Everything was great purchase through delivery and install.Salesman Dylan Woodrow was extremely helpful while my husband and I looked at the products (oven/microwave combo & Dishwasher) answering my questions and fixing an issue with my delivery. Delivery and installation by Chris and his partner was well done, clean and very well done.

I had a good experience buying a refrigerator from Texas appliance. It actually came in earlier than expected, and scheduling happened quickly. The installers showed up on time and communicated when they were on their way. I really appreciated that. They got it all set up and running. I will buy my next appliances from here as well.

Came in and needed a washer and dryer. Was greeted by Brian Walker and enjoyed the experience. Told him my price range and when I needed it delivered and he took care it without any issues. He was straight forward with prices, availability and delivery times. Easiest process i have ever had purchasing appliances. Would recommend anyone trying to purchase appliances.

Jeff was very helpful. We are still in planning mode for a new home and he gave us some good ideas and choices to work with. A little more pricey than other places for this sort of stuff however honestly Im not sure exactly what all comes with their services that other places may not offer. So, in all fairness, theres probably more to them that I was able to experience. We will be back for a final look before deciding on our direction. Definitely worth the time to go see for yourself and decide your own opinion.

Called and prepaid for a washer on Wednesday - after calling quite a few places trying to find something in stock.Edward was the sales person - told me over the phone, yes we have it right here ready to pick up. Thats all I needed to know and out goes the $$$$I drive 3 hours on Thursday, oh...its not here. Its being transferred but we can shuffle some paperwork and get you taken care of -An hour later... Finally a washing machine.I understand commissioned sales, but not being honest about what is and isnt available is extremely unprofessional

I went to Texas Appliance to buy a new dishwasher. As I was walking around the store a salesman walked up to me to help. He asked my price range which I told him, he directed me over to a display model that didn’t have any tag on it. He explained that it was on sale, I looked at it and remarked how I like some of the details on it like the top 3rd shelf. I then told him I would like to purchase it. When I got it delivered a couple weeks later I realized quickly after the installer left that this wasn’t the same dishwasher as the model I was shown, it was obviously a cheaper model. I went up to the store the next day to explain I was sold a different model then what I was shown. The salesman said he told me the one I looked at was a more expensive version I must have not heard him. There was probably 30 seconds in between me first looking at the floor model and agreeing to buy it. Never during that time did the salesman tell me what I would be buying will be a cheaper model. My teenage son was with me and he even agreed the salesman never said the one I would be buying is cheaper. However, they were more than happy to exchange it out for the difference in price, basically just up selling me for more money. This was unethical business and I will never shop at this business again.

Sales person was great.The stores inventory control was horrible. The item online was not available - ended up buying a different model. Payed for it and went to customer pick up. After half a hour and not seeing anyone I called the office and was told that one was out of stock also. So I paid for a higher model and then found out it was at a another location.Customer service for customer pick up was bad. Actually didn’t even exist. Long wait with no communication. Actually no one around to ask for help or updates

After the negative review, I was able to get in touch with the general manager Dustin. He was extremely helpful in understanding the situation and he rectified the order and I now have renewed faith in this company that they stand up and correct situations that occur. This company is lucky to have such good management.

I began looking for a 48” range in December of 2020, when I walked into a Texas Appliance store. I worked with “Eddie, “ who, although new to Texas Appliance, endeavored to answer any questions I had about their 48” ranges. He happily printed out any and all details regarding the range I was interested in, a full 10 pages! Which brings us to February 2021, speaking with Eddie again, he looked into the inventory and found the range I was interested in and made every effort to make sure it was the model, color and fuel type I wanted! Texas Appliance has a wide range of appliances for all household needs. We have bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from them. Together with their courteous and professional staff, this business is definitely worth a visit and patronage!!!

I have to say that the right salesperson makes a big difference in your appliance shopping experience. I was looking for a new stove for my kitchen remodel and happened to visit Texas appliance and was referred to Edward.Edward took his time explaining and showing probably every stove in the stor, giving more than enough information to research and consider including measurements and photos. We returned a few days later to purchase our new LG studio kitchen stove in stainless steel and within weeks we returned to purchase more appliances. Edward gave us esthetic recommendations and seemed to genuinely care about our overall kitchen look. He recommended the LG steam jet dishwasher and elicia stove fan, along with a sleek microwave to match the new Bosch handle free refrigerator that we also purchased from Texas Appliance. I must say my purchasing experience weighed very heavily on customer satisfaction because when I received my new range it was damaged and Edward ensured that we had the pieces necessary for the install and reordered a new one for us. I am very pleased with our overall sales person experience which has become retention of a customer for Texas appliance. Our install team (Chris, Nick, Rick) were professional and did not damage our home. They wore mask and shoe booties at our request. We are satisfied with our overall experience.

One of the most pleasant appliance purchase. I began with the online chat where I was actually chatting with Dylan, a member of the store locally. Responses were in a timely manner and accurate. Upon arriving at the store, all of my information was stored based on our conversation which made for a quick and smooth transaction. Although Dylan was not in the store when I arrived, his team mates jumped right in as if Id spoken with them directly. Customer service was A+ and Ill definitely be a return customer. Which looks like it will be much sooner than later.

I was able to call Dustin of the Texas Appliance store in Arlington and order a dish washer and have it delivered in a few days. I never had to set foot in a store or anything. Dustin was also very instrumental in fixing a issue I had from another store. It’s because of his customer service that I was willing to go back to Texas Appliance for the rest of my kitchen appliances. He’s excellent!

About a month ago I moved into a brand new home In the appliances throughout the home were all whirlpool. Two weeks after I moved in my brand new microwave stopped working. Whirlpool sent a technician out to diagnose the issue and it turned out my electrical System was fried. Whirlpool did not like hearing that they needed to replace my microwave and flat out just would not do it. So two thumbs down to whirlpool because they do not take care of their customers. Thank goodness Texas appliance has people like Courtney. She stepped in and truly moved mountains. Not only was she able to get Me a brand new microwave they had it installed the very next day. Because of her I will remain at Texas appliance customer for life. I really hope her boss reads this review because employees like Courtney are very rare. Employees like her truly deserve recognition and Appreciation. THANKS COURTNEY!
