The Purchase Process was easy and Simple! Its run by two brothers literally and they have great customer service. They seem Like a couple of Honest guys. I called to get info on a Microwave-Oven combo and they quickly texted me pictures and prices on what they had in stock. He also sent me pictures of the small dent the appliance had, Not like other stores who try to lure you in saying they have equipment in stock only to tell you theyre sold out Once you get there. They didnt try to up sell me on anything else. I like that theyre considerate of other peoples time. The Store is small but you can always call and ask if they have what your looking for and they always answer the Phone. Great Experience.

This place is literally ran by two brothers. They provided excellent customer service and I am enjoying the washer and dryer so far. It came in great condition! They were very knowledgeable and provided any appliance insight that we were looking for. Again, great customer service and install was seamless. I am quite impressed with their work and am looking forward to purchasing a fridge, gas stove, and anything for my future home.

I was in search of a chest freezer. Everywhere I went, they were out of stock or overpriced. I found Two Brothers Appliances and they had the chest freezer in stock. It was very well priced and Tony and Daniel gave phenomenal customer service.The freezer was even delivered a couple of hours after I purchased it. If you are in need of any appliances, this is definitely the place to go.

Tony and Daniel were excellent at helping me choose my new washer and dryer set when I visited the store. Being a new customer, I was impressed with their speedy service and delivery time. Great communication about delivery time, received a call from driver 15 minutes before they arrived at my home. They were very careful with the removal of my heavy old washer and dryer then bringing in the replacement. Measuring took place beforehand to ensure nothing was damaged bringing them in. Wish I found them sooner! Will be recommending my family and friends to them. Thanks 2 Brothers Appliance!

When I went in to look for my new washer and dryer, they were very personable and attentive to what I needed. I like the fact that I felt like they were not just trying to make a sale, but that they real wanted for me to get what I needed. They helped me a person that didn’t really know what I wanted, pick out the set that best suited me. With experience like this, I know that I will be a customer of theirs for a very long time. I was talking to him and told him i wanted the stand up freezer and he sent me pics. so then i told him i was getting him the code. so then i call him and dont answer then text me he already sold it. on the phone call i said i wanted it and he said he would send contact threw email. very bad business. dont tell someone they can buy something then sell it right from under them. i wouldnt recommend this place.

Two Brothers Appliance is absolutely wonderful. We bought our washer and dryer from them when we first moved into our house. Which was about 5 years ago. For any appliance question we have, we always go to them. Our washer was leaking this year and they came out, found the problem and got it fixed. They respond to all our questions promptly. Reasonable prices and exceptional service! We will continue to go them for all our appliance needs and questions.

A MUST READ!!—My boyfriend and I bought a Whirlpool, front load washer & dryer from them. Everything was nice in the beginning! But soon enough, our washer started malfunctioning.. seems like an easy fix right? I would have thought so too.. I texted their business cell and called numerous times to come and fix the washer; most request were on through the weekdays (even though we have to work crazy hours and goto school throughout the week), they said they would come and fix it. Neither ever showed up. So I started taking interest in the weekends as it seemed they were too busy for the weekdays, again, they agreed to come by.. but then around 10p, on the Saturday they agreed to, suddenly.. the weekends were “too hard” for them. even though they agreed to the date and they gave a really short notice.. So today, I texted them again because majority of our clothes were bleached due to them not coming to even inspect the machines.. It has been WEEKS since they’ve even reached out to us on their own. I basically told them how crazy it is that our machine still isn’t fixed, and that our clothes were ruined because they didn’t respect their 90day warranty. They told me that they’ve tried to set up dates with me numerous times and I didn’t reply.. which isn’t true because I have the receipts :/ and i wouldn’t be making this review if that were so..P.S. those are my reactions to my own messages, maybe a week later, so they could be notified again.

I can definitely say thank you Daniel and tony. I called got appointment scheduled and he showed up on time to fix my fridge which wasn’t cooling properly he told me the issue quoted me and repaired my fridge same day I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
