I have an old model washer that was in need of repair. I contacted Sears Appliance Repair which I was totally disappointed in. Two repair technicians came out and never fixed the problem. Mind you this is a Sears product.I searched and found CAS Appliance repair and scheduled a repair visit with Chris. Chris was very professional and honest with me. He arrived on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Although it was costly to repair a transmission on an old model washer it was worth it to me. I was very satisfied with the quality of service he provided.Chris picked up my washer and delivered it after it was repaired. Im now washing again and Im super happy I decided to go with this company. I will continue to use this company for all if my future appliance repairs.Thank you again Chris for the Veterans discount.

Thank you to Chris and John for repairing our fridge! Our fridge/freezer stopped cooling and Chris came out to assess the problem the same day we called. Toan had great customer service but the company itself is absolutely trash. Charged me $120 to look at the possible problem of my fridge. Then quoted me about 800 to fix it. I went elsewhere and only charged me $160 to fix it.

I had to quickly find someone to fix my stove and Toan was able to come out the same day. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative. I will definitely use this company in the future!

I will definitely use CAS Appliance Repair again as they came through in the clutch on my washer repair. I called on a Sunday and my tech was at my home at 9AM the following day. He kept us informed every step of the way, they proactively text updates to keep you posted and went above and beyond to get us back up and running.

I was having issues with my dryer to where it would run for about 20 mins then shut off, so I googled places that fix appliances. After reading the reviews I decided to give CAS a try. I can truly say that they live up to their 5 star rating. Chris was very knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and got my dryer back up and running. He also followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I wasn’t having any more issues. So, if you’re ever in need of appliance repairs then they are worth trying. The prices are also very reasonable, and it’s a plus for me that they are BLACK OWNED!!! I love to support my black community!

Im so impressed by the quality, honesty and professionalism. I was so desperate because my fridge stop working and I was worried about all my food. My husband and I went to shop around for a new one because we though it was cheaper then fixing it. I called and spoke to Chris. He was very courteous and professional. He quoted me a price for checking my fridge. Then he went the extra mile to ask questions to help me narrow down what my issue was. We spoke for a bit and determined that I had already excluded a few possibilities and he suggested a way I could fix it on my own. Everyone is extremely professional from the lovely lady that took my request to Toan the technician his work was so good.. Toan had been out previously for another issue on the refrigerator and I requested him for the second issue because his work was so well done. I would recommend CAS if you have appliance issues.

Not very professional in my first and only experience. Booked online and there was a next day slot for 8-10. Great. That morning got a call from a technician, as he is taking to someone about making change, saying they dont start that early and would 1 oclock work. Then asked if he could have a heads up about the issue. I decided to continue and fixed myself. So 2 stars for saving me the service call price. Part was cheaper.

I found Chris and CAS appliance repair through a Google search. I could not possibly be more satisfied with their services! They were on time, honest, their services were reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend them.

This is by far the best repair service Ive had in the 30 years that Ive owned a home. I rarely google a service for home repairs. I usually call friends for referrals. After reading CAS reviews, I decided to try them. I am glad that I did. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly down to earth. He explained every step in the process of my repair and answered my 100 questions without hesitation. The young man working along side of him, Frank was equally professional and knowledgeable. These guys provided me with a courtesy call when they were on their way because they would arrive a little earlier than anticipated (so appreciated). I had a leak under my old refrigerator and called CSA and specifically asked for Toan. He had been out previously to fix the ice maker and his work was dry well done. He was able to assess the situation and completely fix all that was wrong.

Frank and Toan were very polite and professional. They worked as a team and was very proficient. Both also wore masks the entire time. Im satisfied with the work.

I contacted Chris Friday afternoon looking for repairs on a washer and dryer. I had recently purchased them from another party who lied about the products working and they turned out to be broken. I knew the two, washer had a bad motor and the dryer needed a new heating element. Chris was honest and forthcoming about the price and let me know the dryer wouldnt be a problem but washer would. Due to how much little I paid for the two and that paying for a motor would almost equal to a new one we agreed that it wouldnt be worth the time and money. However Chris was able to set me up with a Washer that he sold me at a great price! The washer and dryer work perfectly and I am grateful for his service. If you need repairs go through Chris. Chris was professional, and had an apprentice with him learning the ropes. Chris walked in and said the next sound you hear is your dyer running and it was!
