timely manner. I will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future.

Really good people that were there accept when I had to go in and check on my car after a couple of hours I did it three times for them to check my AC at least I waited there 7 1/2 hours.

I requested a diagnostic on my suspension but after waiting ah hr for an oil change I walked outside to find my engine running for no reason and had been for about 30 mins. I cancelled the diagnostic.

Ive frequented Guaranteed Tire & Auto on several occasions now, for new tires and tire related services, oil changes, and other minor car services. Every single time I have came in, they have taken care of whatever car issue Ive had and at a very responsible price. They never make me feel like theyre being dishonest by making up things that need fixing just to make some $, as a lot of other car places usually do. They listen to my concerns and address them in a professional and honest manner. I am always skeptical of car places due to me being a woman and not being very knowledgeable on vehicle mechanical issues. But the gentlemen at Guaranteed Tire & Auto have put my concerns at easy by always coming thru and providing great service. I highly recommend them!!

Been here a few times with both of my vehicles and Ive always had good customer service. I usually get the same person every time I go, I believe he is one of the managers(Forgot his name, sorry)... very knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices and is able to give breakdowns of what everything includes. Honest about wait times and gives better times to come if we are unable to stay. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are needing tires fixed or new ones.

Very great shop to do business with. Went in to have car looked at because front end was vibrating and they were able to identify the issue. Asked for used tires and they have the best quality for a used tire that Ive experienced. Also, they informed me of other issues that were causing the front end to shake as well. The only reason they dont get the 5th star is because I was able to locate someone to conduct the services a bit cheaper. Overall, great service and dependable shop.

Went in for a wheel allignment. The guy at the front desk was attentive. Area and shop well kept and clean, nice location. Service was quick yet thorough. Prices are reasonable.. needless to say my car runs smooth!!!!

Too much for recurring issues

I won’t take my cars to anyone else. They’re not part changers they’re actually mechanics. The shop is welcoming, nice and clean. The staff is very professional. My cars are alway ready when promised. I’d like to thank the Massih and Bobby for making the experience of going to a mechanic painless as it should be. You won’t be disappointed.

Bobby is a great general manager. He helped me with my car and every question I had for him he answered. If I needed something done he checked on it no questions asked. If your looking for a place to go guaranteed tires is the place to go and ask for Bobby you wont be dissatisfied.

This is my favorite place for new or used tires. Ive been coming here for about a year and they are the most honest people in the business. Never try to get over on me because im a woman. I came in expecting to buy 4 new tires because Discount Tire said they needed to be replaced, but they were honest and said only 2 were bad! Great place! Clean, honest, and friendly.

Will never walk in thier door again charged for a service they did not perform

Very disappointed in GUARANTEED TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE. We have two vehicles that needed service and decided to use them because one has a warranty that is partnered here. The first vehicle was having AC problems in April. It was fixed, however, 20 days after the service, the AC was going in and out again. We brought the vehicle back to the shop, but was told that they did not see a problem. After leaving with the vehicle again, we again started experiencing the issue after about two weeks. Brought the vehicle back to Guaranteed and now they want over a THOUSAND dollars to fix something that they either missed or they do minor fixes to put a band aide on the issue so that you are paying multiple diagnostic tests, multiple labor charges and added parts.I believe this is a scam to bring your car back over and over because they just did the same thing with an engine stalling problem on my second vehicle. please save some money. DO NOT USE GUARANTEED TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE.

Have had the shop do maintemance and work on my daughters Mazda...I drive an AWD Audi Cabriolet that needed water pump/thermostat, oil pump and control arms replaced...when my Audi dealer quoted me a crazy # in excess of $4000, I decided to check with ownership and get a pulse in their confidence to do the repairs. Without hesitation, they ordered the parts from Audi (not the aftermarket route), got all repairs done in the time frame promised, and did it for 1/2 of what dealer was charging! I recommend them highly for auto service and recommend even stronger if you drive a high $$ vehicle that carries high $$ repairs..thanks again for helping my family keep my money in my household!!

Do not stop here. They lie about the wait time. Waited 3hours for a state inspection and 3 tires. They bent the rim on my tire. Then the same night 1 of the tires needed air. The next day was a Sunday need air that day too. Woke up Monday morning guess, what my tire was completely flat. Went to get the tire replaced was told to wait 15 mins nobody came back to help.. do yourself a favor dont stop here..

They get the job done and they get it done right. Theres a guy behind the counter named Roger and he told me to get him a jarritos from the gas station. I felt sorry for him cause he was limping around (probably had an accident) so I did it.Overall great service, smart, very clear, fairly priced and friendly customer service.

Have been going to this place for years before the owner retired they always care about there costumers and and go above and beyond to make sure your tires are good for any tarrian!

35 min oil change is ridiculous! They also dont always want honor the 19.99 oil change price that they have posted outside they always try to charge you more. I would understand if they have to charge you more for bigger trucks but I drive a 4-cylinder car.

2021 Inspection

They slow. They had my car for a week I had call them to get updates and they didnt either answer the phone or they said something happen and they are working on it. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The only reason why I went is because of my car dealership. NOW my business is done with them. Yes!
