Mazda Service took care of me and making sure everything my vehicle needed were done. Communicated and kept me aware of the process and time for vehicle service. Service advisor Tim is very nice and respectful. I am always met with a smile and greeting from the service guys. Highly recommend Hiley Mazda for vehicle purchases and service!

Dont believe the reviews here. Most of these high ratings are for people thinking this is the dealership and not the service center. Appointment is at 10:45 for oil change. Fast forward to 3:30 PM. Oil change is finally complete, but vehicle was badly damaged on the drivers side when being pulled in to the service area. All they would do is give me a quote to pay them to fix the damage. Tried contacting the manager to no avail. Even via phone they have a full mailbox so cant even leave a voicemail. DO NOT USE THEM. 5 hours to perform an oil change and they damage my vehicle to give me a quote to fix it? Seems like they have a great way of making money. Absolute trash service center.Special thanks to Tyler for damaging my vehicle.

After 3 weeks of visiting dealerships, we visited Hiley Mazda in Arlington. We were so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Anthony and Seth made the process smooth and enjoyable. We almost talked ourselves into leaving before walking in because we were so beat down from our experiences at other dealerships...but we are driving away with my dream car today & coming back to purchase a second vehicle! This is my second car from Hiley, 3rd Mazda Ive purchased. Joy was upfront and honest when addressing my questions and concerns. She was patient with me after asking her to show me numbers on 4+ different options. Plus she was fun to talk to while waiting for finance to do their thing.Mazda worked with me to get me where I wanted to be and now I am a proud driver of a new 2020 Mazda 6.I highly recommend Hiley Mazda. Ive been taking my car to get serviced there for years and both times Ive purchased, the sales team was great.

The dealership was very courteous and friendly my salesman Jorge Ruiz was not pushy at all. I came into the dealership to look at a vehicle and ended up not liking it, Jorge offered to look for another vehicle within my budget with success! I wasnt expecting to purchase a car I was mostly just browsing but with the great deal, professionalism and care I received I just couldnt say no.

Came in on 02/17/2020 to purchase a new 2019 Mazda3 AWD. From the moment my father and I arrived at the dealership it was a pleasant experience. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and professional. Our salesman, Zach, was knowledgeable and efficient. It was nice seeing managers actually on the floor interacting with customers rather than tucked away in their office only waiting for problems to arise. The whole experience from beginning to end was great; so positive that my father even purchased a new car (which was not initially intended). I would definitely come back to purchase a car in the future and recommend this dealership to others.*Ask for Zach!*

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Teresa Mayon this past Saturday. She made our car buying experience stress free and flawless. Right off the bat, we could tell it was more important to her that we found the right fit, rather than pushing us toward something we weren’t 100% on. Although the car we initially wanted was sold that same day by the time we arrived, Teresa worked with our needs to find the best substitute and what she found us was even better. Hiley Mazda was packed with customers that day, and although there was additional wait time for financing, Teresa continuously checked us. This was hospitality at its finest. Sarah Wingard was also fantastic with financing. The car buying process was okay but I feel that the customer service I received after my purchase was sub par. I noticed damage to the drivers seat after my purchase, the used car manager said he would look into seeing if he could get the broken piece used but never followed up. The check engine light came on within a week of purchasing which they promptly fixed at no cost to me (just an O2 censor). Called multiple times about my plates with no call back until I had left a few voicemails over the span of a week. Carlos was great when I showed up and even put my second set of temporary plates on for me.

My friend is a healthcare worker who was trying to purchase her son a vehicle so he could get around while she is working every waking hour in hospitals keeping the people of Texas safe. They have refused to return her deposit, even though she didnt agree to any deal or sign any paperwork. Return Mrs Noel-Rhodes deposit you cowards. This is shameful conduct, especially at the moment.

Finance department is AWFUL they made a mistake that worked in my favor and since then they’re trying to make my life miserable. They are so difficult and do not communicate. I had no idea where to send my first payment because they took two months to send me registration papers and everything. I got my license plate two months late they had to email me another temporary one. Teresa is a great sales woman, however the financial office is awful.

Absolutely unfriendly customer service in the service dept. My brand new Mazda is back there a 2nd time for recalibration. I’ve called Kyle 4 times with no response just wanting a simple update - estimate of complete, what to expect . The service manager did not even return my call . Absolutely ridiculous .

Hiley Service Department Conundrum:The actual diagnostic technicians and mechanics are exceptional. However, service advisor Tim Bell was late, inept, rude, condescending, and inappropriate. Other than having to suppress the urge to nut punch this surly toddler in a mans body, my Hiley service experience was satisfactory.
