So I called the store in desperation trying to find the gate latch kit 18101. Grace F said let me check on that for you and went to the isle to look. When she didn’t see it right away she picked up the line to make sure I was still there and ok. She said the system shows that we have 12 but I can’t seem to find them. We got a truck today so let me check the manifest to see if we got one. No luck. But Grace wasn’t done helping. Grace found one at the north Richland hills store for me . Grace went above and beyond more than anyone in the history of Home Depot has done for me. I’m used to getting hung up on.The moral of the story…. Be like Grace because she’s absolutely amazing and gave me the best customer service I may have ever got in my life. Promote GracePay her more, and be like… Grace

I needed to get some lumber down from the middle rack. Asked someone for help and they said they would call some one. I waited. no one showed up. Female customers are not treated as well as the male customers. Thats fine, because I prefer the other home improvement store.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years and have always had excellent service! The staff is always there and ready to assist you to the best of their knowledge (which is extensive, especially in plumbing!) and they always have just what I need whether it be a tool, a piece of hardware, electrical components, piping, lumber, etc.! This is my first choice whenever I need something to get a repair done or a job finished, they are always there! I would recommend this store to anyone who has a job to do and needs expertise and the huge array of products by which they can find the right tool or repair part to get the task done fast and efficiently without paying an arm and a leg. They have never failed to come through and you can count on them whenever you need help to get it done right! A++++ ALL THE WAY!

Went in for utility gloves. Walked out with 10 2x4, 1 2x6, and a compressor with 3 guns for under $300.00. 70 % off on lumber was a steal and compressor was clearance at 270.00. Great Value Great Deal. Got the gloves too.

People needs to be more informed when buying a Tuffshed we didn’t now we have to get a permit in order for build it, it was totally imposible to get permit and we have to reduce to a smaller one no need for a permit it was a bumer

Everything was in place & the people were nice. I ordered some parts from this location because it said it was available online, but it wasnt. So theres a downfall to order online, even if it says that it has many. Im not sure when they do their inventory, but it needs to be updated.

Had a large $$ ordered scheduled for delivery, I have been told since 7 am they are running late. Every time I call they give me a different hour. It is now past 2pm, and still no show. I have my employees standing waiting on material, taking a loss as a company, all because they keep dropping the ball. Called and spoke to Jessica, manager at the service desk, she was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt even take my call to give me a proper update. Instead she was telling another whole what to respond over the phone. Worst service Ive gotten from s branch, thats to say Im all around DFW.

I hate to give such a rating as this but Im obligated to state the truth. The paint department is in serious need of better customer service training. 2 employees, 1 customer, 5+ minutes, didnt say a word. I left... I do love the store but this department is not worth the trip.

Are you aware they offer rental of hardware tools, trucks, trailers and so much more.Home Depot make great keys thats guaranteed to fix.

Ordered for curbside pickup if they dont have your item they dont tell you. They send it to another store so you can travel to several stores to pick up your order. It is convenient they will text you when it is ready.

Always great service at every HD I use... EXCEPT for the arrogant asst. Manager (Raoul) in Hurst store. I criticized them not being anywhere nearly as efficient at checking people out as the other local stores and he told me that if I didnt leave he would call the cops. There were over 30 people in line for a single check out counter.

No one seems to know where product is located or how to access account look up for certain companies

Having 6 self check outs and 1 person at the pro check out is a waste of my time. I did not come there to learn how to look up part numbers or wait 15 minutes to pay for three bolts.

Every time I visit, the associates are always helpful and provide helpful recommendations when theyre not able to meet my specific needs for a project. I have no complaints.

I desided to go to Home Depot to get bulbs to grow my Elephant Ears and my Caladiums. I was a bit reluctant at first because the last time I went to a store to get bulbs they did not do to well. The ones I bought from Home Depot did above and beyond. They were a bit expensive but well worth it! I am a customer for life.

Ive always loved going to Home Depot for my little DIY projects. Even my big projects too. They have everything from fence pickets to panels and every kind of nail and screw. A nice assortment of tiles, carpet and flooring. Paint, brushes, gloves, paint pans, painters tape ... And stuff to clean up when you paint outside the line!! 🖌️🎨 Weve bought kitchen appliances, washer and dryer to bathroom vanities, lights, mirrors and sinks at Home Depot. Even doors, windows and blinds, which we special ordered after a representative came out and measured our weird windows. They have trees, plants and grass too! Weve had them remake keys we couldnt get remade elsewhere. You can find security cameras and doorbells. Mailboxes to ceiling fans. Roofing vents, material and gutters. And a good selection of most everything!

