We’re in a pandemic. My hours at work we’re cut due to covid and I needed a payment extension. They told me I could only get some help if I was unemployed. ( I get unemployment for the percentage of income I’m missing ). They don’t care. The manager is Very rude. If you call to talk to corporate, you won’t get through. They only have 4 district managers.. in the US ! They threaten criminal prosecution. They literally call 15 times a day. If they had a more compassion and at least acted like they cared for their customers, it could go a long way. I don’t recommend. I don’t want the hundreds of dollars I put into this to go to waste. If I didn’t care, I’d go to the store & throw it at them.

Monica and Tia were so helpful getting my approval process started,they were super fun and friendly. Elizabeth was so helpful on the floor and made sure I got everything I wanted and was in love with my choices, she was very thorough ensuring I knew the prices, the same day delivery option is awesome and Melissa made sure my delivery was scheduled and set up for convenience. Everyone was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and made it a great easy process- I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Wishing that I read the reviews before going to this location. I only had the furniture for a week and already dealing with rudeness. As everyone on here said Elizabeth attitude is horrible. Not only is she rude to her customers but she rude to her employee. With all the comments and bad reviews she has you would think something would be done about this unprofessional person. Not a good look for business. Im just saying. 3 words Better Business Bureau.

Let me start off with I have been a customer at this location for a long time and have seen managers come and go. Elizabeth is by far the worst of them yet. I dread dealing with her no matter how many times I have made payments she still does not know what I pay for and NEVER returns phone calls to me. Why is it that I would be charged a double payment if I wasnt even late on my payment, and let me say I always make my payments on time. Shes rude and Im wondering how she got the manager position. Derrick is the only one I deal with now. He is always helpful and is not afraid to track down what I want. Derrick was helping me track down some items I wanted and I was in the store for a lengthy amount of time for nearly 2 hours. How is it that the manager can come back from lunch with her friend she hired and enjoyed a 2 hour lunch in her office with the door closed. When I had questions I had to go to her office door and open it not once did she get up to help. She is not management material. Derrick works hard and is always busy when I come into the store. He should be manager if you ask me, he knows the whole store and what is going on. Elizabeth talks to Derrick and Jeremy very rude. If Derrick isnt there I wont do business at this location even to make a payment.

My dad financed/rented a laptop from RAC a few months ago and started to have issues with it and he had also purchased the extended warranty as well. Well now hes been having issues with it and its not working right so he brought it back to get it replaced or serviced and they told him that since hes behind on his payments there is nothing that they can do. He politely tried explaining that he is current on his payments and makes his payments promptly before each due date and some manager named Elizabeth told him that there is a problem with his account and they cannot verify that he is making due payments. How is this his problem? They need to fix his laptop because thats what is he owed. He is making payments on his laptop that is not working right.Thanks Rent-A-Center. Horrible customer service.

*****WARNING*****DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND DEAL WITH THE MANAGER IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL ELIZABETH. SHE NEVER KNOWS WHATS GOING ON SHES RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WONT RETURN CALLS AND IS MOSTLY SITTING IN HER OFFICE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. WHEN IM IN THE STORE SHE NEVER SAYS HELLO OR ASK HOW I AM AND SHE NEVER CAN GIVE ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS. SHE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE STORE. MANAGER HAHA I LAUGH AND ONLY WONDER HOW SHE GOT THE POSITION.On a more positive note Derrick and Jeremy are amazing! Very helpful and friendly when they make deliveries to my residence. Derrick knows the store and is willing to take extra measures to help me if I have questions or concerns. Derrick seems to do and know more the the so called manager does. I have heard how ELIZABETH talks to Derrick when she called and he was delivering for me. He was still completely professional the whole time. All I can say is deal with Derrick only and if hes not there turn and walk out or else you wont get the service e you deserve as a paying customer.

DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! The manager is beyond rude. The staff is as well. I called to check on a payment and I then was passed to the manager ELIZABETH, she then got a attitude with me stating that “she has a hard time with this account” after a few choice words she stated “I wasn’t being rude I was being sturn” me being the customer you aren’t supposed to be rude or sturn. As along as the account is current or there’s a plan for the account then that should be then main focus. This location treats you like they’re the REPO man; and they’re the cops looking for you with a warrant in hand. This location will make you want to leave work and show your face..as I wanted too and I work 45mins from the location.

Elizabeth is the worst manager Ive seen in a long time Ive purchased several items from this store but this last purchase was the most worst experience Ive ever encountered my agreement wasnt honored because Elizabeth called saying i owe double what i was suppose to pay and i wasnt even late my payment was due on the 11th but she argued me down that it was due on the 1st she wasnt having lunch are paying her bill with my money she needs to be BIG FIRED that store has really went down since mike left
