We recently moved to DFW from Louisiana and needed repair of the front bumper of our van. The damage occurred sometime ago and I am very happy that I hesitated to have the repairs done prior to our move. I was looking for a place we could trust and that provided great customer service, which is not a lot to ask for, but can be hard to find. I highly recommend DFW Collision Center! Some of the positive words and names that come to mind: Professional, Courteous, Ms. Yvetta. Ms. Yvetta made this process easy/painless. Her smile along with a friendly and straightforward approach was very much appreciated. Great team!
When you have a Jeep and there is nice weather, what does one do??? Take off the doors as that what Jeeps are made to do. The door was not sitting right and I took it up to the dealership, who then wanted me to take it to their body shop who wrote an estimate for $$$$ as they would have to order the part which was about $60+, then take 5 hours to remove the bracket which they claim would take 5 hours at $52+ an hour, & 5 hours to paint a bracket at $54+ an hour.I found DFW Collision and Chris emailed me back and we talked. I sent him the pictures and he said he thought the bracket just needed to be tightened. After further inspection, I saw where the bracket did move and was able to get it straightened and tightened. Now, my door sits flushed as it should be.This is how a body shop should be. Honest, willing to help like Chris did, and earning my respect and trust. All this just from just pics being seen and not the actual vehicle should say something. In a world where people will take advantage of the situation instead of helping, Im very thankful for Chris and DFW Collision.

The repair job was ok. I had to ask them to straighten the bumper more before I drive off, as it wasnt straight. The tint on my back window was wrinkled up by something, probably heat. It had a couple scratches, but I could still see it if the back window. Now I cant see it my back window. 3 of the 4 door protectors are missing. When I called to get it worked out, the woman told me my rep was on vacation, so I had to wait until she returned. When I started to complain, she knew about my car immediately, which seemed a bit odd for someone who was trying to pass me off. Took my car there before, this time not happy with the work or the customer service. Very disappointed!

We were referred to DFW Collision from Vandergriff Honda where we have been taking our car service for many year with great satisfaction. Manager Chris Houston and his team did an excellent job repairing our car after we were T-boned on the passenger side. The communication during the repair was outstanding and timely. The customer service received from everyone we spoke with was great. Even the other drivers insurance company made the comment that DFW Collision was much better to work with than most bodyshops. Car was there for 2 months Yvette told me car was ready I went to pick car up,it was dirty,paint had dried and there were drips on hood had stainless steel added to side post an one was bent she lied and said it was like that forgetting I delivered them to her undamaged there were 900 plus miles added to my car the seat settings had been reprogrammed an it was left in sport mode when I got it back and the gas was on empty, I left a little less than a quarter tank would not refer shop to any one maybe Yvette was the problem an not the shop not sure,also the chrome was not installed properly,
After a long waiting time they promised my car would be ready on the 17 didnt happen I received on the 20 this month, at first inspection I noticed different color, but I was on a hurry so I took my car home after a couple days! I went to do a 360 Walk on my car noticed again the paint dont match, they didnt replace no parts, the just fix the damage parts so they save tons off money, I clearly request new parts didnt happen, my trunk is out off, the tail light driver side is out too, to many details...By no means this place is PROFESSIONAL...1star is the lowes but for me they are -10 my bad I trust those guys I shouldnt

Best customer service ever. I had never had an experience go much smoother for me than this one. Took my car in and the lady in charge of my claim made sure to follow up daily letting me know updates. Also gave me very useful information when getting a rental. Got my vehicle back and it was washed plus vacuumed. High recommend.

Went for an estimate but they had really good customer service and the price was way cheaper than I thought. Im most likely bringing my car here to get repaired. If anything changes Ill update my review.
I recently took my new 2018 Honda Civic Sport Touring here. I had gotten into an accident and needed a place for repairs.They did an absolutely amazing job. I was kept informed on where they were with the repairs with text messages daily and my car was even done 3 days earlier than the estimated date.I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future.

Had my Honda all of 1 week before I was rear-ended at a stop light. I called around and finally settled on this shop after being recommended by a friend. They took care of both me and my car and had it turned around very promptly, with regular updates on progress. Awesome experience and extremely friendly staff. I hope I dont need auto body service again anytime soon but if I do I know where I will be heading.

I called around to find a repair shop for my car. I found one place but the costumer service was not satisfactory at all. So then i called the place. I was greeted with a genuine person. I could tell it was super busy but Jamie was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I drove an extra 15 miles just for better costumer service.
Amazing customer service, I havent gotten my gf car back yet. They work with all cars, we took our Acura tlx to be fixed. They are very diligent with texting and calling with updates. Car got done in way earlier than they initially said, going to go pick up tomo!! Will update afterwards.
**CONSUMER SCAM ALERT* *Yvette Dittmer is the worst person Ive ever met. Id say fraudulent. I have suspicion that this shop colludes with Allstate insurance company on auto claims. They did a quote for repair on my car. Yvette told us the repair was going to be $2549. She missed the damages to the rim on the car, and corrected the quote and told me ~$3500. She tried to tell me I have to repair my car there because she already ordered parts. (Which I never instructed her to do). I pick my car up. 3-4 days pass. I spoke with Allstate. They tell me they cannot send the check to me for the settlement...that it has to go to the shop. (Which is another lie) as there is no lien on the vehicle. They then contact Yvette and she decreased the estimate and sent it for $2234.40. over $1000 less. Unlucky for her, the quote has a time stamp at the bottom of 1/11/18 (today), at 10:09:49 am. This is precisely around the same time I just got off the phone with the claims rep. They obviously colluded with one another to decrease the payout. Theres no way you can prepare a quote for a car that has not been in your possession for 3 days. LiesYvette....youre a terrible person. Dishonest. Rude...sneaky... manipulative...and all around just bad.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS.
I recently had some damage that needed repaired on my vehicle so I found DFW Collision from recommendations from Vandergriff Toyota and I couldnt be happier choosing them. I have nothing but good things to say about my whole experience with them. They kept me up to date with all the latest info on my car and its expected delivery date. I highly recommend them for any body work. The staff are very courteous and highly professional.