Was able to get what I needed for the ol yardwork thats to come....

I stopped by the Garden Center to look for bulbs (specifically Caladium bulbs), and the cashier directed me to light bulbs. Lol.

This is one of the 1st Home Depots ive been too where the people are 1) where they are supposed to be, 2) know what they are talking about, and 3) EXTREMELY helpful!

Disappointed, because the card reader is a hit or miss on Samsung pay. Yesterday, at the same same register with the same phone and app it worked. However, today after several attempts it did not work. Very disappointing. You need to fix that issue, and I will be going elsewhere until you do.The first employee I asked for help was clueless. The next was much more helpful, but she had to call over the employee who knew the department. However, in the end the tool I was looking for was located, it just took a lot longer than I had planned.

I’m avoiding this location and Home Depot in general. Don’t like the mask requirement and their stance on Georgia election laws. Stay out of politics!

Not to shabby, a great place to see a variety of long pipe and hard wood. Or banging things around they have a nice big selection of hammers. An Endless supply of wax to polish those faucets off. And You will never see more things under 2 inches in your entire life right down the hardware aisle.. Great big wide open floors plenty of room to get around. Was unable to get a clerk in Floor Coverings..there were 3 employees busy cutting carpet..I walked. Over and asked one of them if I cpuld get some help with Kitchen tile..she said yes in a frw minutes..i waited 15 minutes abd left.

I searched for Lysol Laundry additive on the home depot internet site. All stores in or near my zip code indicated the product not in stock, with the exception of the North Arlington Home Depot. The site suggested I call the store to confirm the product availability. I did call and again the response was limited quantities. I drove to the store, found none of the items in stock. When I asked an employee why limited quantities were not available she responded that meant no quantities were available. I complained and was asked if I wanted to be notified when the item is back in stock. Several hours later the website for this store still shows limited quantities available. I believe this to be a typical bait and switch.

Their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable about the product I needed. Im handicapped and she went to the aisle got what I needed while I waited at the check out. Very professional.

I Always try n shop online for the best deals at Home depot, as I have spent thousands in the store. I needed several items for a project upgrade for my daughter. The Staff were very helpful, i needed insight on LED lights, I needed A sheet of Plywood cut to specifics, and I needed help in finding a few different Items. In each of these departments the Foooir help was extremely polite, the service and input given helped to pick the right items, and the Sheet cut in 3 pieces to perfection. Then finally I needed paint and the Lady helped me pick mildew resistant primer and paint, offered to stir it for me and everything to get the best results. I was extremely pleased in the help I got from the time I began my search, until the time I checked out. Job of help n customer service was excellent and a personal effort was placed by each store representative. As usual I intend to be back for my local needs that can not be met by online shopping; Thank you!

Today my sister and my dad went to go buy some paint. Once they went to go checkout they had the rudest cashier. Her name was Johna (I think that’s how you spell it), she had such an attitude with my dad and sister. My dad doesn’t speak English that well and Johna was saying very rudely “I don’t understand what you’re saying”. She didn’t ask him nicely to repeat himself she had an attitude when she said that. My sister had to repeat what my dad was saying and Johna would roll her eyes at my sister for trying to repeat what my dad was saying. I have never seen anyone disrespect my dad in that way ever. What she did was very unprofessional, it doesn’t matter if she didn’t understand my dad, but if my sister was repeating what he was saying(she speaks English very well) why would Johna have an attitude? Johna was being just plain rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Walked past 15 employees and not one said anything to me. Most of them were playing on their phones instead of cleaning up the department or even attempting to take care of customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

Went there to get picture hanging hooks & found some wall hangables that Im gonna try. Supposed to be better so it wont put holes in the wall.I used the velcro wall hangables & so far, they are working perfectly! Im very impressed!

Aaron in customer service was immensely helpful with questions about how to create a project I saw in front of the store. And Leigh in customer service was a really sweet man!
