We’ve been with AAA for a few years now. We’ve dealt with claims and Ms. Farrah Smith took great care of our needs. We feel truly valued when we come in for anything.

They are a great company but they hooked me up with a bad towing company that completely trashed my engine, guys if you ever get a tow or road service assistance please record everything... Because they will ruin your car and deny it, the video is your only power in court. AAA I Believe will help me with this issues thats why I value being a customer, they are polite and swift with their service.

Great service with my Insurance with my accident Late last year was a hit and run. Fixed the car with no problems, and my policy covered me with a Rental also..... almost 3 weeks

I have had to use my AAA twice sense I gotten it and I have been really satisfied with their response every time. I needed a battery the first time and I had locked my keys in the car was running. They were quick and efficient both times. Im glad I got my AAA.

I called for a tow truck and nothing came for over 2 hrs tell I finally decided to cancel because the place I was towing it to closed by them I’m very disappointed in there service too cause I was waiting on hold to let them know the problem for one of those hrs

Walked in for an International Permit and got in and out in minutes. Not a customer, but great customer service.

I love AAA my mom got it for herself many years ago and added me on a family member. About four days later I locked my keys in my car upon upon arrival at the Levitt Pavilion to go hear some great music. I was super bummed that I was going to have to spend the next 45 minutes or hour of his concert I wanted to hear dealing with a locksmith that was also going to be expensive and cumbersome. I went up to the volunteer but booth in this sort of exhaling my grumpiness and one of the gals asks, Do you have AAA? Oh my gosh- I have AAA!! I called. They showed up quick Pop-A-Lock I was in, get my keyes, and back in plenty of time to enjoy the free music the Levitt Pavilion! What a great experience and it pays for itself super quick!! I recommend AAA from Head to Toes and bumper to bumper.

This is my prefer branch and always get treated well by the employees there. If you are a premium member you get free passport photos there, if not then its like $8.99 for 2 photos. Members get free maps and guides but they also have a small section where European maps and travel books can be purchased.

Starting to discover that they are a lot more expensive than their competitors... UPDATE: Out of nowhere, mid policy they upped my premiums drastically with no explanation. Im 46 years old and Ive NEVER had an accident, and my driving record is flawless. I dumped them, and my monthly rates went from $250.00 per month to $84.00 per month with Progressive.

I cant convey the many problems I had out of this company. Its amazing I even gave them a shot by getting my own coverage after I left my moms membership. I was with Sprint 4 years and I never got my discount towards my AAA membership. I called this office and other offices about trip ticks or help with bookings and Id b ignored. Id call roadside assistance and I had various problems with them. Of course, theyd call wondering y I wouldnt renew. Notice how this office only replies 2 THE good feedback. They ignore the ppl they target 4 mistreatment!

Do not use this place!!!! They are awful and incompetent. I went there on April 30 to get an International Drivers Permit. While there, I mentioned that I kept getting renewal letters. They looked into my account and said that it was still active. I asked them to send me an updated membership card. Never got it, but I continued getting renewal letters. I called them a couple of weeks ago and left a voicemail (because no one ever answers the phone). Surprise, surprise...No one called me back.This morning, I had car trouble and called the 1-800 number and they said my account was expired. I explained my previous visit and they said they had no idea. So, I just went by the office again to figure out what is going on. They looked up my paperwork from my initial visit and said huh, were not sure...it WAS active but it was cancelled on May 23. So they sent me back to an agent to get it straightened out.When I got back to her cube, she asked me what I needed and at this point, I lost my patience. I asked her to go speak with the other lady. Id already explained it to three people that day. I heard the other lady telling her that my account had been cancelled somehow, but when she came back, she said my account was expired and asked me if I wanted to start a new account. ARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!Why on earth would I want to START A NEW ACCOUNT if I already had an active account that was paid for!?!?!? I said Nope, I sure dont....I dont want anything to do with AAA anymore and left.Its a shame that AAA is getting a bad name because of this office. Overall, I think they are a good company with good services and discounts, but I am now looking for other options.

Absolutely horrible and shameful. Dealing with claim adjusters at this agency is extremely time consuming, frustrating and pathetic. Natalia Ntuk has after weeks of dealing with my claim and asking that I provide her with documentation has finally decided to call me ....At 730 this morning. She was rude and talked over me. Gave me vague information and was aggressive in her tone as she talked down to me. This company admitted fault for a very basic claim only after 2 weeks of delay. Then they only gave 80 percent of the claim for the incident. I was stuck with the other 20 percent. I had to wait additionally until my vehicle was repaired and returned for them to provide me with 80 percent rental coverage that I paid out of my pocket. Very slow to answer emails, return calls, etc. poor phone skills and void of any reasonable explanation. When I asked for documentation that Natalia claimed to have, she told me it was not her job to do research for me since I was the one submitting the claim. I provided several items and now I am being insulted again with poor explanations and a very rude claims adjuster, who does not show any understanding or empathy. I work in the auto industry and will be sure to let customers know about my experience with this agent and company.

Worst experience ever!! Waited almost 4 hours and was deemed in a unsafe area! Supervisor hung up on me! I called in at 12:50 am and didnt get home till after 5 am. They kept saying dispatch is not answering! Horrible experience!!

Im very disappointed about this company, my battery had 3 years warranty now the battery failed before that warranty, I called to AAA Help and they told me cant get the warranty because I no customer of AAA anymore, Is very bad the warranty supost is over the items not over the customers. I was thinking pay my membership again but after this no way

Took multiple calls to get anyone from member services. Left messages that were never returned. Amazingly enough the Travel & Insurance desk answered right away.Items that they were supposed to mail me, never showed up.I do not recommend them

Called for several maps and a Trip Routing. Talked to Carmen Robinson and she was absolute excellent in helping. Got the info a few days later and everything that we asked for. Carmen R should be commended for doing such a good job for AAA Arlington Texas. Kudos to Carmen!

Ive had AAA for about 5 months now. When I was buying a new-used car, I went looking around for the cheapest rates (previously, I was covered by Geico), and AAA had them. Due to the initial membership fee ($50 or so) I couldnt switch right away; the agent I talked to called me a couple of times, and when I told him Look, I cant switch right now, Ill call you when Im ready. He left me alone until I called back, and got myself set up. When I called Geico to cancel, they gave me a retention offer that was pretty close to AAAs rates, but still not as good.AAA has been wonderful about working with me, and the membership services are great.

I spoke with an agent who was of no help at all! Customer Service is not their strong suit!