Last august me and my 2015 dodge challenger had a problem with a pole haha. Id only had my new car for a month and I was freaking outI needed a new bumper... the really awful part was my car was the theme of my wedding that following week! They squeezed me in and kept me pretty updated EXCEPT they claimed I opted out of the text message updates. My new dodge challenger and I would opt out of something like that? Heck no I wouldnt!The did a pretty solid job! No one can even tell I had it replaced. Didnt see any new scratches or dings or nothing. And boy did I look! Would recommend!
Very satisfied with the help I received at DFW Collision center Arlington. The ladies in the front desk are very friendly and efficient. I greatly appreciate the help I received from Mr. Brody Pinson. When I arrived I was very stressed out because I did not know how to deal with my car insurance. Mr. Pinson, with his sweet and calm voice assured me that he would take care of that. He made me feel I was in good hands and that calmed me down. He is a very professional and dedicated person. 30 Days SinceBeing a youthful driver is very difficult, but being a youthful driver with a new car is even worse. I was in an accident(my first) and the damages were over whelming. I knew from the start I wanted the best of the best. I got exactly what I was searching for. My Car was a sore sight, but after being repaired you could not tell me I was involved in an accident.It has been around 30 something days since I got my baby back with no issues. I had a more than welcoming experience during this time and better yet my car is back to normal.I am extremely proud of the decision to take my vehicle to DFW Collision, I could not see my self doing it any differently.
Dfw Collision is Statefarm preferred. I looked into a couple of places around dfw and this place provided swift service and reasonable quotes. The drop off was efficient as Statefarm had set things up. I called a few days in advance to set up my drop off appointment. After the drop off I walked across the street to Vandergriff Toyota as they have a Hertz inside that is open early. Moses called and left messages every to every other day to update me on the progress of the repair. When I had concerns Moses, the case specialist, and Jaime, at reception showed that they listened and provided the best care they could. They were attentive, efficient, cost effective, courteous, and good at communicating. I had a my bumper crushed on one side which restricted my passenger door from opening. DFW Collision repaired this in less than a week which was half of estimated time. The paint was seamlessly finished and the bumper looks great. At drop off, I provided my deposit and exchanged my rental keys for my keys as dfw collision had arranged hertz to pick up the rental. Thank you for making everything easy and taken care of!
DFW Collision Centers Arlington gave us the best customer service. They answered ALL of our questions, and were very helpful. They kept me updated on the status of my truck and they finished repairs earlier than anticipated.
I went in to repair my Jeep for bumper to bumper damage, they had to replace the bumper which I was happy with but to do so they had to remove the fender, well when they removed it they did it roughly because my car had scratches all around the fender like if they were poking it out. Also, a small chip was right by the fender where they obviously started the removal of it. They tried to say that it was already like that when I took it in! No it wasnt because I checked my car before I brought it in for the same reason. The damage is not major as you can only see it if you are about 5ft or so close to it but that is besides the point, how do I go in to the shop to repair my car and it comes out with more damage?! Thats ridiculous and the fact that they said it was like that just made it worse.
Decided to go here a few years back since it’s right across from Vandergriff Toyota. Figured they would be a more reliable choice in repairing & matching a bumper on my silver Toyota due to a rear end accident. I know silver is a hard color to match. Had great customer service & easy to work with insurance. However, when I picked up my vehicle I pointed out that the bumper looked lighter than the rest of the car & was told to give it a few weeks to set and it would then match. Plus they also gave a warranty on it. I waited and it did not look any better but it was difficult to find time to give my car back up for repair due to school and work. By the time i was able to clear my schedule I noticed scratches on my bumper likely from someone backing into me in a parking lot so figured they probably wouldn’t honor the warranty after that. So now I drive around with a mismatched bumper partly because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle but wish it would have came out right the first time.

Doesnt even deserve a star. Went to get an estimate. Waited half an hr before being told they couldnt give me one. They shouldve said that from the beginning and I wouldnt have wasted my time waiting around for no help. Not friendly whatsoever.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They dont do quality work. My sons car is ruined because of them. The front bumper they claimed to have put on new is basically coming off. A week after picking the car up from them, them emblem came off. I called Moses and he basically told me that it looked like someone had hit the car again. So I took that. But then when the front bumper started coming off, Im like really. So I talked to Chris the manager and he said to bring the car up there. My son took it and he and Johnny said due to a few scoff marks that the car was hit. Not the fact that uh maybe you guys did a terrible job. I dont know why Honda uses this place. Now someone else has to clean up their mess. Karma ALWAYS comes back Moses, Chris and Johnny. God Knows

If you plan to bring your car repair here just be aware with a lady name Evada she have a really really bad service and behave. I got my car fixed there. All she can do just mess up with the date she told me to pick up the car.
They did a bad job. After checking my car for hail storm repairing, I saw that they damaged some parts at the bottom of the car and missed some screws. My car look worse than it was. Not recommend this body shop

Horrible horrible service I will never ever use this place again they told me my car will be ready two weeks ago they called back saying it will the the week after them called saying it would be two.more days and kept.going on and on and on my car is still not ready over a month and a half later they are horrible at their due dates and have horrible service I be prepared to lose youre car for a very long time if you bring here horrible place to get your car fixed.
